The cashier Kelly is absolutely lazy...rude...unprofessional! EVERYTIME I have had an interaction its the same thing. So bad that now if he is there I turn around and leave due to his bad lazy attitude!

Horrible customer service at 2001 Airport Blvd. I gave Melissa the cashier $40 cash. My car only took $20 the cashier tried to give me $1 back. I had her to call the Manager after 15 to 20 minutes. The Cashier refuse to look at the e-receipt. I finally get the correct cash back. Neither the Cashier or Manager would give me Corporate number so I could do a complaint as of yet. The Manager agreed with the Cashier. The Cashier had the nerve to tell she was only going to give me a $1 change back. The funny thing is she rang me out at $38.98 before the pump actually stop. How many more people have this cashier cheated out of cash. The sad thing is neither will apology for their error.

Horrible customer service. Every other hour the workers leaves and put a sign on door saying be back in 5 minutes and end up taking 30 minutes.. I know because I sat and waited.. I do not recommend this place

Make sure if you stop for a beer, your 12yr old doesnt want any snacks. They will expect to see their ID too, or refuse the sale. I understand carding people that look underage. I think he wanted my daughters ID for another reason. Creep

Discriminate against someone without a mask on, definitely do not recommend this gas station, had to use the restroom and was dehydrated from not having water for a couple hours, was stopping to get water!

One star bc happened multiple times.--The guy on midnights, Humphrey, does not care about making the store money. He cares about his side work. (Stocking the cooler, cleaning, etc) I tested him tonight. I pulled up at 12:40am. Doors locked, he was to the right by coffee makers, made eye contact with me. I think, ok he will finish up and let me in. Oh no! He tried to hide after I turned around to lock my car. I knock again, only now you can only see his left shoulder. He continues to do whatever he was doing. I get in my car, honk, no response, so I left. They lost a $50-75 dollar sale bc of that. If it is after midnight, I will always avoid this place!

Do not go to this store in the morning at all. Each and every time Ive tried the clerks ignore the ever growing line. They call it shift change but it turns oit to be counting cigarettes. They are lazy and unprofessional.

Bait and switch. Price is $0.06 higher than the sign advertises. Boycott this and other businesses that use dishonest business practices unless you like being tricked.
