They have just about anything you could want that is Moon Pie related. The prices are a bit high, but not outrageous. I suspect people would buy more souvenirs if they were less expensive. I wasnt prepared to pay $19 for a t-shirt, but I would have if it was $15 I would have bought 2.

Mix and match mini moon pies! definitely worth stopping in here just to get a bunch of different flavor of moon pies where you can try all the different ones. Sunday has free parking so its a good day to come by without having to spend any extra there in traffic was a little less.

A variety of moonpies in the store. I got the collectible tinsand choose minis to make full (24). The store has shirts, stickers and other items. Look at store hours before coming. Pay the meter to park instead of public parking area.

We grew up with moon pies so this was fun to visit. My only complaint is that the prices either werent obvious (or maybe not even there) on much of the product. I probably would have bought more if it had been! Enjoyed sampling the different varieties after getting back home.

Cute place. A lot of character. No plus size clothes, though. You know us big girls like moon pies. Why not have a few 3X shirts in the mix?

Way to expensive. Not a huge variety of moonpie accessories and is in a metered parking area where we received a parking ticket. The meters were not very visible, albeit I perhaps should have looked better? Service was friendly but all in all I can only give it a 3. A moonpie small sock monkey should not be 16 bucks or more. Good theme of childhood memories but again, too expensive. Small, cramped and bit claustrophobic in there. Owners could really up there game with some changes.

Find this to be a delightful place to visit while in Chattanooga. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable about local attractions.

As a food blogger for A Pinch of Butter Food Blog I am a true Moon Pie fan and when I came to Chattanooga, TN I knew I had to visit this store. They have so much to choose from and I even found souvenirs to take back to my family.

First-time visit - definitely a neat place to visit. Practically every moon pie flavor offered, and you can mix and match your own box of them.

Cute little general store filled with Moon Pies and Moon Pie accessories (no, really, theyve got a tin can to hold the Moon Pies so they wont fall apart in the bag!). Theyve also got other candies and other local souvenirs as well. Needless to say, theyre not GENERAL general store, so temper your expectations.You can also supposedly make your own Moon Pies, but I have no idea how that works as I havent tried it.Currently theyre limiting the entry to the store to 2 groups at a time. Location seems nice and clean. If you catch them at a good time, you might even be able to get in without waiting!

It was so fun to go and relieve our childhood through moon pies, bottle cap candy, and an auto bingo card. They even have the original RC (royal crown) cola dispensing machine I used as a child. Stop by to enjoy a taste of yesterday though candy and games.

I love moon pies and was excited when I found out about this place. Lots of other stuff other than moon pies. You can get an ice cream sundae with a moon pie (i regret not doing this!). It looked so good! I loved this place so much, I went every day I was in the area.

If you like Moon Pies or nostalgic candies... pies are cheap Minis 50 cent each (only 10 calories) or 12 for $3.95. A 12 pc box of regular size double decker is $7.95, I think singles are 75 cents. You can personalize your assortment (chocolate, strawberry, banana cream, salted caramel, vanilla). Lots of other candies. They have some nice gift cans - I didnt check it they were empty. Moon pies originated here (so did Little Debbies). its cute.

It was so cute. After the Aquarium just walk straight down the street. You can also grab a snack at the cute little counter.

Nice little 💎in the ❤️ of downtown Chattanooga. Guys, you gotta grab a piece of history while visiting. Old school candy will take you back.

This place is so quaint. Plus I love moonpies. So I cannot give them less than a five-star rating. Also the staff was very friendly and the selection was phenomenal.

Hidden among the shops on this busy street, definitely worth the stop. Wide variety of quirky nostalgic items, including a large variety of Moon Pies. Also, ice cream and a soda fountain/hot dog bar.

There really wasnt a lot to this place. Underwhelmed. We were expecting to see quite a bit more, maybe some moonpie history, or some strange wacky flavors. This was pretty much just a moonpie gift shop.

