I like going to CVS if it only to look around you will be surprised at the bargains you will find.
Drop prescription off at around 3pm was told it would be ready in approximately one hour. Gave them a little extra time went back around 5:30 ! Was told it was not ready and that they couldn’t call because I didn’t write my contact number on the prescription! I told the young lady just say you didn’t look because I wrote my contact number in the left top 🔝 corner! I absolutely hate dealing with this CVS pharmacy department! I didn’t get a text until 7:15 pm saying that my prescription was ready for pickup!! If it was not for their pharmacy they would have a higher ranking !!! The ranking is not based off of me taking one prescription their this has happened on several other occasions!
Pharmacist was late to open and kept her back to the drive up window for 15 minutes as she scratched around in a drawer and intentionally ignored the fact that I rang the bell and was waiting. There were no customers in the store at this time. Very poor customer service and just rude! I’ll use the pharmacy at Publix even though CVS is closer.
We have been with these guys since reopening. We loved them they were always looking out for us, now they have a new pharmacist and customer care is gone with the old pharmacist. I was unable to convince the district supervisor that the pharmacist had techs in check. I even had proof in their own handwriting. It was dismissed as a misunderstanding. Dont get me wrong, there are some good employees still there. Just hope and pray they are the individuals handling your business. Tonya is the best there.
If you enjoy being ignored, Id go here. Pharmacy staff is rude and unhelpful. I will be pleased to drive further and less convenient location. They do not deserve my business and neither your business.UPDATE: On March 9th 2017, I was just had shoulder surgery in Pensacola and the ortho doc was kind of to call my Norco 7.5 rx into my neighorhood pharmacy. This is also the day that I was treated like a drug addict. Mind you, I was wearing an arm immobilizer and visible surgical dressings to my affected limb. When I asked about getting pain medicine they informed that they were out. So I asked to speak to the pharmacist, I asked why they didnt inform the Dr. office that they were out of the medication so the rx could be sent to another CVS. She replied, SIR I DONT LIKE THE WAY YOU ARE TALKING TO ME AND I DONT FEEL COMFORTABLE FILLING YOUR PRESCRIPTION. YOU NEED TO GO ELSEWHERE. And that was the best solution I received from CVS pharmacy that day. I also requested to speak with the store manager, who never called me back.
Pharmacist lacks customer service. Very rude and will ignore you.
Especially Tonya M. In the pharmacy! Always there when you need her.
