They really deserve zero stars. Today is my 5th missed appointment to have my flooring repaired. It’s a DR Horton warrant claim. If you are filling a warrant claim save yourself time and request a different company from the beginning. Attempting to work with this store has been an absolute nightmare. This has been going on since October. They have poor planning and are unable to meet any type of obligation that make. They won’t even call you half the time to say they are late or not coming. I would strongly urge you not to use them for anything.

I’ve called THREE different times about purchasing flooring to replace in my apartment. I’ve left the manager messages. I continue to be told that she will be in contact with me because I guess she’s the only one allowed to give out information on a price for the vinyl. And of course I call back to be told that the manager will be calling me in 3-4 business days which she won’t bc I was told that the last couple of times. My apartment manger can’t even get them on the phone either because she’s always paying for repairs to my floor. Clearly they need to put someone in that store to do their job instead of ignore paying customers.

We had plank flooring installed from Sherwin Williams, the Rep Michael was very knowledgeable about the product and the installers did a fantastic job putting it in. Thank you Sherwin Williams store #6636 for a very professional job!! We will be using you again in the future for all our flooring needs.
