I was very satisfied with my wheel alignment that Honda performed last week before buying a set of tires several days later. I had shopped around for tires and did not buy them from Honda because their costs were prohibitive. For four tires, I spent $100 more than two tires at Honda, same Michelin tire. Honda offered $100 off a purchase of four tires, but I still saved over $200 buying elsewhere. That said, for those who have large expenditures that have to be addressed, shop around or see what deals Honda can negotiate. The staff at Honda was thorough, courteous, and informative.

I was very pleased with the service I received at AutoNation Honda at Bel Air Mall yesterday. Before they took any steps, they texted me to let me know what would be done, how much it would cost and when it would be ready. It was actually ready ahead of schedule. Now, my Pilot runs just like new!
My experience with Auto Nation was very good. From the greeting we received as we entered the building until the final phase of our visit we were treated with courtesy, respect, and the atmosphere was relaxing and friendly. Our salesperson was knowledgeable and directed us with patience and showed interest in our concerns and addressed each issue. She was friendly and very personable. Service Manager was friendly, but I was never able to get him to call me back. Any communications, even when he stated he would call me had to be initiated from my end. Also, they misdiagnosed the problem with my 2002 Honda Odyssey, resulting in a possibly unnecessary alternator replacement when the problem is likely the EGR valve or the O2 sensor. 2 days after the $600+ repair, the exact same warning lights were back. I was on vacation and am used to much better service from my home dealership. I elected to drive the vehicle 690 miles in the condition it was in rather than deal with the multiple days and constant input from myself required to get it right at this dealership.

I have been using AutoNation Honda since around 2008. Have always been completely satisfied. They have always acted professional, friendly, and courteous. Always explaining any repairs found/needed during the inspection. While also explaining the tech report clearly. Work performed has always been completed on time. As well as accurately and never had to take the car back to repair what they had worked on.
Michael demonstrated a lot of patience, honesty, when he didnt know a response to my question he went and got the answer. Im happy with my selection so I recommend AutoNation.

Not good. I went in for an A/C repair and a door lock repair. They charged me almost $1,000. I paid, almost pulled out of the parking lot, and then realized neither item was working! They were not even aware that they had not actually fixed any of the problems - obviously had not tested after they worked on them. I had to MAKE them give me money back. I brought the car back in the next day and they fixed a couple of minor issues, but the A/C is still not working properly, and the door lock is not working at all. The experience was laughable it was so ridiculously unprofessional and downright bad!
I loved the whole process of buying a car at this dealership. From the moment I first sent an email to inquire about a vehicle they were courteous and professional. They were efficient, didn’t haggle with me and made the experience smooth and enjoyable which isn’t how car buying has been for me in the past. If I’m ever in the market again this is where I will go. I went to get a 40,000 service and my intake person was India. Every time I come there I get good customer service and this day was no different. I paid for my service and was informed on what actions were completed. When I got home and reviewed my receipt, I noticed something I was told was accomplished wasn’t listed. It was a busy day so it could’ve possibly been a mistake. With that being said, India’s supervisor called me and during our discussion and review of what was actually done to my car he offered a reconciliation of performing the service on my next visit if I agree to pay the labor. I agreed because if someone can take the time out of their day to contact me to make sure I’m a satisfied customer, then Honda Nation at BelAir has a customer in me for life.
Mike was friendly and listened to me as to what I was looking for. He answered all of my questions with patience and understanding. I felt good leaving with my car, and am enjoying driving her everyday. Everyone I dealt with was extremely nice, but not pushy. Mike called to make sure I was happy with my purchase the next week. I give them a 5 star rating for how I was treated, price and level of care I received there as well.
Internet sales, trying to get an out the door quote was like pulling teeth. The initial internet quote was the best I have found. Was finally told they where unable to send an itemized sales sheet quote through email or text. Gave me a verbal quote and assured me they would honor it when I came in. The sales person was pleasant through text and calls. However, if its not in writing not driving out of my way.Update... Called the number, Its their main line. Pressed 5 for all other issues then got to the second menu. Pressed 0 to talk to the operator... Then the second menu repeats... Stayed on the line to talk to the operator instead of 0... Like it asks... Menu repeats.

