Our house flooded and we went to floor traders and we’re very blessed to get Brock to wait on us! He was so nice and attentive to all of our needs during this stressful time. We changed up our order several times and he was patient and so helpful because I certainly needed that at this time! Thank you Brock for all of your help Floor Traders are very lucky to have a nice person like you working for them!! Terry came to measure our house for the install and he was very nice and so helpful to us also and explained things to us and we know how it’s going to go when he comes to install our flooring thank you Terry!! They all made this time easier for my family!

Great place, very knowledgeable. My contractor was trying to finish my floors and was short a box of the plank flooring he purchased. At 5 minutes till 6:00 I called and asked if we could come get one box so he could Finish and I forgot the name of the wonderfulSales person, as my memory is extremely short, but he said he could wait a few extra minutes for my husband to get there. It was a life saver as we had taken off work to make sure this was done and the contractor wanted it done as well. Thank you so much. Such awesome knowledgeable and caring people.

My floors look fantastic! Brad, the salesman who assisted me in the store was very helpful and knowledgeable. Brad, the contractor who laid the vinyl planking, was fantastic. Ran into a little trouble when we pulled the carpet up and discovered the subfloor had to be replaced. Brad got me right back on his schedule as soon as that was completed and finished in one day! Cant say enough good things about their customer service!

I have to say my experience with The Floor Trader was truly positive. Brock was able to assist me with picking out a great Vinyl Tile. The price and quality of the tile was fantastic. The installer (I wish I could remember his name) did a wonderful job. I will be purchasing more flooring in the future. The Floor Trader will be my first stop. Thanks again.

Our flooring expert took the time to walk us through the entire process, asking questions to find out what we really wanted, rather then just selling us what we thought we wanted. We had about 650 sq. ft. of laminate installed 2 years ago by Floor Traders installer.Had a planned addition built (Known about from the very beginning when we bought all needed floor material for the 650 + planned addition of 300 sq. ft. more)This time, after the original installer never answered our phone or text messaging, Floor Trader had another installer do the addition work.First problem was the original installer had ended the original floor in such a bad way that we had to pay extra to take up over half of the original floor just to get the additional floor laid down correctly. The original floor did not allow for the additions floor to just continue on.Then when the second installer removed part of the original we found the serious problems. The underlayment was installed upside down and incorrectly. In just a hallway section we found over a large dust pans worth of trash and debris underneath the underlayment when turning it back over correctly. Installer found floor nails sticking up through underlayment and into the originally installed flooring boards.The second installer, when re-laying down the original floor again also corrected the 1/4-3/8 gaps that developed in the original flooring over a period of 1 year.That fix of the original installer cost us an additional $500 bucks to correct the original Floor Traders install job. On top of the cost of installing the new additions flooring.

This was my first experience with buying flooring and having it installed. I visited 2 other stores before finding Floor Traders and had become very discouraged. Jen at the Schillinger Rd location was so welcoming and patient. She took her time to explain the process from start to finish and help me find exactly what I needed. Throughout the installation he was punctual and communicated the process and schedule and answered all of my questions. He and his associate were very friendly, professional, patient with working around my dogs, and I felt comfortable leaving them alone in my home. I would recommend them and the store to anyone.

I bought and ordered a bunch of tile and all the required additional items to install. Once the money changed hands, I was an afterthought. I waited on items that were supposed to take a week. After 10 days I called. The original salesman wasnt there, so I had to wait for them to come back to find out it still wasnt there. After two weeks I called and they said it arrived later that day I was there... Thanks for the call...Ill probably shop around better next time for better service. I have a ton more tile to do and dont have time for this.

Jen has been great at helping me with 2 different bathroom remodels now! She is so great to work with! Her ideas are great, but always listens to my likes and dislikes about her suggestions. Together we have worked great together for beautiful results. She also coordinates everything with my tile guy, who she recommended, to make sure every detail of the material is taken care of. It just really couldnt be easier.

Job took 4 weeks longer than promised and cost us $1000+ more than estimated. Classic case of bait & switch as far as installer goes___they sent an installer to bid the job and his experience and promises were what the estimate were based on; in the end another installer was substituted without our knowledge or approval; one who knew less and created additional work and expense for us...yet same price as the more experienced installer who promised us specialized cuts/work which we did not get.Id recommend you think twice about using this company to save money on discounted tile if the trade off is using their installers... nobody ever reached out to us to rectify or offer solutions or assistance with costs associated with extra materials required due to their bid....not the extra inconvenience and work due to the job completion being a month out from what was promised.

If you want great service when you walk in just ask for mr mallory whom i know really knows what he is talking about. he helped in every way. he gave an estimate for everything that was nearly to the dollar. He told us how much it would take to do the job and it turned out we had only one piece of flooring left which wasnt even a full piece. My husband and I recently bought hardwood from floor trader. We discovered that we way over measured what we needed.I didnt realize that you couldnt return merchandise. I asked the manager if we could return and get store credit for tile. My first answer was no sorry we cant. of course I wasnt happy being that we have at least $700 of hardwood that we arent able to use. I talked to him again trying to get store credit . What he said he would do for me is I would get store credit for the tile but I would have to pay a certain percent of whats left over.so if I have $700 of hardwood left I would have $300 taken from that to pay for the shipping. Not very happy! Lesson learned always make sure you measure perfectly. Ive never bought something and couldnt take back.we should have gone to lowes..

I love Floor Trader!! We recently bought a home that needed all new flooring. Jen Walther, our sales lady, was very knowledgeable about their products. She helped us pick out hardwood that matched the existing hardwood in the foyer. It matched very well. Then, when we changed our minds abt putting hardwood in the kitchen, she gladly helped us exchange it for a beautiful tile! And both products were a great price!!Also, they recommended an installer, Rob Goleman, who did a fantastic job! I found a tile pattern from Pinterest that he had never laid before but he copied the pattern perfectly!Floor Trader is a very honest company, too. When calculating the price of the materials, another discount was found. Jen called me and said she had a refund for us!! That was a very nice surprise! Thank you Floor Trader!!
