Stood in line for over an hour only for the cashier to tell me that they couldnt sell me the items that we were wanting to purchase because they didnt have tags on them. The reason that they didnt have tags on them is because everything in the store is on the floor, out of the package. Disgusting store. Highly recommend spirit Halloween as they have much better customer service.

Placed an order online for in store pick up. Received email that order would be ready within 2hrs. After waiting 5 hours I called the store (Mobile,Al location). 1st customer service rep left me on hold and never came back. I called back only to be told my order was canceled! Didn’t receive any kind of notice. And to top it all off. You have to jump through hoops and go through hell and high water to get your money back, due to party city canceling my order, due to lack of stock. NOW I HAVE TO WAIT 5 days for a refund, when they screwed up. HORRIBLE NEVER AGAIN

Wish I could give zero came to get balloons for my daughter wouldnt let me know what sets they had for the balloon she wanted so just got the single balloon she said its a 2 hour wait Ive never had a wait expecially not for a single balloon then they ring the guy next to me and start his big order 11 dollars for a single balloon and a 2 hour wait. Why?

Placed a curbside order for something my son needed for school. It was ready within an hour. However, I went to pick it up and there is no designated curbside spots. I ended up having to go inside and wait in a line for it. However, I was happy because the first item. We wanted said they didnt have it in store and while waiting I saw 1 of the item we originally wanted on the shelves. The cashier was sweet a day refunded my online order a day applied the refund to my in-store transaction.

I definitely would not recommend curbside pick up at the Azalea Rd store. I placed an online order, choose curbside pick up, arrived and checked in as instructed and then waited for 20 mins for it to be brought to me. I finally had to go into the store and get it which defeated get whole reason I chose curbside pick up. You would think it would be quicker and safer but it was a disaster.

Ive always shopped at Party City for Halloween but they have changed the layout of childrens costumes to adult costumes! It was really empty so I went somewhere else for the first time in 20 years to purchase costumes!

Picked up balloons for my daughter Birthday, staff was friendly, young lady that blew up balloons knew what she was doing.

Always has what you want. Sometimes it can get crowded but the staff is accommodating and makes sure everyone is taken care of on time. No long waits, EVER.

Staff was unhelpful when i asked about inventory. If the website says we have then i guess its in the store...i dont know. They acted like if i could find it they would take my money but otherwise they couldnt be bothered to help me. :(

Horrible service dangerous huge ladders on wheels, ride employees. Even took pictures of customers climbing ladder to help themselves and workers telling them too.

The shelves were somewhat empty I dont know exactly whats going on and the line was long in front of the one person that was checking out then the line stretched down the aisle...they didnt have enough help...but the two young ladies were trying very hard to work the floor and get to everyone ..they just didnt have enough help

Well I walked into the store and a male employee possible the Manager help me locate items for my husbands birthday party. He went into the back stockroom to look for an old mans cane to go with my party theme. He came right out with the cane. He was super nice and helpful. He really wanted to help, he stopped his task to help me.

The management and their employees are always so friendly and helpful. Went in on a major holiday to buy last minute party supplies and get some balloons filled and they were really rocking and rolling to keep the line moving so no one would be late to their destinations.

Went for curbside pickup and had to go inside because my order was lost. curbside pickup turned into a 45 minute pickup and my balloons didnt make it to the memorial for my daughter later that day. They have all kind of decorations for all types of parties. They have a good selection of stuff for bridal showers. They have a lot of balloons for all type of occasions. They blow the balloons up there for you.

There were 2 people trying to help hoards of checkout customers other staff was touring the place with the DM. On Halloween, one of their busiest days of the year. The DM should know that customers are the top priority, not how many inches are between isles.(actual conversation I heard). Took 45 minutes to get 4 balloons.

I was very impressed by the organization of their Halloween costumes. The system was extremely efficient and the person assisting was Beyer helpful and polite. I shopped for costumes at other stores, and I did not find another method that would compare to Party Citys. The ticket and wait method is no hassle and thr aisles of thr store look clean without all of the costumes jumbled and pawed through. Excellent work.

Slow. They have bad habit of having a full line of people and not enough help. The employees are helpful after you actually hunt one down. Not once has anyone offered me help to find anything if it wasnt Halloween. They usually have what I need a stock at least.

Picked up some items for someone else. They were given instructions by that person to blow the balloons up. They were not and it was too late to go back, the party was starting.

Over price and no stock in small Paw Patrol balloons. I asked about a discount because he was trying to sell me a giant balloon. he said he could give me a discount.

Not impressed. Yes they seem to have a whole lot of party stuff in the store, including 3 employees, but none of them seemed to care whether I or any of the other customers were in there. Two were on the floor discussing the fact that they had to pack up unsold items and ship them off somewhere. The young lady behind the counter told me they didnt have what I was looking for but I could buy two number balloons for 11.99 each. WTH?!? I wont be returning any time soon.

I can say it fun very entertaining a very lot of inventory to see things that they can show you and tell you about before actually purchase something that you want and dont need and be totally honest about it

Terrible customer service. The cashiers are rude and obviously hate their job. Dont dare ask to blow up balloons the whole world will come to an end. Theres 5 to 6 registers and you only use 2 why are they there? For looks the manager surely doesnt know how to use them either . Nothing is ever stocked on the shelves . Im not sure why or how you stay open...you really need to work on your customer service skills. You are in that industry...

Came in to purchase 6 balloons. There was only person in line waitin on an order. I stood in line almost 10 min and no one said I will be right with you or asked if I needed help. I had to ask if I could pay for them before being serviced. The young lady asked if I was ready. Youve seen me standing here so of course Im ready. Visiting from Atlanta but I will never come back! I know pay may be a factor but its not the customers fault. 👎🏽

Tried to get balloons for my son’s 4th birthday tomorrow. Spent 10 minutes in line and another five giving my email and information to be told they wouldn’t take any orders because they are low on helium. The party is in the morning and they open at 8:30 a.m., I wasn’t even offered to get the balloons today, but was told I could purchase the balloons today and bring them back in the morning and try then. This store is extremely disorganized and mismanaged. At least put up a sign and notify customers so they don’t waste their time and inform your employees.

Visited for Halloween, day before. They had costume pieces we could make work, when Spirit did not. More expensive on full costume, so we passed. Supercrowded, a line almost to the back of the store that took about 20 min. bc only 3 cash registers/cashiers. The woman working the floor was nice and helpful. Weird that they moved the main costume wall off of the back wall to center aisle where there are more obstacles. Had to cut through people waiting in line down aisles of merchandise to get what we needed.