I received an email of them wanting to purchase my car for the KBB value or better.. I drove 40 minutes for them to look at it! After an hour of wasted time, they wanted to offer me $300 whenever my car was worth WAY more than that. The manger wasn’t very professional. The only reason why I gave it two stars was because Andrew and Pete was super nice!
We had a great experience with Tori today! We told her what we were looking for and she showed us our options on the lot. We found one we liked, but werent in love with. So she found another car that had everything we were looking for (minus a sunroof, but the low mileage and MPG made that up 10x over!). She went to another lot and brought it right down for us. It was the perfect fit for what we need, super low mileage, and hit almost to the dollar our goal payment. It was much easier than the last time I bought a car. Could not reccomend them more!
John was absolutely wonderful Im in the Chicago area and needed an awd vehicle he worked tirelessly to find me what I needed but much to my surprise he exceeded my expectations and found not only what I needed but also things in the vehicle that I didnt even know I wanted. Great team in Mobile.The dealership in Westmont illinois is a different story. I feel they over charged me to ship my other vehicle home but I was in a bind and had no choice but to pay it. There was cosmetic damage that was not there when I went to see the truck Saturday but was there Monday. The truck wasnt detailed or full of fuel when I took possession of the truck. Small things but John in Mobile Alabama told me that he would fill me up and detail the truck upon my return to Alabama. Customer service after the sale! People like John are few and far between. I highly recommend him for your next purchase.

Great service!! Went to get a brand new car didn’t qualify but Tori was still determined to find me and my husband something. It took a little while before you know we were driving out with a NICE, VERY CLEAN SUV. Did have to get some minor work on it a week afterwards that didn’t really cost much, still highly satisfied!!
The service department is HORRIBLE! My husband brought his car in at 9:30am and Elizabeth told us to call before 5... well they actually close at 4. We tried calling the number she gave us and she would not answer. We went up there and luckily the people in the sales department were kind and helped us. At first, my experience was very pleasant while there. Great interaction, felt I was being listened to, concerns addressed. I said I was very wary of dealing with a lemon. I was told about the companys reputation, how every vehicle is inspected, etc. Test drive, everything was great: ac, brakes, engine start up, smooth quiet ride, no warning lights... Casual conversation, joking around, laughs all put me at ease as I was nervous - and a novice - attempting first solo purchase. I was so happy when, as a person whos working on her not so great credit, was approved for financing! My time at the dealership was smooth, even sitting with the finance manager. Everything seemed perfect. I was in disbelief, part of me kept thinking its too good to be true... I dont remember discussing or being offered an extended warranty; vehicle is as is and no warranty. Again, in the excitement, I dont remember anything re: extended warranty.Before the car was released to me, I was told the oil light had come on. They checked it out, it was the sensor. Put a new one on. Car keys handed over. That was a Tuesday. Same week, on Saturday, 4 days later: coolant light comes on, ac starts blowing warm air, oil light comes on, engine light comes on. Those lights do eventually go away at next car start up same day. But now the engine light is on.. Im thinking its coolant, ac is still blowing warm/hot. Nope not coolant or oil, theres enough a family member tells me on Sunday. Monday, same - warm ac (I only turn it on to see, but turn it off because whats the point) and engine light is on. I go to my appointment. I get done an hour later and turn the ignition. Now I get a message Engine fault service now.Sunday I emailed the rep everything that had happened up to that point as they werent open. He did email me back on Monday. I got in touch with him shortly after the newest message and was going to head over there. At one point, with the message, the car wouldnt turn on, but one more try it did. New to car buying, a novice, and new in town, I was scared and did my best to focus on the road not the situation. I was told to bring it to autonation ford because they can better do a diagnostic. That made me wonder and ask, if autonation honda couldnt do an exact diagnostic of the current issues, how could they have done so at the time of car sale or to prepare it for sale? Even with the car waiting to pull up under the service area, autonation ford couldnt put into drive at one point because of the engine fault message. The guy at autonation honda kept saying its as is. He did later say he spoke with his manager and theyre going to see what they can do (imagine my expression). The vehicle is awaiting diagnostic and Im told itll take weeks. So Im without a much needed vehicle. I recently moved into town.I dont have the funds for major fixes. I dont know what happened or even when Ill get the vehicle back if I can even afford to. At this point, I feel like being new (and as it says what happens to women at dealerships) my lack of knowledge had me taken advantage of. I am hurt and disappointed. From Tuesday to Monday, I had only put 36 miles on the vehicle. Thirty-six in 6 days and this happened. This is a present situation and I dont know how it can be rectified, if at all. This is my honest account of whats happened and review. Im sure everyones experience is different, this is mine.

