I have been a Rockland Tire customer for 16 years. They are friendly, accommodating, competent, and honest. Not much more you can ask from your local mechanic. Regarding the review of the person who found that they marked up the price of the parts, its called running a business and you will find the same markup at any mechanic that is looking to keep qualified staff employed. If you want to pay wholesale parts prices, become a mechanic and do the work yourself.

Love this place, been going here for years now. And just today, pulled up in our new (used) car and the friendly gentleman at the desk already knew who I was and had me brought up in the system before I got to the desk! Its been at least three months since I was last there. I dont wish our cars to need repair but this is definitely a great place to take it when you need work done. As an update the aforementioned, just brought it in other other day because there was a noise in the front wheels and even though I brought the car in late in the day they looked at it the same day. Unfortunately it wasnt something they could fix but because they looked at it so quickly I was able to get it to the type of shop I needed (one that specializes in transmissions) the same day. Gotta love a place that tells you what they do do and what they dont do :)

After years of auto service experiences, I cannot think of a better experience with an auto maintenance shop anywhere then what I have found at Rockland Tire. They do everything with concern, hospitality (no complaints when my wife must take her car in) and respect.
