Great selection of beautiful apparel. The buyers for this chain do not cater to men 44 inch waist or larger. Hey Boot Barn fat boys need western wear too. Nice accessories but when I cant find a pair of 46 waist with a double XL shirt why bother with the rest?

Absolutely fantastic selection of boots and clothes. Employees are incredibly friendly and legitimately want to put a good boot on your foot. They dont bug you or try to give you a sales pitch on any boot they want whats best for the customer and the staff is the reason I continue to purchase from them.

Went instore and nobody asked if I needed any help. Called this morning to see if they have wide sizes in store and the lady was very short and rude. Definitely makes me not wanna do business with them as I can find boots elsewhere.

Always a great customer service experience

Very disappointed. Customer service was all but non existent. My husband and I went in and had to actually chase down an employee to even ask for help. When we explained we knew what we were looking for and just needed to be pointed in the right direction we were pointed to the store kiosk and told to look for it there. Not helpful in any way and treated as if we were an inconvenience. Left there and shopped at another boot store. Purchased what we needed! Their loss although I doubt they even care. Monroe, NC location.

Very nice store layout. The staff does not work on commission like Lebos so they are not pushy, and their prices are cheap. Big selection for women men and children. All sizes. Easy to do business with, and customer service is helpful. They also have a reward program!!

Went in to this new shop today to look around, had a great selection and I found the hat I have been looking for locally there.Went back a few weeks ago and they had the exact Ariat boots Ive been wanting. Havent failed me yet, still 5 stars.

The lady was being so rude just because we were unfolding the clothes to see and she came over and said let me help y’all before y’all tear up the store which made me feel sad and everywhere we go she would go after us I’m sorry but if your gonna be in that attitude you can stay home.

Boot Barn was GREAT!!! Prices were very reasonable. Quality and variety of merchandise great. Definitely worth checking out. Build one in Fayetteville, NC.

My only complaint is the staff was NOT enforcing the mask requirement.

Great store, but when you have a giant pumpkin for a head sitting on your shoulders as I do, you need a larger size from which to choose. Its difficult to find a well fitting hat at Boot Barn especially summer-hats for the farm. I go-through one every year.

I went into Boot Barn today for the first time. I thought it was just a shoe store, just passing by. I was completely wrong! They have everything! Nice and durable men’s working clothes, women’s clothes ( Shyannes line is amazing) belts galore, jewelry, riding gear, cowboy hats, you name it! Omggggg. I’ve found my new favorite!!

I had a great experience at Boot Barn. The worker was so great. I took my mom here to get hiking boots and we were in and out in less than 15 minutes, which was perfect for us as we were in a time crunch.

Customer service was a joke. I waited in line holding my 2 kids (no carts) and was told that I needed to step to the side to place an order for a out of stock pair of boots, after helping 4 other customers and asking a gentleman who walked through the door if there was anything she could show him or if he needed help finding anything, I used my phone to buy the boots elsewhere and left. Best part is that I payed $15 less after tax and shipping then boot barns price. We probably wont be back and if we are it wont be at this location.

The manager of this store is an absolute nightmare. Asking simple questions resulted in an unnecessary and hostile attitude. Avoid the Monroe Boot Barn and Michelle at all costs.

Huge selection and no assistance. I am physically handicapped and after using my walker to slowly make my way around I sat down on a bench. Workers walked by four or five times. Not one asked if I needed help