Drove all the way from New Orleans to sell my car they promised I would get. I have the email saying this is how much they offered me. When I get to dealership they say they messed up and tried to low ball my car. Don’t ever sell or buy a car from this dealership. They’re a bunch of crooks.
I came here to do repairs today, but I made an appointment at 10 oclock, and no one came to pick up my car to help me repair it at 11:15. I dont know why! What is the point of making an appointment? I am really disappointed, this is the worst experience ever! And the front desk attitude is also very bad. I hope everyone will take a warning.

Each time I have visited the service department, I have made an appointment. Each time it has taken over 1.5-2 hours before they even moved my van. I am highly unsatisfied with the way they keep the appoints that are made. It seems like people with no appoint get put first above the ones with scheduled appointments. I am disappointed in this company and do not plan on wasting any more time with them. Good luck 👍

About seven years ago I got an old Honda Civic serviced here and it was not a pleasant experience. They were unable to resolve the issue after three different attempts. Needless to say, I was highly unpleased with this and the customer service lacked. After getting another Civic and having my services performed at a different Honda dealership over those seven years, I decided to give AutoNation another chance and they did much better this time. Also, the customer service was more pleasant than before. After this improvement, I will likely be coming here for future services.

On Friday, July 17 I spoke with salesman Paul Landry by message at this dealership. I was going to purchase a 2021 Honda Pilot Elite at the sale price of $44,888. I had made an appointment at CarMax to sell my current vehicle for 11 am the next day. When Mr. Landry found out about the appointment he told me “I think we can match that or beat it”. I asked “ how sure are you.”. He replied “Not 100% but I know we are very competitive with CarMax.” I drove 2 hours to the dealership only to find out the best deal they could give me was $29,000 minus another $1000.00 for tires CarMax had offered $31,600. The only thing wrong with the vehicle was that it needed tires. I knew this but $3,600 does not come close to meeting their price nor beating it. I will never do business with this dealership and if I could rate less than one star I would!The reply I received from this company referred me to the General Manager. I spoke with GM Derrick Childs on Monday, July 19th. He was not helpful at all nor did he seem to care in the least. Bottom line is the sale price on this car was a previous sale and they were attempting to recoup the sale price with my trade.
My husband and I purchased a Mini Cooper back in Dec 2020. The sales person we dealt with was wonderful! We noticed the engine light came on after driving the car about two weeks. I then took the car in to the service department because it came with a 3 month or 4000 mile warranty. I dealt with Brian, he was great and they got the vehicle fixed! They go the extra mile to resolve the problem when needed and stand behind their word/warranty!

Just recently purchased a car from the local dealership in Mobile. Our sales representative was awesome. The first day I was in the dealership for 3 hours trying to get the paperwork correct. Walked in with 100% financing through my personal credit union. The dealership had me reapply for the loan through the same credit union. That is when the problems started. If they would have known how to handle the transaction correctly we would have not had any problems. The issue was finally resolved but buying car from them was stressful and timely.It’s been many years since I have been in a dealership. The last car was from Palmers Toyota (they are very professional). There is such a difference in Auto Nation Honda dealership, starting with not having a professional atmosphere, they have a very casual non caring atmosphere and appearance. Maybe it’s the new way of buying and selling cars but if it wasn’t for the sales person and the car I would have walked away.
I needed a new battery. The staff took care of it without delay. I am very pleased with the service.
Why cant there be an option for less than a star this dealership doesnt deserve one. Bought my first used vehicle here which has had nothing but problems since. The website states if you buy used here you have no worries because of their inspection process. When looking at the truck I could tell it had a leak in the a/c system. They had to order the part and could fix it in a few days. Well I live pretty far away, far enough that I would void out the money back guarantee going home and back. They wouldnt work with me at all to just make it the 5 day guarantee instead. Should have known there not to use them! After getting a/c fixed I asked the mechanic if they did another leak check to be sure it wasnt leaking out anywhere else. They did not. Just too bad for me I guess. After driving back home a day later engine light is on. Truck goes in the shop (luckily not the autonation shop). I also had a faulty fuel pump, bad purge valve and bad 4x4 actuators. I did pay extra for an extended warranty (pat myself on the back). I went back and forth on the phone with autonation. Once sold, even if the truck falls out that week they dont want to right their wrongs, saying every used vehicle is going to have problems. Well what the hell happened to we take away all your worries of purchasing used! My truck spent 3 weeks in the shop. I wish I could have just returned the truck. They paid my warranty deductible and 1st months payment calling it fair. By the way it has been almost another 3 weeks and its in the shop AGAIN! Fair warning DO NOT buy used from Autonation!

