Eric is soooooo honest and nice!I thought I needed my starter replaced which is an expensive repair however after a thorough examination by Eric he told me that the battery was bad. That was covered by my warranty for free. Thank you Eric for being so helpful! Highly recommend!!

I had been to 3 different places trying to get an oil change, I was frustrated because based on the fact that I was young and female and I guess they thought I didn’t know anything about cars starting listing things not partaining to an oil changed at all wanting to charge me close to 100 dollars . I finally found Midas and they gave me an actual price and not only did an awesome oil change but took care of other things and made sure my car was safe and explained everything . They treated me like a person and were extremely nice . I’d suggest this place to anyone who really wants quality service with very little wait time. They really are awesome !

I got an oil change here in 15 minutes flat. Absolutely no wait. The guys were friendly and did a great job. Price was fair. Definitely recommended.

BEWARE!!! Not even a real Midas shop! They are independently owned and have no affiliation with the Midas name. They just own the sign out front. I called and confirmed it all with corporate. Told them what happened and they said it happens a lot but there’s nothing they can do.The guy Craig(I think he’s the owner) is a total jerk and super rude. Went in for an oil change and come to find out they don’t accept any Midas coupons. They would not honor anything related to the Midas name. And Craig(in his deep Italian roots) basically told me it’s not their problem and that I owed the full amount for the oil change. He was really mean about everything and turned away VALID Midas coupons.Avoid this shop at all costs!!!!

I highly recommend this place. This is the only place that I trust. Great and super fast service and prices are so cheap. By the the Toyota dealer you gotta wait 2 hours and prices are much more expensive.

Great people to work with, I was able to drop my van off at night because I was going out of town the next day, the next morning they did the work and I was able to pick it up when I got back to town.They do inspections, oil changes, tires, brakes and a whole lot more!I know my work van is in good hands when i give it to Midas.

I was there with my MB E350 about a month ago for a simple front rotors/ brakes job. Not only they have doubled the estimate price after explaining my car is an Exotic??!!....The car failed state inspection for front brakes a couple of days later. Apparently they installed them wrong, not using the manufactures pins and the brakes where falling apart....Drove back there, got it fixed in a few moments - lucky they did not dispose of the original manufacture larger pins....never stopping by there again.If you drive a Benz, BMW, Audi etc...stay away, it is an Exotic for these guys...not only they will charge you an arm and leg, they most likely not get the job done well enough.

It took me a long time to understand why this friendly, trustworthy, hard working, looking out for your car and wallet, shop had a Midas sign on it. I never expected this coming from a chain franchise. But Nat made this Midas franchise his shop, under the roof of his teams hard work and dedication. I have had nothing but good experiences here as all of our family vehicles are transitioning to being serviced / repaired exclusively at Midas Monsey. There have been numerous times when he didnt even charge me for diagnosing and fixing minor issues. I am thankful to have a mechanic I trust and recommend highly.

Awesome, friendly and no bs. they got me in before they opened, replaced a tire, got an oil change, and welded my exhaust (pipe was completely detached) in less than 30 minutes for $119. so happy with their service and their prices.

I always thought that these guys were the best but recently I don’t believe it anymore. I had been servicing my new lease with them for oil changes and brakes. The last time I was there they had told me that the oil pan was damaged and that I would need to bring it to my dealership for repairs. The dealership concluded that the damage was caused by over tightening by the last mechanic and therefore wouldn’t be covered by the warranty. Midas refused to take any responsibility, costing me more than $600 to replace the oil pan. I do not recommend using them, very unprofessional and irresponsible.

I needed exhaust work done as my Camry was sounding like a Harley. I got estimates from 5 different mechanics in the area. The others ranged from $300 to $800. These guys did it for $190 and my car sounds brand-new again. Also got my brakes done while I was there and they spent an extra 20 minutes cleaning 10 years of corrosion off the surrounding parts. Ive never seen such a complete brake job before.While I waited they gave me tips on making my car last longer, and showed me a couple of classic Corvettes and a drumset they had in back -- and let me play it, when I mentioned Im a drummer. :) The other mechanics I visited in the area were... lets just say not nice people.Ive been to several mechanics and this is by far the cleanest, most honest, and friendliest place Ive been to yet in New York. Top-notch and highly, happily recommended.

Ok I called and spoke to Monte and he hung up on me when I was asking him about the price for a oil change. I was telling him that price he was trying to charge me was different from what I was told before when I called a week ago. I wasn’t even rude when I said that, I was really calm and then he hung up. So so unprofessional. Extremely rude!

Tried selling me new brakes claiming there were sparks coming out of them and I wouldnt pass inspection without him replacing the breaks. But then he passed me...I had the brakes checked out by my mechanic later and he told me that Im not only where theyre not as far as coming out of the brakes but they still have life left in them.On a side note, hes also hasnt been open on Sunday for almost a year despite the big sign outside saying open Sundays.

At that time, 2 diffrent mechanic told me my car will need like $500 worth of work, he looked at it and dissmissed both mechnics and only charged me for tire balancing! great guy, highly recomending.
