I had excellent service at AT&T Montebello store with Jessica. She had the patience to listen to my situation that as a customer rep told me On the phone, I had a mess! I tried setting up my old phone for my dad, when my new phone hadn’t uploaded anything from iCloud yet. Nothing had transferred and I had already changed the email and number to my old phone to my dads new Information. It was a mess! Jessica was able to help me set up both phones and also offered a helpful plan, to where a rep can log into my phone and see the mistakes I made. Jessica you did a wonderful job, and I’m not stressing anymore! Thank you for all your patience and good work! Your manager needs to give you a recognition award!Vicky

I was switching over from T-Mobile and the first AT&T I went to was giving me a lot of trouble so I came here and was helped by a young lady named Jessica. She was so helpful and friendly. I really appreciated her patience and her customer service. She was even able to get me a great deal on accessories. Be sure to ask for her if you’re coming here you won’t regret it! Excellent Customer Service but all employees (including the supervisors) need full training on AT&T TV.. Employees didnt know that you could get that service without contract and if you need it the box the box would have to be paid in full $120.00. Employees kept telling me it was DirecTV via streaming because AT&T was selling DirecTV to Dish Network (wrong, TPG is acquiring the the satellite provider) Also, Supervisor kept arguing I couldnt add spanish add on for $15.00 to an English package....poor service...in another words, they have no clue on what they should be selling, no wonder AT&T has lost billions for not properly training and enduring employees understand what they should be selling.

I had to stop by today to the A T & T store to physically pick up a new phone foe my 79 year old mom who is still using a 3G ....🤦🏻‍♀️A beautiful young lady by the name of Jessica greeted me at the door. Taking all safety precautions I entered tge store explained my dilemma to ger. She expeditiously figured out what my needs were and executed the vest options.I walked out with my mothers new phone a case and a payment plan i can afford for her. So excited for my mother. I hope everyone cancels all services with this company, like I’m doing at the end of the month. I was charged a 90$ fee that I was told by multiple managers I would not be charged for cancelling internet. This is on a contract that I was illegally put into, because I never agreed to or signed. When I called back to have the issue fixed they simply said that they were “sorry” but could not refund or credit my money back. Instead they promised to investigate the managers involved and “take action”. No one cares about your apologies AT&T!!! To make matters worse they said if I decided to get into an internet contract with them again the fee’s could be waived. This was after talking to a supervisor for an hour who repeatedly said nothing could be done. The supervisor was Brandy employee number MM493X. When I asked to speak to the legal department she said that I would have to look for that on my own and refused to provide me with any additional information or management to solve the issue. This company is completely unprofessional and me and my family will not be providing you with any business moving forward.

I When in to get a replacement phone all I got was a website and a paper. Very bad customer services the employees were more interested about my personal life then try and fix the issue I had with my phone. I wasn’t able to help myself so I told them “I’ll have my cousin fix it” they didn’t bother to try and see why I couldn’t solve my own problem with the claims website they gave me, I’ll give no starts if I could but I have to give them one . If you want really good customer service the east la/Commerce location is where you need to go is where I should of gone from the start. I will not be return to this location I rather drive a little ways down Whittier ✌🏼

Awesome customer service at this location. Every single time Ive gone I always feel confident in the information provided as the reps are very knowledgeable. The store manager at the time of this review, Annie Carrasco, is extremely knowledgeable and made an already pleasant experience that much better. Girl that assisted didnt want to do what tech support said to do, told me that they had equipment that could diagnose satellite issues better than tech supports main office could (really funny since my job in the service was communication n know better, cause me to lose contacts because she didnt save contacts prior to swapping out the sim card. Very arrogant staff n beyond rude

I didnt like the customer service I experienced from this AT&T store. I just got a Note 8 from them about a month and a half ago and it is having problems charging. I have insurance on the phone but was told that I would need to pay $225 to get a replacement for it. Its not my fault the phone aint charging. What good is having the insurance if I still have to pay all that money just to have a working phone? Kinda sucks that my Note 8 is already breaking down on me in less than 2 months and AT&T isnt really offering any help about it. So dont buy phones from them or get insurance for it or you might just end up wasting alot of your money here, especially if something happens to it. And the employee that I was dealing with here was just trying to sell me more stuff and seemed very unconcerned about my phone not working.

An AT&T store that clearly is not interested in making business. Called to see if they had iPhone Xs in stock. Although Ive called before and the staff have shared information about stock with me, the store manager today said she could not disclose inventory over the phone. Ridiculous. I called another AT&T nearby and they told me they should have a shipment today. Guess where our business is going?! Arbitrary policies are my major pet peeve, especially when they come from inept store managers.

THIS STORE NEVER HELPS. They always try to charge for things that they dont have to and the managers are never willing to help. I never get any help, any problems from this store and its workers. And they NEVER answer their phone, it takes about 30mins of repeated calling for them to answer. STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORE!
