We live one county over but its worth going across the bay to shop at Costco. The have a great deal on papayas, avocados, and kiwis every time we go. We usually spend about $400. When we go, but we get a lot of food for the money. I hear people compare it to Sams Club, but Costco has much better quality.

There I was at the Costco Wholesale Food Court on a day like any other. I ordered a slice of their signature Pepperoni Pizza. At the counter, the young man nonchalantly told me my total: “a thousand dollars”. For a moment I was shocked, how could a single slice of pizza cost that much, especially since I already paid the yearly membership fee? At that moment I realized the young man was telling a joke! I laughed so hard I nearly fell to the ground! That wasn’t my total at all, it was actually $2.19! Now that’s the kind of friendly, down-to-earth member service I expect from a top-tier wholesale warehouse. I’ll definitely return and make sure my friends and family do as well!!

Great prices on sale items, water, dog food, and tortillas are always priced great. But look for sales usually we only buy stuff on sale to make it worth it.

We usually by the Costco brand bacon comes in for 1 lb packs. Usually dont have any complaints but in this particular package if you look at the sheet pan on the right theres more fat than meat that was underneath the bacon on the left so you could not see it. Im not very happy with that package

Prices are excellent but the crowds are large. I was very disappointed to see self checkouts instead of more employees working the registers. I worry that Costco like Walmart is the new race to the bottom in customer service.

Costco is the most organized and well put together store at this time. If you can, please pay them a visit and start your membership. You will not regret it at all!

Kinda of crowded but moving swiftly. Went in to get a 🍕 and ⛽. Most people still wearing a mask but some werent. Still has to maintain the 6 ft distancing when checking out.

Oh my! So much stuff at great prices. You need to have your own shopping bags in your car after you check out so you can load it all up. They do put boxes out front if you need them but those go pretty fast as customers are coming in. Plus, you might want to bring a truck. It was busy but at least they have alot of working cash registers to move you along. Helpful employees are all over if you need them. Just wish it wasnt so far from my house.

I recently obtained a membership and have been very happy with my experience so far. There is a great variety of products and groceries available in bulk for good prices.

Recent first time members of Costco. My only regret is we didnt join sooner. Its about 1hr20 mins from our house so thats probably whats kept us away. Basically its its a warehouse style experience similar to Sams, but with amazingly clean stores, great customer service and nice selection of merchandise.Weve found that we really enjoy the Kirkland brand products as well.

Its nice to see the food samples back. I like to stock up on cases of things I used regularly. Its sad to see that though transportation issues and shortages have gone, prices remain high. Adjustment should be made.Staff is always helpful and love the .25 water!

Just another wholesale house. They carry things our local warehouse doesnt, so well make the trip to Mobile now and then. We like them a lot.

Your one stop shop for a couple weeks. Anything you need. they have. Huge family, buy in bulks. Make sure you have money to spend though.It would be nice if membership cards gets loaded with coupons that applies a discount to purchase at checkout. Like 20% off this week on purchase used once or twice per membership card, that would separate them from competition.

The little lady that helped us at the membership counter was so funny and nice! Gave us a lot of great tips while we were waiting for everything to process and answered all the questions we had about becoming a Costco Member. She was so excited for me and my boyfriend that we felt really excited about shopping at Costco too! I cant remember her name, but I remember her smile. Such a gem of humanity!

Very similar to Sams. But the quality of the products do seem better. Its pretty big so I didnt get to explore it completely. Pretty good for what I saw as far as pricing, quality, and the variety of items.

Awesome. It was the 1st time visiting this Costco. We are from another state. Our family absolutely enjoyed the rotisserie ribs and chicken wings. It was so delicious. I have never seen this at the Costco where we live. How wish they were selling in all costco stores.

We were greeted at the door. The store was very well lit and clean. The aisles had ample room to maneuver shopping carts.I found everything on my list. I enjoyed the samples that were offered throughout the store.Checkout was smooth and quick with no issues.

I love Costco and drive 1 hour 10 minutes each way when I go since they dont have a store in Pensacola. Better selection of items and more varieties. Better prices but taxes eat the savings.

I go to Costco all the time and love shopping there. Its always clean and everyone there is usually friendly and great. Today I felt like I just had to write a review to mention an amazing cashier I met today. Her name is Eva and not only was she fast and efficient, but she was also very nice. In the time I was standing in another line she got 5 customers out the door while my cashier was working on one. She had a long line but I switched over to her anyways. She still got me out the door before the person that was standing in line in front of me. She definitely deserves some recognition for her wonderful work ethic!

