I was in a local accident and police decided they should call sikorsky, and before they even showed up they wouldnt let me cancel so my guy could tow...they were supposed to tow it to my body shop.they did not take it to my shop, nor did they call to tell me where my car is .they took it to their gas station.then when i came the next day to have it transferred to my shop they charged a whopping $477!!total highwayrobbery! They charged a very high fee for the towing-over $200, then separately for an over night fee and a yard fee..for having the car their overnight. And a cleanup fee for broken glass-but there actually wasnt any broken glass! Do NOT support this business-they take advantage of the vulnerable consumer.

Ive trusted them with all the cars Ive ever owned and have never had an issue. I do consider them reasonably priced when compared to other shops that do similar work and unlike other shops, I dont ever find myself in a position where I need to keep returning because their fix didnt work; as what has happened at other local shops. Another little detail is their full service gas, I dont know of many others locally so its nice to have the option of not getting out of my car, especially in the cold weather.

Good service fair price

Giving one star exclusively because the Last time I visited this place, I witnessed the newest mechanic there. The tall guy with the pot belly, whose short darker colored hair is just starting to turn gray, find a customers wallet on the ground; look around to see if any one was looking, put it in his pocket then bring it inside and put in his toolbox. (He didnt know I was watching) If anything is an indication to avoid a place, its that.(Wouldnt want that guy working on anything I own) Without seeing that< Id owe the place a 4 star review in my 30 plus dealings with Sikorsky Auto. In short, this is a great place for oil changes and brake jobs, tires mounting and balancing; any simple jobs or maintenance. Theyll get you in and out quicker than most places in the area(usually same day service) and at the same cost as any other shops in the area. If you have any complicated work that needs to be done. Id go elsewhere, though. Aside from that,you can expect the standard +$100 an hour labor rates and slightly higher than average parts cost mark ups. The second star is due because if youre a long time enough customer, Perry(the owner) will look out for you in small ways to show you he cares without ever saying any words to indicate such. ( I used this place for the last 5 years(at least 30 visits) before he ever aknowledged Ive been there before) lol

SCAM ARTISTS. BEWARE OF THIS PLACE. I strongly reccomend going elsewhere for anything you might need, even something as simple as an inspection. They will find a reason to fail you, they will scrape your old sticker off before even letting you know they wont pass your inspection which will leave you very vulnerable to getting pulled over. BEWARE!

They arent very busy, so the good news is their turn around is pretty quick. The bad news is they arent busy for a reason. They are expensive, and not as thorough as one might expect considering the price tag. I would suggest you have them show you the parts they claimed to have replaced. For example, they charged me five hundred dollars to replace rear shocks that Perry,the owner claimed were shot, his words. The only problem was that upon further inspection, they had neglected to actually do the work. Besides, my car doesnt use rear shocks, it uses a strut system, similar but different. So beware when dealing with this business, and if you shake hands with Perry, count your fingers afterwards. If you have nowhere else to go, your car wont start, they probably can repair the problem you brought in. Just be aware not to go out with unwarranted expenses.

Amazing service, I slipped on the ice and damaged the control arm in my car, was a little bit panicking but when i called Sikorsky they said they can help. They came with a toe truck to bring my car to them and within 2 hours i was back on my way. Thank you guys so much you have no idea how much you saved me.

Terrible they charged me 519 for a tow to their shop and then two days later to my house then I realized they lost my licence plate that was on the front bumper which I saw the tow truck driver take when he took the car do not use them
