As someone who usually doesn’t leave reviews, the fact that I’m actually reviewing this is a big deal, for me at least. this is the SECOND TIME I’ve had an issue with this location. the first time was a few weeks ago, where instead of giving me a refund for the sandwich I PAID for on the app, I was told “come back next time and we’ll give you one” since they didn’t have anything that I wanted to replace the $6 sandwich I paid for. this time though, I came in to get an iced coffee before work and when I got to work, I realized there was MOLD on my cup. mold. I’ve called the number MULTIPLE times to rectify this situation—honestly I’m sick to my stomach over this—but nobody answered; it seems the line isn’t accepting calls. I did leave a voicemail, but I doubt anybody will answer it. I’m never coming back; I’d rather be late for work and go to a different starbucks than come to this one again.
AMAZING and FUN service. I came in with a large order for my office and the two girls at the counter were very helpful and making me laugh. Bre wrote sweet messages on everyones cups with the most beautiful handwriting. We cant wait to come back!
Friendly, great coffee and very clean. Would recommend to anybody
