Fast and friendly pharmacy. The pharmacist was very helpful and explained the new medication to my daughter

Placed an order for delivery. Was supposed to be delivered between 10am-11am. 2 hours later and I Can’t get anyone to answer the phone.

I love this Walmart...it reminds me of the one I used to frequent in Miami but even better. Everything I needed was right there and the store was so organized. Everything looked so fresh. I also liked the customer service, the cashier was so friendly and professional, checking out was quick. Another thing I liked about this Walmart is that I didnt almost get run over by a speeding car.

Pretty bad experience!!!! Been there for a refund at the pharmacy three times. And there’s always an excuse. Mrs. Terry always had a “good excuse “. The first time that they were about to close. And the last time that the Store Manager was not at the store….

Shelf prices did not reflect checkout prices. Stockers are mostly politeThere are of couple who need remedial training.And some of their prices have surpassed their competion.So you have to start being carefulYou cant trust them to having the best prices any longer

Very clean, well stocked. First time in. Found what I was looking for without any problems! Different layout from others Ive visited but basically the same! Bakery/Deli are just inside the entry! Yum! No issues. No problems. Quick in and out, bota bing, bota bam! Of course everyone was nice. Self checked out so I knew I had the nicest cashier! LOL

Hmmm - how do you write a review about Walmart?!? If you’re not already familiar with Walmart - you must be an Alien and I don’t mean illegal - I mean like E.T. kinda Alien! So IF you are from another planet - here’s the scoop - this place pretty much has anything and everything you could ever need (or actually, probably mostly stuff that you really don’t need) - an extremely wide selection; however, low prices is the hallmark of Walmart - so don’t expect the finest quality! Do NOT buy spaceship parts here - you won’t make it home - they’ll break before you get past Jupiter!!! However, if what you’re looking for is enough toilet paper to travel across the Universe - then you have come to the right place! I hope you found this information helpful - and have a Safe Trip!

Quick, easy in and out if you use the light!My favorite Mobile Walmart!

Would be no stars if possible. Been ordering our groceries from there for over a year. Never a problem. Today they decide to make my wife wait for over 1 1/2 hours and then say oh sorry, we gave them to someone else. Wont be back.

This neighborhood Walmart has a great selection of things. It is also very clean and has terrific customer service

I frequently buy two items. Miniature Canada Dry Ginger ale cans and Great Value brand unsweetened vanilla almond milk. THE LAST 5 TIMES I have gone to this location they are out of both. Whoever is managing this location doesnt know pittily about inventory and sales margins. All 5 times I have ended up either going to Publix across the street or to the Marketplace at Airport Blvd due to this locations poor stocking habits. Obviously if you consistently run out of an item you should order more than what you did previously. This is the last time I waste my time coming to this location.

My mom likes a certain chili paste and several Walmarts have been out of stock of the kind she likes for a while. She went in and asked someone about this the other day and the manager took the time to find out when it would be arriving on the next truck. Thank you for doing that, whoever you were!

The cashier was really nice when she spoke and she bagged my groceries in groups!! I like that she paid attention to what goes with what in the bag😇

The workers here are useless. What little of them that are in the store just stand around talking. Not a single person was attending to the self-checkout when there were issues with the machine.

Your local stores here in Mobile have HUGE issues with debit and credit cards. My bank card is rejected lots of times and also my credit card. Ive had both cards checked and was told it is not a problem with the card. IT ONLY HAPPENS AT WALMART. MY SISTER HAS THE SAME ISSUE WITH DIFFERENT CARDS! Do you like customers $ FIX THE PROBLEM

I have a hard time walking no scooters I love this store I call it my Walmart but the majority of the scooters are always out of order they need to have a beeper or something on it where people cannot go out the doors with them if you are able enough to walk in there to get a scooter or someone gets it for you youre able enough to put it back so wish they had a beeper on them love my store

I love to go to the WLmart Neighborhood stores when I only have a few things I need in just the grocery line.

This is one of the better Walmarts. The store stays clean and the associates are very friendly. Unlike the one on University and Cottage Hill. Most folks at that store act like they had rather be beat up side the head than be at work. Its funny, they either are the best you ever seen at that store or there zombies with cell phones. Your best bet is to go to Hillcrest and Cottage Hill!! You wont regret it.

In and out with no problem. Cashier greeted me with a smile and very professional.

Always a pleasant shopping experience to get whatever groceries I need, without going into the superstore. Usually very clean and helpful staff when assistance is needed.

We now have to go to 3 different Wal-Mart Neighborhood Markets to find the same products we WERE able to find at one. This doesnt work for us. One big clue: if one brand/size is all sold out and all the other brands are still heavily stocked, you probably should stock more of the popular item...we eventually WILL find what we need with fewer stops. We WILL NOT settle for the brand you want us to buy.

