I’m from New Orleans and I went to Destin to evacuate for Hurricane Ida, my Lexus needed a new fuel pump and when my sister drove me to Mobile to pick up my car after it was fixed I ended up buying a BMW and my sister traded in her car and bought a new one. Only a few 2022 on lot but what we were looking for was one. Salesman did excellent job of reviewing all the features and the technology guy spent almost 1 hour familiarizing us and setting up everything. Unlike other luxury cars Lexus uses regular gas which is great money saver.After 1 month we are still learning all of the great features, and with the price of gas going up one of the best is regular gas. Another is the hands free voice command for many of the cars features.
Working with Matthew was an absolute pleasure! Matthew met all of our expectations and more. I never felt pressured to make a decision, and most importantly, a professional - who knows the car business inside and out. The buying process of my Lexus took about 6-weeks. The best part – Matthew stayed in touch with me the entire time which only made the buying experience even more enjoyable. Terrible sales managers- I recommend you buy your Lexus from Reinhardt in Montgomery.First, They didnt believe i was a retired military veteran.Second, he pretended to give me the Lexus military discount but added the savings onto the MSRP on the second print out.Third, the office manager didnt even come out to apologize for questioning my Military service, and or trying to pull a fast one which i caught.I am very aware of the market and how dealership do not need to negotiate. But remember, youre a sales manager and being rude is never acceptable. My experience with Reinhardt has been night and day, and would be taking my business else where.
The service for buying a brand new vehicle does not match the price tag of a luxury vehicle. I traded in a Lexus that I had brought in for service. I expect some negotiations, but I also expect to be treated like I just purchased a $52,000 vehicle.I spent more time taking trips between the service dept and salesman instead of them figuring it out internally…I also received a $0.25 screen wipe and a fist bump as a token of their expression for thanks for my purchase.My last Lexus from the dealer, I received a follow up, a nice Lexus tumbler set, offered a picture with the bow, the whole experience.I realize they’re busy, but a little goes a long way. I’ll be happy to drive further for my next new purchase.Suggest shopping around where the service and the price meet in the middle.

I absolutely love the service that I have received over the years. Darryl is an excellent salesman and he sold me my second Lexus. He is very professional and he actually listens to you to put you in the type of vehicle that you want, gives you the best possible deal, and stays within the budget that you have set. I also like my advisor, Craig Stueve, who goes above and beyond to squeeze me in when I was having check engine light issues. He stays on top of my vehicle care and makes sure that I have a clear understanding of everything and patiently answers ALL of my questions. I could drop my vehicle off but I love staying and talking with Sweet Joyce in the waiting room who makes sure that EVERYONE has EVERYTHING that they need from food, beverages, to snacks. Last but not least let me say that Zach in the parts department is the MAN! He was very patient with me and explained in details the parts that I needed, how much they cost, and what my best options would be. He even gave me the part numbers and the Lexus of Mobile website to order my parts when I was ready to with the option to pick them up from the dealership. I drive an Infiniti Q50 and normally do not take my vehicle to a different dealership but I would have to say.. my car has never driven so much better before. The service was done to perfection! It was Toyota, not Lexus, but Jeff took very good care of me and my RAV4!! I wasn’t sure if it was the battery or the starter. Jeff told me to bring it in or tow it if I had to and he would fix it today if at all possible. Although I called back later and the receptionist told me there were no appointments available until the next morning….Jeff made sure my car was fixed and back to me the same day and within a couple hours at most!! So glad I bought a Toyota and extremely satisfied with Springhill Toyota!! I highly recommend both!!

This place is impeccable; very clean.The bathrooms are Very clean too and I like that. comfortable sitting area while you wait on car services. The car salesmen are also nice however, we didnt purchase a car but maybe soon. Overall great experience.

Always the best service department. When showing up for your appointment they see you on time, and quickly process you in. There are 2 options for service: Wait in the nice, comfortable room on site; or get a loaner vehicle. If any maintenance needs to be done other than whats authorized, Lexus service managers call and discuss price, time to repair, etc. Getting a car repaired or routine maintenance is never a fun experience, but Lexus makes it as painless as possible.
This thing happened in 2016, my family was traveling to Florida from LA. We where riding a Lexus 330, we past Mobile, then our car broke down, to be accurate the cars transmission broke. our car got towed to Lexus of Mobile, after one month’s worth of time, they told us our car was fixed we payed 8k. Once we drove to Florida we found out the car was not fixed, then we went to Lexus dealer of Orlando. After another half a month, they fixed our car and we did not have to pay additional fees.

I started my hunt for my dream SUV on autotrader.com. After a lot of research I decided that the Lexus RX350 was the SUV for me. I live in a rural area so any dealer would be at least a couple of hours away. I decided to check out the Lexus dealerships to see if I could find what I was looking for. The 2020 Lexus RX350 on Lexus of Mobile website caught my eye. I inquired about it online and was contacted by Lauren. But I am a visual person. So while in Mobile for a doctor’s appointment, I decided to stop by just to look and test drive it.Walking in the door I was greeted by Jeff Poole. He was very thorough in showing me both new and L Certified inventory. Once he suggested I test drive the model I was interested in, it was a done deal. I knew right away it was the SUV for me. Jeff handled everything efficiently and made sure that all my questions and concerns were handled ASAP.The entire staff was awesome. Blake Matthews worked hard to get me the best interest rate. He also took time to go over my paper work and answer any questions I had. They both made my car shopping experience less stressful. Great customer service all around. My experience was directly with the service department. The service manager Peggy worked with my situation being so far away and needing warranty and recall work done. She went above and beyond to help me out and only require one trip to get the right parts in. Very pleasant to deal with. My service writer Eric was also very helpful and professional. The service department was extremely busy and they handled everything very well and in a timely manner.
I Had my eyes set on an 2020 Lexus RX 350And there are no dealerships in our area so I drove 1 1/2 and I wasnt there 2 min and I found the one I wanted from exterior to interior I was in love.Later I found out it was a 2019 but mint condition very low mileage very low so I had to have it. I was very happy with my service consultant Eric Hampton but not happy with the Lexus Techs.... Took in my SUV for a 3rd brake light repair and found several mistakes/damages including incomplete installation of the brake light rubber caps that seal where the light bolts on to place on the hatch. My headliner was stained with this grease like substance near the hatch and my rear windshield wiper arm was bent out of place after going through the Lexus car wash. Oh and on top of that a hairnet was left in my front passenger seat. I know Lexus can do better than that so please do in order for me to be a customer again.

