Do not go here. I just went to have a tire patched and tires balanced and rotated and when leaving heard a creaky sound. Made it into the Ross parking lot across the street before I heard a pop and all of my power steering fluid hit the pavement. When I called they said they “put it in the comments” on my service order that I had a coil hanging but said nothing to me and let me drive off that way. My car did NOT sound like that on the way there and now I have to wait on a tow truck. What’s the point of checking the engine if you’re not going to tell the driver what’s wrong? I’d rather pay someone to service my tires now rather than Walmart service them for free.
Great deals on tires, it wasnt busy Thursday morning and they got started right away.
They work very hard here! I was in and out with an appointment within 30 minutes to replace a tire. Cece, the lovely woman who checks you in outside of the auto center, was so helpful. She scheduled my appointment for me & took care of my check out process, as well as being very friendly and attentive. As a 20 year old college student, I don’t know anything about cars, lol - she was super nice to me and deserves a raise!
They stuck to appointment schedule tires was installed fairly quickly.

DO NOT GO HERE!!! I wish I had read the reviews prior to taking my vehicle here. I hope you read these before hand. Spoke with the manager before having work done. Specifically requested tires in the $50-$60 range (while standing next to 3 different tires being advertised in this range). He chose not to correct me or inform me that there werent any tires in that range for my vehicle. They proceeded to put on and charge me for $95 tires without my knowledge. We werent aware of this UNTIL CHECKOUT. We asked to speak with the manager, but he wasnt there. They called him and he STRAIGHT LIED and said he told us the price! To add insult to injury, after paying an ubsurd $100 more than what we asked for, the vehicle was covered in black smudge marks from front to back and inside our vehicle. They had horrible attitudes, spoke to us condescendingly and treated us like this was our fault. Horrible, horrible experience. They dont even deserve the 1.4 stars. Sad.
Im here to get on oil change, waited 15 minutes before anyone ever wrote ticket for my oil change. Their are 4 men casually strolling around pretending to work. I was just told at least 2+ hour wait, because 5 cars in front of me. It was 9:14 am when I arrived!!! Not impressed!!! Maybe I should buy them a red bull or monster!!!

Go somewhere else....call and they told me to come. I get here and now you cant get to it before closing. Im upset because I was told to definitely come and get taken care of. So I will take my business elsewhere as well as for food.Thanks Walmart
Went to get tire changed out at 6:10 pm the gentleman servicing the tires told me they may not have time to get to me there was one car finishing up and another car that was not getting tires. I said ill take my chances. The manager there was helpful and did not act like i was putting them out like the other guy. At this point, however i was not sure i wanted the other guy to touch my vehicle. Naturally, they didnt have my tire size and offered to order them for the morning.I was just taken aback by the outright refusal of the tire technician to even try to take my vehicle on. I would be understanding if i showed up 10 min before closing or they were busier, but they werent.Vonte (the manager over the automotive department) had his stuff together though.
This Walmart is the sorriest Ive ever seen. I waited an hour and forty five minutes to get tires rotated and balanced, to be informed that they could not perform service because I had a broken wheel stud. A wheel stud that was broken when they put the tires on. Management acted as if they could care less.
Car service center is horrible and the manager Vonte could care less . Vonte denied me service at 5 when they dont close till 7 . No explanation other we busy . Come today to give another chance and waited n outside for 22 minutes before any asked what I needed and that was cause I went in spoke to Vonte and all he could say was sorry one car at time . Sorry shouldnt take 22 minutes to get someone information. . I sure hope service center gets it back together . They use to be the better service center but no anymore.
They give terrible customer service not realizing people dont give off til 5. There answer is always their not taking anymore.

Purchased a auto battery in January 2011. Went out a week ago so it was still under warranty when it quit on me.They tested the battery and said nothing was wrong. I thought it was an alternator so I took it to Pep Boys who said it was the battery all along. It hacked me off as Wal-mart made me wait 90 minutes to tell me their battery was ok only to take it someone else and find out it was the battery. After paying Pep boys for the battery they finally refunded my money after wasting my time and giving me a lot of trouble over the warranty. At least now my auto battery warranty will be with Pep Boys

After Walmart Schillinger informed me that Walmart in Huntsville had cross threaded my drain plug, they refused to complete the oil change. They sent me on my way with instructions to have Walmart in Huntsville repair the plug. What they failed to inform me was that in their inspection of the plug, they rendered it useless and it no longer held oil. I had to stop with an EMPTY oil reserve on the interstate. They KNOWINGLY sent me on a 350 mile trip knowing I was leaking oil at a RAPID RATE! DO NOT GET YOUR OIL CHANGED AT WALMART! The gentleman at the parts store put it most eloquesntly Maam, why would you get your oil changed at a grocery store? WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! Note that all Walmarts do not uphold the quality of service from one store to another and if one store damages your vehicle, you will be sent to the store who did the damage so that store can make the repairs. As told by Micah, the tech in Mobile, if Mobile paid the $32 it cost to repair my car, it would have come out of the Mobile WM employees bonuses. AGAIN, DO NOT GET AN OIL CHANGE AT WALMART!!
Left my car for tire rotation and flat repair. When I came to pick it up, the invoice said “flat repair declined.” From what I gathered, from talking to the lady at the service desk, it was close to the end of the technicians shift, and he didn’t want to be bothered to finish the job.

Went to have my sons oil changed thay told us 2 hours, maybe 4 cars in front of us. Well it took 31/2 hours! Probably the last time.
Very slow been here 3 and a half hours for just one tire and then they tell me they dont have tire after I called up there and they said they had plenty they wanted to charge me an extra 17 dollars for their mistake worst tire change every
Needed one tire patched with two other cars already there. They told me it would take 2.5 hours to patch it then laughed about it. Even less then what you’d expect from Walmart.

Listen to the reviews! Had ordered some tires from Walmart online in hopes I would get some help with the installation. Girl behind the counter was busy with her cell phone and treated me as if I was a bothering her. Took them to the I65 store and got them installed in about an hour.
