Snow cone just was not good. The ice did not have a good texture to it. It was too coarse. The syrups are not flavorful like the traditional syrups that comes out of New Orleans. A better syrup would have made the experience better. Those syrups are out there, Rouses sells them. Trust me it is hard to pass off “fake” snow cone syrup. It is hard to post the honest review because the folks were super nice who waited on me.

I took my grandsons here, to let them see and enjoy rolled ice cream. The employees were extremely helpful and friendly. The Ice cream was delicious. We are looking forward to trying more flavors. I definitely recommend this place

Visited for the first time and the staff was very helpful and accommodating to the fact we didnt know how it worked. They were pretty busy, but orders were still made quickly and correct. The Biscoff cookie rolled ice cream is to die for. 10/10. The people here were friendly, fast, and overall very helpful. They products at amazing and I will be returning.

I dont even eat alot of ice cream and most ice cream shops are all the same. But if you want something completely different and actually worth your money then try this place. The staff was very accommodating and even though there were several orders in front of us they worked quickly and efficiently.

Me and my girls went here after hearing about it from a friend. We wasn’t impressed. First off, the wait was over 35 minutes with only 3 people in front of us. We were confused about the menu and the staff was rushing us to hurry up and pick something from the menu. When we got our ice cream. It was really cold and couldn’t even eat it with a spoon. We had to eat it with our hands. The ice cream had no flavor and they skimped us on the toppings. What a shame for this establishment! My girls said that we should have went to Snow Zone instead. Every time we go there, the service is great and their ice cream is way better and tastier than sno dash or should we call them slow dash.

The service was phenomenal! The ice cream was very fun to watch as you can watch it through the glass window. The ice cream taste amazing and they put in a lot of work to do their job!

We had such a great time, I had the salted caramel, it was delicious. The staff was friendly and the service was quick.

We were excited to come here and well.. it was lack luster. It took a long time and there was just zero energy in the place. It was a Monday night and they werent busy, but they kept having to go in the back for stuff. It just felt like there was no sense of urgency and it was dull. The unicorn ice cream was delicious, but I wouldnt make the drive to come back.Also, I asked for an extra spoon and the woman just pointed to the wall where spoons were behind customers eating. I awkwardly got my own spoon despite the employee being closer and not busy.

Enjoyed the ice cream. It took about 20 or 30 minutes to get my order., but it was expected for the work the employee does to prepare your order and 4 or 5 customers before you. I ordered the coffee with nutterbutter. It was good!

Expensive rolled ice cream. It is neat for the novelty factor. You can choose what flavor of ice cream and what toppings you want. I can buy a whole gallon of blue bell for one serving at their store.

Before I begin my review, Ill say Ive never actually had the ice cream. My complaints fall within the customer service aspect.Ive been twice and both waits were over 30 minutes long. Nobody greeted us and the set up is confusing; if youre new there its hard to figure out where to start. When you walk in you just see a bunch of people standing around waiting. Customer service can make or break a business, and Ill be hard pressed to visit a third time.
