Great experience purchasing a Trek Verve 2. I went to Infinity Bicycles based on other peoples experiences and I was not disappointed. I had no idea what I should buy based on what I would be using it for and was given information to help with my decision. I am very pleased with my purchase and if I ever have need for another bike I will certainly return to Infinity Bicycles.

I used the rental service. This is some of the best customer service I have ever gotten. Friendly staff that when I had a need the need was met. equipement was clean and ready when needed. They fill bend over backwards to make the customer happy.

I am not a serious cycler, so I was intimidated to bring my old, hand-me-down bike in for repair. But I was treated as respectfully and kindly as someone with a $7,000 bike. I also expected the costs to be very high, considering the clientele I envisioned they cater to, but the prices are beyond reasonable. The staff is very knowledgeable, polite and caring.

Great staff. Treated me extremely well and went out of their way to get me a better shipping rate than I could have expected when needing to transport my bike via mail. Mobile is lucky to have a bike shop like this around.

* Ive used Infinity/Trek bicycle store three times. They have been so helpful & kind. I dont even own a bicycle, but no one in my area repairs manual wheelchairs. They have been polite, helpful, quick & affordable. Just love these folks! I cant imagine how I would cope without their help. And who wants to pay for a new wheelchair, when a repair will do? Thankfully, in both cases I was able to get exactly the repairs needed.So, I both use & highly recommend this store and their staff. And if I were able to use it, I would certainly buy a bike from them too.

I recently had a full overhaul of my 2009 trek comfort bike. The bike now rides better than when I first got it. I am so impressed with the quality of work from the service department. Vy was amazing!!! I wish I could say the same for Evan.Where do I begin? On the 20th of June I went into the mobile location and purchased a Electra Townie 7D EQ. I test rode the bike in the smooth black top parking lot in front of the store.After test riding the bike I informed Evan that the bike was making some noises such as brakes and some other rubbing sounds. I told him that I would like to purchase the bike and could he please make some adjustments to correct everything we were hearing.Evan then put the bike on the service rack and began to make some adjustments. A few minutes later he said everything was good to go. I should have known better and tested the bike again before I left the store but I didnt.When I got home and took my bike for a ride a large amount of vibration was coming from the back fender, the front brakes were making a loud noise when you would squeeze them and when you did squeeze the front brakes they would hang up and scratch the front fender. Also the chain would skip when you put it in first gear going up a hill.I thought to myself this guy just said he serviced my bike and also this should not be happening on a bike that cost this much money.I called the shop and spoke with Vy she was very friendly and asked me to bring in the bike for her to look at.Today the 25th of June I went to the store and met with Vy and Evan. Vy was very professional and helpful. She appeared very knowledgeable.I wish I could say the same about Evan. Evan was more concerned about sitting on the stool talking to the other employee that was working at the time about beer, cars, and Mazda Miatas. Vy had to ask Evan multiple times to assist with things such as taking the wheel off or taping down some lighting cables, but he was more concerned about talking with the other employee. In my opinion it looked like Vy just gave up and did everything herself.At one point she told Evan to take it easy on my bike when he was shifting through the gears while she was making adjustments. Evan appeared to be running up and down through the gears real fast while talking to the other guy working in the store.I will not be making any more purchases at this location, but I would happily pay to have Vy service my bicycle any day, in regards to Evan I would not let him work on my kids Walmart Huffy.

I Purchased a bike online that I assembled myself that needed some minor adjustments. Their prices were slightly cheaper than a few other shops I called.The staff there was very courteous and nice. My bike is working properly and I was pleased with their service.

Great bicycle shop! The customer service here is amazing! The employees treated me in a professional and courteous manner, made me very comfortable. The turn around on repairs is typically 48 hours and they keep you updated the whole way. If you are looking for a new bike or to repair an old bike, this place is definitely the place to go.The service is amazing and the prices are also very reasonable.

Ive been riding my Trek for about 2 years now. The neck was a little low and, at 49, this was leading to some serious back pain. For $40, Destiny threw on an adjustable neck which has totally transformed my ride. Im more comfortable, all my pedaling is so much easier, and I get more cooling breeze. You guys got me taken care of in about 2 hours total. I also got a nice headlight and water bottle holder. Super friendly employees too!!