We had a wonderful experience purchasing our vehicle from auto nation with Michelle. She was and still is being very helpful throughout the process and should receive 5 stars for her service. The communication about how long the process would take to receive our check from the trade in difference could have been much better. We were told it would be ready the next day and it’s been two weeks with no communication as to what the status is despite reaching out multiple times. This process should be explained up front to let the buyers know how long they can expect to wait on a check after they have signed over possession of the vehicle to the dealership. Once again, our service from Michelle at AutoNation was wonderful!

My review concerns the service department. I brought my Honda Accord in for its periodic (30K) service to this dealership after moving here from California. They have three menu options to choose from for this service. I chose the mid level or good package although all of the options were very pricey. After working on the car for two hours they called and said it was done. Based on the package price and the breakdown of the labor and parts on the invoice, the labor charge equated to $330 per hour. I would expect an attorney to charge that rate per hour but not a repair shop.When I got it home I went thru the invoice and the invoice stated that amongst other things they cleaned the engine compartment. I opened the hood and could see that they did not touch it. There were leaves and dust in it. A few days later I noticed they scratched 3 of my rims when they were rotating the tires. So, not only are they ridiculously expensive for what they provide (about twice as expensive as in California) but they also dont perform the service items that you are paying for and do sloppy work on top of it. Do yourself a favor and find another place to service your Honda and avoid this dealership at all costs.

Bought my new 2019 Honda Insight EX, they are way cheaper then buying from the Pensacola Honda Dealership. Mr. LEE told me the exact price I wanted and kept the process honest and very transparent. One of my pet peeves is haggling over prices, he just kept it simple and I kept it real by buying a new car. Highly recommend!
The people are very nice and accommodating. Work was completed in a timely manner and well done. I didn’t give 5 stars because they are about twice as expensive as any other certified Honda repair shop. I will probably go to one of them for any future work.

I found the car online, called and set up and appointment with Jennifer Waits. She was great and answered all of my questions. I slept on the decision and went back the next day to purchase the vehicle. Jennifer had all of my paperwork as ready as it could be (minus the info I had to provide in person) and all in all it was a very smooth experience. The 5 day, no questions asked return policy was also a plus, even though I didnt end up needing it.

Whenever we go, the Honda representatives Brian and India is always great and I do appreciate the time they take with letting us know whats going on with our cars and I also love the fact that they always have a positive attitude and that in itself goes a long way.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY.If I could give a zero rating for the Auto Nation Honda Bel Air Mall dealership, I would. Today, Friday March 5, 2021 at approximately 10:00 am, my husband put a $500 deposit down on a 2021 Honda CR-V EX- L AWD vehicle. We were told to arrive at the dealership tomorrow, 3/6/21 at 9:00 am to pick up the vehicle and finalize the paperwork. Much to our surprise, my husband was contacted this afternoon and told that the car, which we believed and were told we had secured with a $500 deposit, had been sold. When speaking to the sales manager my husband was told the best they could do was knock $383 off of a 2020 Honda CR-V EX-L AWD. Pretty much, take it or leave it. I am appalled at the lack of professionalism of the sales staff at this dealership. I just called to speak with a manager and was argued with about the $500 deposit and hung up on. This company does not care about the customer.In the trying times we are living in, conducting business remotely is a necessity. If you are trusting the staff at this dealership to be competent enough to secure a vehicle for you and conduct business remotely and safely during a global pandemic, you will be sadly disappointed.
We had a great shopping experience at Honda AutoNation Bel Air Mall, Mobile, AL. Our sales specialist Jennifer Waits and her assistant Paul were knowledgeable, prompt and professional with all our questions and concerns. We purchased a Honda CR-V EX w/AWD and got the best price on the Gulf Coast. We asked 3 other dealers to price match and they couldn’t.

This is one of the most unprofessional dealers Ive ever heard of. The General Manager Derrick likes to yell at senior citizen women and act like a big man because of his title. I walked out because he was screaming at his paying customers (I overheard her say she had already paid cash for the vehicle and he told her to leave) and tried to belittle her but he also lies about their certified safe vehicles. Not only would I not recommend this dealer but I would pay more just to not give them my business.
I took my 2013 CRV in to get service for a transmission shuddering at low speeds. Autonation recommended a transmission flush. I didnt think it would fix the problem.....but they were right. They fixed it, and I am happy.
They keep my car in good repair.
Greeted at the door. Very nice Sales rep but the managers wouldn’t budge on the price at all and would definitely not recommend them unless you know what you’re looking for and you’re willing to pay way over the prequalified rates. Definitely not for a first time buyer, or under 2k a month income, or anyone under an “excellent” credit score.
