Just bought my Range Rover Sport from this location, and this dealership went above and beyond to find the perfect car for me! Micayla searched for Range Rovers all over the country, and she found the one that I wanted. Furthermore, they told me it would take 5 days for the car to get there after I had to put down a deposit, but the day I went to go put down my deposit they surprised me with my Range Rover! We recently purchased a 2020 Land Rover Velar from Land Rover Gulf Coast. The experience was amazing and it was because of the salesman Levi Worley. He was understanding of our requirements that we were looking for in a vehicle. He was so responsive through email, text, phone, FaceTime and a virtual showroom, that we purchased the vehicle without even having to go to the dealership. The vehicle was delivered and all the paperwork was signed via a currier service. My husband and I had been searching for a particular car for months. We finally saw it online at Land Rover Gulf Coast and took the 7-hour drive from Houston to Mobile. By the time we got there, the banks were closed so we could not get financing. Our sales rep, Indriani, and her manager, Brad, said they would hold the car for us till our financing was approved. A couple days later, we finally got the funds, made the 7-hour trek back to Mobile and purchased our car. Indriani and Brad were extremely communicative the entire process while we were waiting on funding and were so gracious and patient. They answered any and all questions we had. For a pristine car company I expected pristine customer service was told they wouldn’t touch my car do to the year and brand but where else would you get work done for a Jaguar I assumed a Jaguar dealership they said no do to the age of the vehicle so he referred me to another shop when I tried to write the name of the shop down and asked him for it again he hung up in my face then he never gave me his name I suggest if you need work done on your vehicle take it to Florida or Mississippi cause this Jaguar dealership doesn’t put there customers first I wish I could give them negative stars but that isn’t an option.

I would like to thank David Baker for my third purchase..David sold me three 2020 Land Rovers and had them delivered to me in Destin...When I received my black Land Rover I noticed a small scratch on the hood. I called David and he immediately had the car picked up the next day and taken back to Mobile..The scratch way repaired and the car was returned to me within two days..Great Job..My Wife and Daughter are enjoying their new Land Rovers

David Baker is as good of a “salesman” as I’ve dealt with. I put “salesman” in quotes because that’s the last thing you’re thinking about when dealing with David. We have purchased two Land Rovers from this dealership and the service has been outstanding from sales to the service department. This week the service department picked up our vehicle from our home in Gulf Breeze, Florida for a regular scheduled maintenance and everyone could not have been more accommodating. The delivery driver, Robert, was polite and punctual and the ladies handling the scheduling process were in constant contact with us keeping us abreast of what was being done to our Discovery.
