I have been recommending this place to everyone! The staff was very helpful in resolving my issue while I was in the store, I was fully expecting you asked that I come back to hear the results of my computers diagnosis but instead they took the time right then to handle my issue. I also appreciated that they did not try to sell me things that I did not need. I have had that happen at other computer places before. The staff was even able to offer me a replacement part on the spot which was very fairly priced! if I have computer issues in the future Ill be sure to go back!

Ive been in IT for 15 years and needed a very specific replacement SSD for a MacBook, this SSD was used only in the late 2012-2013 Retina model MacBooks and even finding one on Amazon was extremely hard. This store had one IN STOCK for $200, exactly what Amazon charges for a general 1TB SSD. They saved the day and they didnt treat me like I was a moron when I called and asked for the part. The man that helped me was wonderful, stayed a little late on a Friday for me, and 100% saved my day and weekend. Go there to get your stuff fixed!!

My computer had stopped working, It wouldnt even turn on anymore. I took it to the computer store and gave it to Richard. Few days later, he had it fixed and my computer was working like new. I strongly recommend this place. They are very professional and do good quality work.

I went in, and the man inside immediately knew what was wrong with my laptop. While he waited for the part to come in to fix it, he loaned me a spare keyboard to use since mine was broken. When the part finally got in, he had my laptop fixed in an hour. Awesome place. Awesome staff. Awesome dog that roams around the store.

I took my computer to Mr. Richard after a lightning strike fried my hard drive. He was able to save all of my files, and set everything up on a better hard drive for me. I give him my highest possible recommendation!

Did a great job at replacing my MacBook screen, upgrading my hard drive, recovering my data and prior customization, and updating the memory chips. All in one day! Very impressive and professional. Oh, did I mention they turned it around in less than 6 hours after they confirmed the special order parts had arrived? Plus their shop dog is very sweet and gentle. The upgrades were expensive due to the hardware costs, not their labor charges.I have over 30 years of professional I/T experience but am now happily retired and no longer have access to a lab with proper tools and other equipment to make the repairs/upgrades/restores myself. Without hesitation I will return—they are now my default place to go for computer repairs. I would recommend them to everyone I meet who might need such maintenance or repairs. So I am a music producer and make a living on my computer. so it was very important that I get up and running asap. My Mac was running super slow once I upgraded to Mojave. I didnt know what to do. but then I came to the computer store and mr. Richard with his excellent customer service assured me that everything was going to be alright and sure enough within one day everything was back running better that normal. Wonderful service. I was in and out within 30 minutes. I had my iPhone 6 battery replaced. The price was great especially since it was the only iPhone battery repair servicer open at 8 am. I highly recommend.

Dont listen to all the other complainers out there. I have been a customer there for a couple of years and always get excellent service. If they dont have the part in stock that you need, they will usually get it the next day. They are always professional and courteous. I thought it was hopeless for my computer, I gave up on it and had already bought a replacement. Then I was recommended this store from a Geek Squad employee. Got the diagnostic he said quote Your battery is swollen, its like an acid bomb ready to burst 3 days later and it was back good as new with updated OS as well, these people are seriously experts and they will do cosmetics for free, I dont even remember his name, but I had 1 broken key on my keyboard and he replaced all of the to slick new keys. Super satisfactory and a decent price too.

Do not believe the owner when he says you have a 6month warranty. Be sure to get this in writing. My computer stopped working a week after it was fixed and they owner wanted to charge me an additional $500.

Very knowledgeable, courteous, and HONEST. Grant even gave a bit of advice on another device that was malfunctioning, so that I wouldnt be out of pocket for a small issue, easily remedied at home. I would DEFINITELY recommend them to anyone who needs any computer repair. A+++++ service!

I gotta give mad props to these guys. My MacBook had a display issue. With only a few days left on my Apple warranty, they fixed my display, and I could not be happier. They also had MagSafe boards in stock that I got when a power surge cooked our power adapters.

Still waiting on my iPad from Apple to send in to them for me just to get a new one since I have a warranty on it. They have poor communication skills. Everyday I to call to get results about my iPad when they said they would call themselves, but never did. It has been almost 2 weeks( Im still waiting now ) if I wouldve known it was gone take this long, I wouldnt made a trip to Birmingham at the Apple Store and got the new iPad there.The computer store are unorganized and they seem to always be lying about something and being sneaky. I just got a call yesterday saying my find my iPad was on so that stopped the process for me getting my iPad. I clearly was in front of the employer who cut it off for me, and I saw her do it myself. So when the technician guy said other wise, I knew he was lying. Why does it take this long to look at a freaking iPad.I do not recommend at all ! Will never go back.
