This man helped me and my daughter in so many ways. Our phone service with another company was not helping us with our problems and ROB fixed it for us. The first time I was really needing a better phone and a Hispanic walked in and needed help with English so ROB helped him figure out what he was trying to say. It was closing time so ROB could have asked us come back but he didn’t ! He was very patient, professional, and got the job done in the Correct way!! WAY to go ROB!! THE 2nd time my daughter went in and Thank the Lord it was ROB again. And he did the same for my daughter, Every time someone asks us where to go to get great service and awesome professionalism!!! From now on. We will say CRICKET. At the “loop” on Airport !!!! And ask for ROB!!!

I liked it but I cant afford $60.00 a month and no other plans were give. Ill try AT&T or Metro.

The ladies here were splendid! The ladies (whose names I cant remember) worked their hardest to meet my needs. They had wonderful customer service. I 10/10 recommend. I would rather drive all the way here than go to the Foley store where I live.

I had gone in here for issues with my cricket phone... the young lady was very helpful..... went back 2 more times to buy a new phone from her specifically and that girl was not in either time .... did not purchase

Im no longer with this company but wanted to say that Bee at Airport store was a wonderful customer representative! She was always in great spirit and made even the worse of day seem brighter. Thank you Bee. (Account was my fiance Shelby Mulford but you still knew me by name)
