An afternoon doesnt get any sweeter than spending time with family and ice cream treats too. We loved the variety of ice cream and so many choices to pick from. We all had a great time and the friendly lady that waited on us always makes a good experience. They definitely need to hire more help for her.

The website shows they are open. However, when we went on April 5, there is a sign on the door stating they are closed because of No Ice Cream. They need to update their website.

Love the ice cream. They just need to turn the air on. Super hot to me. It was much cooler out side than in.

How can you be mad when youre eating ice cream? This place always has great ice cream and the staff is always very polite, friendly and are knowledgeable about the multitude of flavors. 10/10 would recommend.

I take my granddaughter here after we go to park. Its clean, bathroom and was clean also.They have SO many different kinds of ice cream to pick from and bowls or cones. My granddaughter loves cotton candy and Im a rocky road lover! Great place to take kids to an for us big kids!

Ice cream was good but the portions were really small for the price. Staff also seemed not that enthusiastic to be at work. Good icecream though

Baskin-Robbins was created after WWII by two Jewish Brother-in-Laws - Butch Baskin and Irv Robbins. Butch married Irv’s sister - Irv had grown up in his father’s dairy business and had sold ice cream his entire life. After both serving in WWII - Irv was running his own Ice Cream Shop and had convinced his new brother-in-law that he should do the same. After a few years the two decided to merge their respective ice cream shops into one and rename the new venture Baskin-Robbins, in 1948. The rest is pretty much history - except to say that Butch unfortunately died at an early age in 1967 from a heart attack - but Irv lived until 2008, when he passed away at the age of 90! And NOTHING else smells like the inside of a Baskin-Robbins, I’m pretty sure you can gain weight just by breathing the air!!!

I had my ice cream packed by a woman named Allison, filled to the brim, the way its supposed to be. I remember eating Baskin Robbins as a kid, my favorite flavor was Rainbow Sherbet and Ive visited quite a few times to get a quart of that nostalgia. Great job, Allison.

If I could give this place zero stars I would.. This location shouldn’t even be open. It is beyond filthy. For a location that hasn’t been open but a decade, this store looks like something out of a 70s horror film.. Bugs in the light fixtures, mold on the ceiling. Dust everywhere mold isn’t on the ceiling! Filthy counters, filthy tables.. sticky floors. It’s quite clear either the owner, manager or both couldn’t care less. It was the second day of the Stranger Things promotion and they not only didn’t have the funko pop for sale, they literally had nothing to make any of the Stranger Things Sundaes, being told by the worker, that they “hadn’t had time yet to make the waffle bowls”.. This was @ 17:00!! On a Saturday!! Top that with the fact the ac was out and they had the lights out in an attempt to cool off the place a little bit.. My nine year old left in tears over the experience!! The absolute worst experience I have ever had at an ice cream shop.. By a mile!!

Its ice cream. Plain and simple. Need I say more. Great customer service and a friendly smile. Prices still reasonable and everything is so good!!!!

I work there and I don’t know how to leave comments on anyone else’s ratings. We are sorry if you ever come in and see that it’s a little messy. We try very hard to make sure our seating area is clean. Sometimes we fail to do so because we don’t just serve customers. We have various jobs that go on behind the scenes. We are always training new people, so sometimes we aren’t as quick, but we rather get your order right the first time around. I saw how Baskin Robbins as Stranger Things items and that was my goal to collect all 4 quarts so I made the drive I bought all 4 and I got one quart of U.S.S. Butterscotch I’m a little sad because I should’ve sampled the Elevens Heaven and The Upside Down but I’m very happy with my purchase there was only one lady working at the time and she gave me a discount it was so nice of her highly recommend this place

I went in the store yesterday evening to order an ice cream cake for my moms birthday. The girl took my order and I paid for the cake while I was there. As soon as I got back home I received a phone call and the girl told me that they weren’t accepting cake orders at this time. Today I have to go get my money back and go find a cake somewhere else. I’ll never buy another cake from Baskin Robbins.

The store was very busy but well staffed (3 employees) and all were very attentive and friendly. I worked in the food industry for 30 years in management and I would be proud of this crew. We will start coming back more regularly.

I was on vacation and came upon this location and the employee was pleasant and polite. She also allowed me to sample the new flavors they had and didnt rush me to deal with another customer. The atmosphere was awesome and the customers was friendly. Will visit again in the future.

Excellent service from the young people working. They were very knowledgeable about the ice cream. We enjoyed it very much and we will be back.

At Baskin-Robbins, its hard to say what my favorite flavor is. Orders are taken and delivered with the most efficient manner. The staff members are providing a service on a consistent basis.

We drove all the way across town to get some ice cream. We checked the internet and we found that Baskin-Robbins was going to be open until 10. We got there at about 9:20 pm. The restaurant was packed and there was a gentleman cleaning the glass. Our family and another customer came up to the door and it was locked. The guy said that they close at 9:30. The sign on the door said 10pm and the guy said they closed at 10pm. He said the Sunday was not included in the weekend... The people inside were white and we are black and we were denied service. We were severely disappointed and let down. They lost business and potential long term customers.

My daughter and I visited on March 8 at 6:30 pm. We both had the three scoop sundae. This was my second visit in three days. When the young lady who was making my sundae dispensed the hot fudge hardly anything came out so I asked her to add more. She told me she would have to charge me extra. I reluctantly agreed. After the same thing happened with my daughters I mentioned to her that it appeared that the dispenser was running out. She was very rude so I asked her for a manager. She called a lady she said was the manager but refused to give her first name. She never told her the reservoir was almost empty so I took photos with my phone and asked if I could send the pictures for her to review. She said no and told the employee that I could leave my number and she would call me when she came in the following day. I never heard from her and have called numerous times and left messages but still haven’t heard from anyone. Sincerely, Highly Unsatisfied.

Workers were rude, store was filthy! My son and I got skipped over in line. Honestly if I hadn’t promised my son some ice cream from this establishment, I would’nt have purchased anything! The cones were disgustingly made(dipped in runny chocolate) and the worker even said whoever made them did poorly(to the other worker), they were out of a few flavors of ice cream, the counters were filthy! Have you ever been to a place and didn’t really want to touch anything bc you can see that majority of everything is dirty? This is exactly how I felt!

Went to BR only had half the ingredients for a bannana split and tells me this after she already starting making it. Oh but i still had to pay the whole price. I dont know about whoever is reading this but if you like to pay full price for half the product more power to you. If you know your gonna be missing stuff for a bannana split when a customer asks you for one at least tell them up from or make up for it. Thanks for nothing baskin robins.
