I got hit on my bumper, so I called Fix Auto Monrovia for estimate. They did a great job to follow up and replace it on time. I am really appreciated for their work.

Took my 2018 Tundra here to have some dents and scratches repaired from vandalism. Dropped off my truck on a Tuesday morning, and it was done by Friday at 2:00pm. Chuck Reyes who helped me was very professional and accommodating. Ive taken my car for repairs to some of the big brand repair shops like Caliber Collision and even Maco and every time there was something wrong with the repairs or took way too long that my rental coverage ran out. With S & D I have zero complaints and will be using them for any future repairs i may need and refer all my friends and family to this shop for their auto body needs. You really cant go wrong with this shop they truly set the standard for timely service, professionalism, quality of work, and transparency with the customer. Highly recommend this shop for all state farm customers and anyone in general who wants a great job done in lighting fast speeds with high marks on attention to detail.

Rodents chewed the engine wiring of my 2017 Mustang GT. What a mess, the wiring harness wraps around the engine and intake manifold. More work than I would want to do. S&D took great care of it. I have been using them for 8 years and they always gave me great service and did an excellent job on the repairs. I own a mechanical engineering and manufacturing company so I know when the job is done right, S&D always does the job right.

This place is a nightmare! I brought in my car after a collision and they did a complete Mickey Mouse job!!! Ive already had to take it back to them 3 times since they told me it was ready about 5 days ago. Rick offered me a free rental (after trying to convince me that every issue was normal and no big deal) while they attempt to fix their mistakes for a 3rd time! No thanks. Im better off going elsewhere. And he still had the nerve to ask me to give a good rating on the survey. HA. Unbelievable. There are a lot more things they said and did that were extremely unprofessional but Ill leave it at this: if you want to save yourself a load of frustration and time, go elsewhere. Ps. Rick also offered me free tires and then tried to take them back off my car when I complained about the sloppy paint job. LOL

I took my prius here for repair due to an accident, and was highly recommended by my insurance. They were very courteous and notified me of all the progress with my vehicle throughout the process.
