David started working with us via FT to get to know our style and what we were looking for in order to have samples ready for us when we finally moved. He worked tirelessly with us for many weeks to make sure this difficult customer (me) got exactly what I wanted (including a custom hardwood transition that they don’t actually do. Melanie at Sun Flooring provided unparalleled guidance and personalized service. We started our project long-distance, working through text and email to pick flooring type and even complementary wall colors for our rental condominium, 716 at Holiday Isle on Dauphin Island. She visited personally to bring us samples when we were there, and when we weren’t, to take pictures of progress. She brainstormed with me as I changed patterns and design, grout dye and wall colors ever so slightly. In the end, it’s the vision I had, she was with me through the whole journey, and is now a friend for life. Our company has used Sun Flooring for recent commercial renovation projects. They did a great job, and were very easy to deal with. We will use them for all of our projects going forward.

We bought a house that had carpets in all the bedrooms. The rest of the house was nice hardwood that we wanted to match. As any hardwood installer will tell you, you can’t match hardwoods 100%. But, we got pretty dang close- as in, we can’t tell the difference going room to room. Any guest wouldn’t think twice, so needless to say we’re very happy with the results. Neil was the salesman on this, helped throughout the entire process, great guy, professional, and Id without a doubt use him again. And the crew was also outstanding. Finished quicker than expected. Looks incredible.

Love my new vinyl plank floor! Melanie helped me pick out just the right color for my new craft room. I paid on Tuesday and it was installed within 2 days. The installers were extremely efficient and cleaned up after the installation. Melanie and Mickey, the owner, have both called me to make sure I am happy with the installation. I am extremely pleased with my new floor! I highly recommend Sun Flooring.

Professional sales staff, wide variety of options in flooring and offered a variety of price ranges. Patient with my choices and changes, as well as my time line - which all made it any easy experience. Installers were on time and did a fantastic job, and left the place clean. I am extremely satisfied with my experience at Sun Flooring, nothing at all could have been done any better! I would highly recommend and will go back to them when I need something else.

Probably the worst attention to detail and time management skills I have ever experienced. Floor prep terrible. Communication skills terrible. Attendance terrible. I would suggest a 3 year old child before them to also lay tile back splash. Stay away from this company unless you want drama and a product that is way short of terrible. Installers will lay scratched tile and say nothing. Im only giving them 1 star b/c they actually do a good job at the design element.

Excellent experience from Melanie who helped us with tile and grout selection to our installers. Bobby and his assistant were meticulous, hard workers. I would highly recommend SunFlooring and we will use again for future jobs!

Carpet was supposed to be installed Tuesday July 5th (already paid for in advance)but no one showed up, no phone call or anything!! I called multiple times and left multiple voicemails! Finally after calling for 5-6 time someone answered and the excuse was our paperwork got lost and everything has been done for the day, no way for our floor could be installed that day!! The day we scheduled to have it done!!! They asked if we could do it today (July 6th), so I said yes as long as someone is here to do it by noon. Well no one showed up until almost 2! So Ive wasted another full day that I had stuff to do!! Also they were supposed to take the old carpet with them to dispose of it but they left it instead! Highly unsatisfied and definitely wouldnt recommend this company!!
