I just started having to use a walker & needed some good shoes as my others died (found pieces of tread on my floors). When I walked into the store I told the lady that asked me if she could help me YES! She said what can I do? I told her I needed to be able to sit down, let her know my size and what I was looking for and have her bring them to me to so I could try them on yet not walk around too much. Well, that’s exactly what Jessica did!!! I needed wide so she had to do some searching but I left there with 4 PAIRS of shoes during the buy 1 get 1 50% off. Very nice and clean and absolutely loved the three ladies working. I took my son in to get a pair of shoes like 20 minutes before closing time, and all three employees were very kind and helpful. They allowed my little one to take his time picking the shoes he wanted (thats saying alot ; hes very particular when it comes to his shoes). Even @ closing time they were very patient and so nice!

I had a return from shoes, I had my order and the shoes, sans box, this was obviously an issue even though I received the shoes with no box, needless to say I was told I couldn’t return them since they could not do an even exchange, but they could send me out of my way to the Weddington store where I could exchange since they had my size, although out of my way it was a blessing since that store manager was a doll and super helpful and guess what she gave me the damn box and wasn’t sure why the other store made such a big deal out of it! Customer service is lacking at the Monroe store!

I know its the holidays so things are picked thru. Just couldnt find the right shoes for me. Theyre helpful just didnt have what I wanted.

Two amazingly patient and helpful sales woman who helped me with my two children at 730 at night find great sneakers for my kids.

Went in the store today looking for shoes for my little girl. When I ask where the girl shoes were I was told there are no boys and girls shoes anymore, just brands. Needless to say I am officially done with Rack Room.

This is our go to shoe store. Its a convenient location for us, and with the BOGO deals and points program, we always come out on top! Theres always a good selection of the top trending shoes there, and the staff are always willing to help you out. If you cant find what you need in store, they can get it shipped to the store, or your home.

This is what a shoe store should be. Great staff well organized store. It can get busy but staff works hard to help everyone in a timely manner.

Real bad customer service. Young lady had no knowledge of the shoes my daughter asked her about. I wear wide shoes and asked her did they have them in wide. She said I could order them and told me she needed the box Then the two pair I was interested in and planned on buying she said they didnt come in wide. Probably will not be going back

Absolutely awful!! The customer service by Tiffany is a joke. She has a horrible attitude and was extremely rude during both of my trips to this location. I only go to the Matthews store now. The employees there are so nice and helpful. They will go out of their way to help you find what you need and get the best price possible. The Monroe store is just awful, its not worth the stress of dealing with a rude, abrasive cashier to have the location convienence. Tiffany should be demoted to unloading the trucks and not dealing directly with the customers.

Great sale prices and helpful

Paid about 10 bucks more than online for my shoes but worth not having to pay shipping price. Also, the buy 1 get 1 half off helped with purchasing multiple work shoes. Friendly staff.

Every time I go there, the experience is horrible. Nobody greets you. The employees are talking amongst themselves and wont ask the customer if they need help looking for anything, and when you ask for help, they look at you crazy.
