Excellent customer service! Waiting area at the service department is nice! Comfortable chairs along with TV to watch. Drink and snack machines are also there. Free coffee is up on the counter. Everyone is super friendly. Mechanics do top notch work! Will always return here!
I wouldn’t waste my time here trying to get anything fixed or done on a car. They constantly put you on hold and I was transferred to 8 different people on the phone. I also had to repeat my question 8 times which was wondering when I could expect to pick up my car since they never gave me a time in the first place. Save your time and save your money and go somewhere else to get your vehicle worked on.
My Honda was towed there after closing on Wednesday. The staff called me first thing Thursday morning and started working on my vehicle. They kept me up to date on the progress and everything being done. They even came and picked me up from Enterprise when I returned my rental car and took my back to my Honda. The whole service staff was so awesome and nice! They had me and my baby on the road in time that we would make it home before dark.
I have always received good service at AutoNation Honda. Terri Ann kept me informed about issues related to my vehicle that may need attention in the future.
Would not recommend this place to anybody. Very unprofessional. They only care about your money!
Dont remember the Young Lady who work with me but she was excellent call me let me know when my order got in and when I came and pick it up and they fix the Car with a Smile and Thanks to the one who Work on the Car may God Continue to Bless each one of them
I needed a new tire and was frustrated because a local tire store didn’t know that my new Honda needed an exact match tire. As a result I rode around for a day with my sensor constantly beeping at me, then I didn’t drive my car for a day and a half waiting for the right tire. Due to some delay in delivery, it was going to be a few more days.I finally got frustrated with the local store and called Autonation. The person from Autonation on the phone went out of his way to be concerned about my safety and got me into the dealership literally within an hour of closing on a Saturday so that I wouldn’t have to ride around on a spare until Monday. When I got to the dealership they were so busy! But Elizabeth and I think the technician was Joe were so nice and fixed my tire with a smile. Thank you very much.
Brought my 2019 Pilot for a radio component issue, steering wheel trim and an alignment. Elizabeth was my service advisor. She was very professional and took care of my alignment issue, ordered parts for the radio screen and steering wheel trim. Elizabeth kept me informed on my parts. They are in and I have an appointment for the repair. So far the service has been great.
Wait too long. Survey sent and I was sitting and waiting. I was there for an install of a rear wiper and an estimate for a damaged left tail light. It would have been nice to have been notified the car was parked and ready. It also would have been nice to ask a few questions. Nice but impersonal employees.

Bought 2011 Cadillac Escalade. The service was awesome.
So far so good Ive been there quite a few times not to mention buying my vehicle here. The service department is spot on just be sure and schedule and dont be one of those guys that just walks in. Other than that extremely courteous professional and they follow up.

Brought my truck in i bought 2 weeks ago to get the tires checked because they have bubbles in the sidewalls, told me thats how the tires are made on trucks because their bigger tires and didnt want to do anything about it. Now i know about tires because i had 8 sets of different tires on my truck i traded in and none of the tires ever had a bubble, my father had tires with bubbles and they got worse over time and eventually popped, my brothers tire blew up on him on the interstate and now hes paralyzed. So if and when my tires go theyre paying for all the damage it causes because i brought it up there and they didnt want to do anything about it. Now the managent is professional but the guys dont know what theyre talking about.

They should review the process for oil change. They are resetting car computer before they replace the oil. It should be done when they are doing it no before that.

Needed my transmission serviced before a long trip. They took longer than promised and forgot to let me know they had finished. As a appoligy they gave me a 15 percent off be the bill. The work done solved the slipping transmission issue took a 1000 mile trip pulling a small uhaul trailer. Car and transmission worked flawlessly very pleased with their service team and shop work.
Very friendly service staff, and fast as well.
