I can NOT brag on these people enough for the excellent service they have provided for my BMW. Richard is always so courteous, professional, and very direct with the issues (PRICES) with my car. They are MUCH CHEAPER than the dealership and provide the BEST care for my car! If I had to pay the dealership prices I would not have this car today! So... One of the owners was rude and dismissive, the other one was friendly and accommodating, the repair service was efficient and the prices for service was great.

I have been using German Automotives for about 4-5 years now. Typically, I will take my BMW in 2, maybe 3 times a year for routine checkups and for engine repairs. Not once have I had any problems with their professionalism or quality of work. Initially, their competitive prices are what lured me in to using them. However, their outstanding work and service has what kept me around.

Kevin and Richard are great guys to work on your vehicle. They have been working on my BMW 528i now for 5 or 6 years. They are very trustworthy and professional. They will not scam females that do no know any better. They make the repairs in a timely manner and when promised. I call them my extended family, because they make me feel like family. They are the best when it comes to working om BMWs.

Recently had my fuel injector replaced on my BMW. Took it to the shop for the work. They advised me which part number injector to purchase based off what they diagnosed. They advised me they consulted BMW of North America as well and insured that this part was the correct part. I was still having issues after I picked up the car once they had repaired it. I was out of town and took it to another BMW mechanic where they advised me that the injector that was installed was not the correct one and their systems were able to detect this immediately and they performed the work so I had to pay twice for the same job. When I went back to the other shop. And advised them of what happened they said that since you supplied the part we cannot do anything even though this was based off the information that they provided. I dont feel like this is the best way to perform business they should have right and theyre wrong I would advise not to go to the shop.

They DO NOT service or work on VW. DO NOT go there if you have a VW - it will be a wasted trip. Would be a great idea to add this to your website that you DO NOT service VW (* I THINK* - Volkswagens are German cars ....)

Spent thousands of dollars for them to work on my M and it was returned scuffed and interior door skid plates had been damaged, dimples in leather where they obviously placed parts inside the vehicle while working on and nothing was said! 🤬. I am extremely disappointed in these guys as I really trusted them! I just wish you could go somewhere and people took care of your things like you do and we’re honest like you. Mistakes happen, just tell me but don’t act like they didn’t happen and wait for me to find on my own after the fact!!!! I will never go back. And actually because it’s so hard to find someone to work on these cars it’s made me feel like it’s not worth the trouble of owning one. 😭

Extremely knowledgeable.. I should’ve listened to them & had them do the work. I went cheap & OMG.... It’s a nightmare now. Embarrassing to have to go back hat in hand & hope they will be willing to fix the issue. Essentially... trust them & learn from my mistake. Hope this helps other BMW owners.