This was our local, corner grocery store for 5 years while we lived there. They have everything you want. Always well stocked... except for Sundays. Never go on a Sunday evening especially. Stock is low on Sunday evenings. They seem to do a good job of hiring here... staff is always super friendly and helpful.

I am totally impressed! There are two W/M Markets closer to my home where I usually shop, but thinking this location will become my go to store. Very clean, organized and totally stocked. Found everything I needed and more. Store was quiet (maybe I was just lucky!) but it seemed like a whole different group of W/M shoppers!! I WILL return!! What a pleasure . . .

Looked very clean, smelled clean, too. I needed help finding an item. The lady stopped what she was doing and took me to the item. Ill be back to that store!

Customer service center is never open. So hope u dont have do an exchange or anything of that nature bc theres no one in the store that can do it.

Convenient grocery store but sometimes limited stock.

Good quick in and out place to go with self check out. But the customers are sketch more than not. Ive seen people stealing beer, yelling in the store etc. Publix has a better environment.

Pharmacist and pharmacy staff are exceptional. They need to train other locations and other pharmacies! Easy in and out down on the end and plenty of room. Havent been inside. Ended up here when doctor sent to wrong location but they were so great I regret switching to the one closer and more convenient to the house. Beware though, YOU ARE NOT GETTING SUPER LOW WAL-MART PRICING here. Neighborhood markets are more in line w Publix pricing and can be as much as $1 higher or more per item than superstore.

Go to self checkout to checkout myself. Not get checked out by a store clerk. I was in a rush and that slowed me down big time. I wouldve went to a regular line to get checked out if I wanted someone to check me out.

The pharmacy tech, Mary Ellen was so helpful!! She helped me sign up for text notifications so I knew when my prescription was filled, and even called my doctor to see if there were cheaper options available for my medication! I hope her work ethic doesn’t go unnoticed, because you can tell she really cares for people. Thank you Mary Ellen!

AWESOME! #JADRIEN WAS THE CASHIER THAT CHECKED ME OUT...BEFORE ME HE HAD A CUSTOMER WHO WAS HAVING TROUBLE WITH HIS DEBIT CARD AND THE CUSTOMER BACAME MILDLY INPATIENT AND UPSET BUT JADRIEN KEPT HIS PROFFESIONALISM AND KINDNESS INTACT. WHEN IT WAS MY TURN, HE WAS STILL UP BEAT AND KIND. GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HARD TO COME BY THESE DAYS BUT JADRIEN WAS GREAT!

Doesnt stock many products other like Walmart neighborhood markets do. Price didnt match price on the shelf, they immediately admitted it but it took them 3 tries to correct it. The service desk should have someone with the required key staffing it.

For all of the charm of a normal Walmart with the selection of a dollar general, this place is an okay experience. You dont have to deal with the large crowds of a standard Walmart, but the convenience of having everything in one place is also lost when attending this store.

Its always neat, clean and organized! Employees are VERY friendly!!!

Parking lot a lil full but good

Ive been to this location twice and I still havent gotten use the layout of the store. But its not hard to navigate. Each aisle is marked with a sign at each end saying what is on the aisle. The store appears to be clean and well stocked.(Ill update this review if I encounter a problem though.)

Found what I wanted right away.

Very clean and well organized.Just be aware that the closing shift employees are campaigning for this location to close much earlier than Midnight; they purposefully lock the entrance and in addition block it with carts and/ or pylons to discourage you from shopping here, sometimes as early as 10p.m. Only the door marked Exit will also function as an entrance.

They are always well stocked and have very happy staff members.

My go to grocery store and like the added health/ hygiene and cosmetics area as well as cleaning supplies and baby essentials. They also accept WIC.

Costumer service always closed and NO one wants to help you its ridiculous!

Located on the busy intersection of Cottagehill & Hill Crest, this neighborhood market sees plenty of business. However, it is surprisingly easy to enter an exit. This location does not offer clothing, but you definitely can find food ( including a deli and bakery), a pharmacy, and household products.The newly remodeled store is very clean and friendly. Although it receives a heavy amount of traffic during the day, its a great place to run in and out early in the morning before work.

I dropped my cash once, but thank goodness that one of your employees made sure I got it back because she asked if I lost any money and I checked my pockets and was missing two fifty dollar bills. She gave it back to me because I said I was missing exactly what she found. I would have been very hungry that week if week. Now I am a regular customer there. Your employees know me, or at least recognise me now. I just wish you carried small packs or tuna in sunflower oil. Long story short, best place in town to shop for groceries.

Me & my friend came here after our kid’s youth football game & a gentleman (I believe his name is Mr. Dough) that works there stopped our kids & made their day by asking for their autographs... They’re only 4 year olds & they were ecstatic that he asked for their autographs. It’s good to know we have great ppl out there still & he deserves his recognition... THANK YOU MR. DOUGH!

This was the first time going to the Dawes location. Very friendly personnel. Comfortable chairs to wait your turn. I had not even begun to wait before I was approached by an employee. Very good experience.