Lexus of Mobile knows how to treat their customers. The Service department is wonderful and they get you in and out as quickly as they possibly can. We’ve always had good experiences here and you can count on a quality visit.

Hands down best vehicle purchasing experience in the Pensacola-Mobile Area! I think its a great compliment from someone who sold cars before.I have bought a few cars while being stationed in Pensacola. The luxury-car market in this area is low volume and the dealers do not like to give a good deal in order to earn a customer. There really isnt much competition in the area for them to give the best price possible. That being said, Porsche/ Land Rover/ Lexus are not near the Pensacola area and making a deal on such vehicles tends to be hard over the phone when a trade is involved.Lexus of Mobile took my inquire serious off the bat! Ms. Lauren Musgrove had a Buyers Order by the 3rd email with a deal I couldnt resist. They paid me more than CarMax offered for my 2020 Silverado and applied dealer discounts on top of the Lexus discounts. Further more they offered 0% financing! It was the easiest deal I have made. No back and fourth about prices and no hidden fees were added when I made the drive to pick up my vehicle.The vehicle was sitting in the delivery room and detailed when I arrived. Mr. Derrick Jones was my Salesman Point of Contact for the delivery, he personally went above and beyond to inspect the vehicle (which was brought in from out of state in a dealer trade) alongside me. He had no problem correcting any issues personally!The staff here work really together flawlessly, any question I had was answered by the correct person and promptly!I would recommend anyone who is in the market for a luxury car to visit this group, this is how your buying experience should be!Thank you for birthday gift Mr. Jones!

Vehicle maintenance and repair can be a frustrating experience, but @lexusofmobile was realistic in their timeline for getting repair work done. The process was a lengthy process in getting our LS 460 repaired, but ultimately they went above and beyond my expectations! Lexus truly treats their owners like special people, and it shows in Lexus of Mobiles attitudes and actions.
I had to take my 2009 IS250 for some recalls. They arranged a loaner vehicle for the evening since I was driving from Gulf Breeze, FL. John Moore was my service advisor and he was pleasant and helpful. Upon picking my car up the following day I replaced the gas that I used in the loaner car and filled it up. John and I chatted some and I spoke with him in regards to my other vehicle which is a 2004 RX330 and the issues of the dashboard that corporate office and I are reviewing. He was attentive and listened. Once driving back home to Florida, I glanced to check the gas gauge and to my surprise they had filled my tank as well. Totally unexpected and very much appreciated since I had to drive back and forth to Mobile. Above and beyond expectations and greatly appreciated! First time at this dealership since moving from out of state. We had about a 20-minute wait just checking in with the service advisor which was disappointing. When that was finally completed it took about an hour for the routine maintenance which was just a tire rotation, checking fluid levels and a wash. Everyone was friendly and helpful but this dealership was certainly not on par with the previous Lexus dealership we had gone to for a number of years.

I went with a friend who did buy a car. I believe the salesmans name was Mathew. He was very nice and the deal went quickly. My friend did most of the negotiating over the phone with Matthew. My friend is female and I thought Mathew gave here a good fair deal and did not try to take advantage of her. He also filled the tank with gas which was a pleasant surprise. I was impressed with the fairness and professionalism I saw.
Worst experience ever besides working with Eric H. Drove from Pensacola as this is the only location that deals with Toyota Financial Services. We were treated horribly, nothing explained to us and were told by Lauren “we’re doing you a courtesy” Toyota Financial Services said Mark Holloway was their specialist and to ask for him when we arrived. He immediately brushed us off. Instead of doing his job of retrieving our 10 day payoff he told Eric “have them do it” unacceptable, when it is quite literally you’re job to do so. We will not do business here again and will tell others not to either.
First reason. Ive been trying to reach them for the past 2 weeks to find out about my battery. Craig from service said he would call me back.... 2 weeks later I still cant get anyone to talk to me bc of them not answering/being busy. TWO WEEKS, people...Took me 2 minutes to contact my dealership where I actually bought my car and they answered everything I needed to know.Second reason. Asked service to remove a message maintenance required from the screen and was told to follow few steps. After which trip miles were wiped (which I specifically asked not to do). Answer was - Im sorry, I got wrong instructions.So yeah, there wont be a third reason for me to go there. I will maintain my car myself.

We just purchased a Lexus and this morning the car just won’t start at all it is a 2014 is250 makes a clicking noise behind the speedometer (not the starter) we called this dealership and no help she kept transferring us to service and no one would ever answer the phone. They will definitely not get my business when it comes time to getting work done.
Great service and my car was finished quicker than expected. My service manager Craig assisted me with a loaner and provided me with directions to a place where I could eat while waiting for my car. Would definitely recommend if you need to take your Lexus in for maintenance.