Got there at 917 am was supposed to be open at 930 am left at 940 so bummed out here is where we got the hours of 9:30 am these are giving our at all the rest areas in florida tennesse etc and say 9:30

Oh my gosh I love RC you know moon pies love yourz in glass bottles again has been a long time since Ive had one of those yes the moon pie selection that was there all types of other stuff you can get very good place clean I mean excellent excellent customer service little pricey but it was good downtown Chattanooga I really liked it enjoyed being there I definitely go back

Who Knew! Heaven on earth was in Tennessee. This place is great, not only do they have every variation of moon pie you can think of, but its like a throwback Thursday. Everything fun from my childhood was in this place. It was time well spent. To top it off, I left my bag of purchases and they were so kind to ship it to me at no cost. Loving IT!!

The moonpie general store is a cute little throwback to early 80s corner store treats with some kitsch thrown in for good measure and a selection of fridge magnets, toffee and update moonpie flavors like salted caramel.

If you love moon pies, this is the place to go. Big selection of moon pies and retro candy. T- shirts, ice cream, hot dogs and other novelty items. A must stop for us with the kids when visiting Chattanooga.

Lots of selections, prices should be more affordable, like the reason why moon pie was created in the first place.

This is so cool an actual moon pie store. Its basically an outlet store for the factory which is located in town. Chattanooga Tennessee is a beautiful city I would love to live there.

Covid has affected the business. Really remember a lot more candy in the store. Loved it tho. Got my fresh moon pies!!

The home of a truly iconic dessert snack. They sell a nice selection of memorabilia as well. I once drove an hour and a half to Chattanooga just to visit it.

Any moon pie you could imagine! Plus, anything you might want to go with it. Slightly expensive in my opinion but, its a tourist stop. Look carefully for the sign. It is MoonPie shaped but it is small. We drove by it twice. On street parking.

So cool. This little store in downtown Chattanooga is a must see in your downtown travels. A little bar where you can order up moon pie snacks as you enter the store. Plenty of memorabilia and souvenirs to purchase. There is a moon pie and RC cola combo to buy for $5. Lots of tee shirts and other items to remind you of your trip. You can watch a short feature clip of the history of moon pies and how they got their start. You can package your own moon pies according to your favorite flavors to purchase. This is a Chattanooga institution you must visit. Easy to find on Broad st. not far from the aquarium.

They have all the moonpies flavors you want. You can make your own box or just pickup a few dozen for the road. Get your moonpies swag here. Not when we visited they are limiting the number of people in the store. Not an issue, but you may have to wait a bit to get in.

A store full of MoonPie Memorabilia...Flavors we have never seen before...where we come from its a Cheerwine and a MoonPie...and they had Cheerwine...it was like a little slice of home...so far away...

Ive been to this store about half a dozen times in recent years. This was the first time I had lunch there. Some friends and I ordered the hot dogs and sat at the counter. It was a great environment to catch up in and the hit dogs were suprisingly good. The buns were very good. The person who took our order was friendly. Ill be back when Im in town again.

Took me back to when I was a kid. They have all the flavors and at a great price. I got 12 regular size for $5.99. So good.

We had to stop in at the Moonpie store for one of their fountain drinks had to be the best tasting one I have ever had. Also picked up a box of the coconut creme moon pies. They are delicious.

Visited the store yesterday, the staff was very unfriendly and not helpful at all. They all just stood there like they wished we would leave. Both of the male employees were the worst. Not happy on my first experience with this place.

The staff was not UNfriendly, but where’s the southern hospitality? I was excited to find the clearance t shirts in the back and then disappointed that many of them were for other cities from the chain.

I love going into this store! Its so much fun to walk around and see the nostalgic items and I cant forget the moon pies. This store carries moon pies: regular size and minis, moon pie items with the insignia, from plates to t-shirts, old fashion candy, ice cream and hot dogs, even souvenirs. The store can get a bit crowded at times, because its small, but thats part of the nostalgia of it. The store is clean, the staff is always friendly, as well as the folks you happen to bump into while walking around.
