I had no idea what I needed until I talked to Kelley. He set me straight. I didnt need an oxy sensor, a new fuel cap solved the issue. This isnt even my regular auto parts store, but it might become my regular store just because of the great customer service and knowledgeable staff.

Kelley and Jen were very helpful with finding the best deal on my car battery. Highly recommend coming to this advance auto parts.

I dont know about any of the other employees, but if you need something call and ask for Kelly. He was the only person that I spoke to in the entire city of mobile that gave me good customer service as far as Auto Parts go. And not is for every other Auto Part House as well as the other Advance Auto Parts themselves.

Staff was to busy with customers for someone to notice people coming in the store and someone out of 5 people to say hello or we will be with you shortly.

The website is very hard to navigate. Also, the freon I needed showed out of stock online. When I went into the store they had plenty. But I couldnt get 20% off of my order because I couldnt purchase it online. I asked for it and they refused to give it to me when I pointed out the problem with the website. They did not win anymore of my business.

Excellent! Im a dialysis patient on my way to the clinic and its a heavy rainstorm now in Mobile, visibility is very bad, even with my glasses on. I had to pull over waiting for it to slack up. Across the street I could see an Advance Auto Zone. Seeing how both my windshield wipers were on the fritz, I could only afford to buy one. The Sale Rep, a White woman with blond hair very friendly not only help me get the one I needed for my car, but she put on her raincoat and put it on for me! I made it to my destination safelyThank you and God Bless💖

I had another store call this Government Blvd. Store to verify that they had my part in STOCK. The female clerk refused to look for it and only verified the inventory in the computer. A second phone call to her convinced her to look for it after some arguing. The gentlemen that assisted us in the store was pleasant, knowledgeable and eager to help us.We found out that the internet inventory does not sync with the store inventory and that the store inventory is not always accurate.

I was helped to get light to replace on my truck. The staff worked with me to check the check engine light. There was nothing wrong though I had been told it was a 400 dollar sensor. Makes you wonder how many other peoples sensors are broken.
