Car was there for almost 14 days. Couldnt get any answer to phone calls, response to voice mails, responses to fb messages, or from their contact us form on their website. We finally decide to just show up to findnout what was going on. They kept the car for that long only to do an oil change (which was asked for) and they were supposed to diagnose an issue & call with an estimate. Turns out it is a transmission issue, which they dont service. But they also changed the spark plugs with out permission. Im not sure if they were just extremely busy, or didnt care... but it was disappointing either way. They came highly recommended, and we were very disappointed.

I’ve been using Mark to do auto repair and maintenance, for my car as well as my three daughter’s cars. He quoted me less than another mechanic did, he was thorough and honest and fixed my problem. I have been a faithful customer ever since. He’s done everything from putting a new motor in, to diagnostic testing. He’s always fair with his pricing and takes care of you as soon as he can. His shop isn’t huge but it’s always, always full. That in itself says a lot. I have, and will continue to recommend him to friends and family.

Awesome. I have had trouble with a Honda Element I purchased for my daughter for over a year. Running hot, jerking and jolting. We have taken it to other shops that didn’t fix the whole problem. No one could seem to figure it out. Mark found the issues and was very reasonable and professional. I was worried that this wouldn’t fix the issues because of past experiences. He assured me that he stands by his work. Went in to talk to guys about my vehicle. Guys just standing around, not very interested in talking to me. Start cutting boxes pretending to be busy after telling me they wont work on my car. Trying to find an oil leak. Very disappointed!!!

Great work fair prices.

Have taken Honda in to repair oil leak three times. Have paid over $500 to repair and is not fixed (still leaking). Have called Mark a number of times, but he will not call back! Had to take to another automobile repair, and they found problem immediately.

Please do not trust these people with your car! He loosened my moms back, left tire and said she needed a new strut which was going to be $300. The tire came off while I was driving it! These people are vultures and have absolutely no problem sabotaging your car or even risking your life for money. I later found out he also punctured a hole in her power pressure line which can only be fixed by a mechanic

I came 2 times when I was told to come back. I was very disappointed. Because I was told to come back the 3 time. So I give up.