We came to our home in Gulf Shores from our home in Oklahoma but unfortunately had to leave our bikes behind bc of a last minute problem with our carrier. We had planned to buy commuter bikes for here so I called Infinity and they were able to get us back rolling again. They were so helpful and informative.

Forgive my failing memory. My 10 year old looked at me with disdain and hauled a$$. Came back about 30 minutes later with a look of respect. I’ve deleted this post because while I still believe in what I said, it made me feel crumby and like them.I had a death in the family and had to cancel my purchase. Read their response to that below. They didn’t tell me about a restocking fee nor that the bike was moved. I wouldn’t have purchased the bike at all had I known about a restocking fee. I emailed on 9/20 not the day of the hurricane which shows they are not honest people.Shop here if you want but I don’t recommend it.

I love Trek and Bontrager products. I have experienced consistent quality with both. The Infinity Cycles manager, Bruce, sold my first road bike to me several years ago and I really appreciate his guidance about products and riding. I was considering a tire brand that was new to me and his opinion was very helpful. Getting advice from people I trust motivates me to try new things and take on new challenges. All of these things make shopping at Infinity Cycles a great experience.

I had a very good experience with this location. The sales personnel were very helpful and friendly. They spent a lot of time explaining to me everything I wanted to know about the bikes in the shop as well as allowing me an opportunity to test ride a few of them. I spent way too much money but I got an incredible bike that I love and ride everyday. I guess the only negative I have at this moment is for $2,639.99 they could give you a free kickstand and helmet.

I was excited about getting what looked to be a flat tire on a bike I ve had for several years but had never ridden. Infinity was the closest to my residence per Google, so I chose to take my bike there. I was greeted right away by Katherine who supposedly assessed what was needed.Katherine, without consulting with me, replaced a white wall tire with a regular tire (that looked used) and new tube (I hope), added a labor charge (without making me aware as well), and acted as if she had performed a great service. Well Im HUGE on Customer Service and immediately recognized the lack of it.I told Katherine I would prefer matching tires🙄 and asked if they had a white wall. She said no, they have been difficult to get, and no one was able to get a shipment in. By this time, I am highly irritated that I was not given the option to choose, but it had been a long day, Im ready to get home to relax and perhaps ride my bike later, so I said I would mull it over.The service was quick so I reluctantly paid for the service and left, but I did not like the look of the mixed tires, and the nerve of her for assuming that I would.Days later I stopped by another location with the replaced tire, and was told that they had white wall tires but the old tire did not need to be replaced. Of course I was disappointed to think that a reputable bike shop had possibly cheated a trusting customer.Long story short, after taking the bike back to Infinity to have the white wall put back on, another representative, Patrick, along with Katherine didnt mind showing their attitude about the issue. Im going to chalk this one up to immaturity and a lack of professionalism on their part.Because at this point I will never know if I was also sold a bike tube that I didnt need, along with a non-matching possibly used tire. But so far, my original tire is still going strong. Contrary to what I was lead and charged to believe.Thank GOD for the Honest Bike shop on Old Shell Rd. #CADENCE!!! Whose prices are also cheaper!👌🏾Wow! After posting this review (My Experience and My Right), I received what I consider to be a threatening voice message (Thank You), and again unprofessional behavior from an associate (Katherine) of this bike shop, requesting I remove the review!🐘This pretty much proves my concerns about the honesty and professionalism of this business. If there is someone HONEST, Mature and Professional enough to discuss MY experience the way you did with the other reviews, DONT bother to call. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!When I first in the store they were very respectful and helpful. I purchased a nice bike. However, found out I had a physical limitation and could not ride it. Went back to ask if I could return it. I understood a restocking fee and accepted that. I was told I would get a call back, but I got nothing. Even called twice again and was ignored and emailed the store with no response. I guess it is the old saying,,, They Got their Money.... They could care less. Will NEVER step foot in that store again.

The crew at Trek helped me package up my bike to ship across the country! You cant beat the service and knowledge! If you need to get your bike tuned up or are in the market to buy, they have a great selection. I will absolutely be back.

I Helped my son rebuild a BMX bike out of two bikes.. We got to the chain and actually had to seek some help and Ended up needing a new chain. So I took it to the shop and not only helped with the chain, the best part. They took my 12 year old son and put him to work, teaching him how to put on new chain and helped him tweak his rebuilt BMX bike!That’s priceless and says everything you need to know about this store.
