I went to Rooms to Go today looking for living room furniture. When we walked in, Hattie greeted us as if we had known each other forever. She wasnt too aggressive, she was just perfect to be honest. She was so patient. She sat down with my mom and I like she was family. My mom and I both felt like weve known her for ten plus years. She just has that warm, kind heart. She let us walk around and look as long as we needed to. She researched different items that mom was interested in to see what was available now and what we would have to wait months for. Although we went in looking for living room furniture, I ended up buying a mattress from her too. I had another business in mind for my mattress, but I just felt so comfortable with Hattie. I was going to get my kids cheap Mattresses, because they are kids, right. But the manager walked by when I was looking and explained some of the importance of having a nice good quality mattress for the kids as they grow up. Something I wasn’t even really thinking about. Last year I got a bed from Rooms-to-go. It’s a lovely Captain’s bed with 6 drawers. Our Sales representative was a lovely woman named Victoria who showed us many options gave us great advice on how to save money she was more interested in helping us then and making some big sale. In the end she did make a big sale. Today I took my younger brother to go find a bed for him. Once more I asked for Victoria because I knew she would do right by him. He got a four drawer captains bed with a high headboard which mines half sleigh bed half captains bed. And he got this wonderful Tempur-pedic mattress that he didn’t wanna To leave without taking the mattress with him but they have to deliver and they have a schedule and you have to wait turn but somethings are worth the wait.

We bought a “leather” sectional reclining set from them. We have had nothing but problems with the charging ports going out and needing to replace them, they are out again. Also was told by the salesperson that the set was genuine leather except for sides and back. The recliner is going bad where the head rest and the”leather” where you set. I was told by the repair company that this was not under warranty. So we our left with a cheap looking vinyl piece of furniture which we paid a lot for. I will never recommend nor shop at this place again. I cannot even justify the one star. We have owned this set for about 2 years. If it was true leather like we were told then it shouldn’t be wearing like it is. I have complained about this whole set for a long time and to no response from them except it’s not covered by warranty. So beware of false lies.

We came here to replace our Sleep Number bed and Frank helped us out and helped us find the perfect bed. We are definitely much happier and looking forward to a much better nights sleep!