Ive always loved Costco. Where I live now the closest one is 120 miles round trip. I went there to get my printer cartridges refilled. They have gotten rid of the photo department. I nolonger see a reason to go back. Very disappointed in them!

I have visited the hearing service in Mobile warehouses recently and greeted with the most pleasant and friendly staffs.Heather, the hearing aid specialist could not have been more pleasant and helpful. She was knowledgeable and answered my questions patiently.Thank you.

Im furious right now.. I do love our costco and its amazing but Ive waited almost a year for the sale on generators I checked the day before and they had about 15, I go in today before their opening at 10 to be sure I get in and boom they are all gone before 10 hits.. I ask what time they open and they say 10 but 9 for seniors.... and no rain checks because of covid.... I am super disappointed and upset.. I will still rate them high because this is my only disappointment since we became members when they first opened their doors... also sad when they got rid of samples.. but they are back now so less sad about that.

I love shopping at Costco - been a member for 20 years and have been to many stores in different states. To big gripes for me are the Mobile store has a very limited selection of pet products and the customer has to box their own groceries! No other Costco Ive ever been to makes you box your own stuff and I cant get an answer why they do that; some say its the union, others say its a corporate decision; whatever the reason, its super annoying. The employees are ok but not super friendly, and dont seem to make an effort to go above or beyond. Overall, its less than mediocre - I only keep shopping there because Im entrenched with Costco.

Best prices ever, you must have a membership card to get in and make use of the great offers, electronics, vitamins, bakes, dairy products, even a very big restaurant, we enjoyed eating the biggest pizza ever !!! We have been a member for quite awhile. We Love going to Costco if it means traveling back and forth from Florida. I was impressed with the staff attitude at this location. Something at Sams club in Pensacola I didnt get when we joined for the first time. We come here once a month and get what we need. Wish we had one in Pensacola rather than a Sams club.

Would have given 5 stars but they didnt have the Costco brand water in. Always find what Im looking for and then some...

Unfair. After they accepted my medical condition for the last year and accepting that I cannot wear a mask or shield, they now are saying I cannot checkout without a mask. They were fine to let me in and shop for over an hour but not checkout? I tried to explain I already had COVID, I have antibodies, but I cannot wear a mask and they wouldn’t let me check out. They had two body building looking punks surround me like they are going to force me to put on a mask when I was already leaving. That’s a good way to get hurt. There is no state mandate here and they are not being fair to those with medical limitations after they promised me last year I was fine without a mask and just needed to let them know I have a medical condition. Cancelling membership and charge card due to medical discrimination.

When we did find one, she sanitized it and gave it to us for our Mother!!! What a PRECIOUS lady!!!!The store was VERY well stocked and ALL the items we needed were available!

Okay place. Variety is lacking

Literally cannot beat these prices, unless youre going to a clearance sale or something. Youre paying wholesale prices for some really high quality goods. Not only that, but the Kirkland signature stuff you can buy is often at or above name brand quality(quite literally, most often it will be manufactured in the same factories as the name brands), but at a fraction of the cost. Also, free samples on weekends, the pharmacy and optometrist are top notch, and you CAN NOT pass up on this food court. I know people who will come to this place specifically just to go to the food court. Thats how good it is. The pizza is amazing, the chicken bakes are so deliciously decadent, and the hot dog combo is such a good deal I feel like Im losing money somehow if I DONT buy it. And you can tell they treat their employees well here because the employees treat the customers the same way. I havent had a single bad customer service experience here yet and Ive been coming here for over twenty years. One time, a guy in front of me at the customer service counter was returning a TV that had to be over a decade old. If I worked there, I would have told this guy to shove off for his clear abuse of the VERY liberal return policies, but the representative just politely handled the transaction, refunded his credit card, and sent him on his way. That level of customer care is absolutely astounding to me. This is legitimately the only store I actually recommend to friends and family. Theres a very good reason for that.

They have everything! I go here at least once a week. Prices are amazing. The store itself is clean, organized, nothing to complain about. Customer service is always great. Cashiers are friendly. The people who work in the cafe could be a little friendlier... You can tell they dont like their job or dont wanna be there. Part of customer service is to try to smile at customers and not show that youre annoyed at being there.
