Just had the worst experience at this store. The cashier told us that with each of our shoes we could get a discount of half off with another pair with white stickers. We go back...each find a pair with a white sticker. Ring them up and she explains that there have been issues with the program discounting them. We pay. Only one pair is discounted. I show this to the other cashier then manager after she send us over to get it put in correctly. The manger tells us that these dont qualify for the half off. That the cashier told us incorrectly,  chastises the cashier that said I told them this and its always been how they go in and still refuses to even refund because it has taken the discount off the other pair of shoes and both have to be returned.Call corp number...explain everything to the correct dial in the queue. That person -Mel- transfers me to a recording. Still have not recieved a call back.You never tell an employee they are wrong then not honor when an employee sells someone on another purchase EACH! That employee represents your store.You never chastise an employee in front of a customer. You make the repair and re-train on the side out of the public eye. Im so upset that they incorrectly rang me up, then refused to fix it then refuse to handle my issue till its resolved. Even on the corp level!Still waiting on my callback corporate!

Good selection of shoes. Prices are ok not the lowest Ive seen but comparable to other places. I will shop there again.

Good sale on kids and womens shoes. I purchased 6pair school shoes for my grandsons.Skechers brand were on sale.1pair didnt fit and had to be returned.A replacement was found.I bought a pair for myself on sale.Yea😅🤗

Shoe Carnival is okay they have a lot of choices true but their prices can be a bit much and although they have a 40% off sale, their prices still are a bit much. Im a very indecisive person so it sometimes takes me awhile to decide what I want and eventually I felt like I was being watched and stared at as if I was suspicious or something I dont know but there were other people that were there white people to be particular that were not being stared at so that kind of threw me off so I just left.

Worst selection of shoes. No variety at all. Seriously, dont waste your time. Just order online. They have a far better selection.

The clearance area is a mess. The store is set up in an awkward manner. But they have good sales and great variety.
