Best place to get your car work done. I have never actually taken the time to leave a rating on a website but morse deserves it. Their friendly service and willingness to help is absolutely 5 star

$288 to unnecessarily change parts and refer me to 802 Honda for an issue they couldnt fix, only for me to bring it to a shop in Northfield who fixed it for $90. Ok good effort, but its like going to a surgeon for a broken arm and after fing around for 3 hours your arm is still broken. Then having the audacity to still charge for it. You know this isnt right. Not the way to run a business. Know your mechanic....You never said you were booked two weeks out, if you did I would have brought it elsewhere. All I asked was to try and figure it out, give it a quick look, and it seemed you were making progress only to find out later you didnt solve anything and Im leaving with a huge bill (which wasnt comped at all - I understand paying some amount for the attempt but $288 is crazy, if it was originally more than that then I dont know what to say). I know you all mean well but if you think its an ECU issue and its not something you can do at your shop, send me elsewhere sooner rather than later.

So Morse Auto gave me a call for about $220 they went ahead and fixed it but then misdiagnosed it and ended up being the entire clutch system which was going to be about $1,700 obviously a huge difference my wife and I had to debate it and Ill admit our car did sit there for a while but ultimately they didnt fix our car but still expected us to pay the full I think it came to 226 for a non-working ca I totally understand misjudging and being wrong and it end up being a more expensive job but just the fact that the $226 couldnt have even been worked into some kind of deal I just think thats not very professional or Fair in any way shape of the form and so doesnt the other five garages that I talk to two out of the three said they wouldnt have even charged and the other three said they would have worked out some type of deal

I have dealt with Erica by phone for a year now, getting repairs for my sons car. Everything is explained and we are told why its a necessary repair. Being out of state, I really appreciate the care they take. They are thorough & timely. Reasonable prices too.

Place is reasonable priced for service. I am always happy with there service. They dont tell me stuff is wrong with my car that isnt wrong. Honest people. Definitely recommend anybody to go there.

Great Service, Very Affordable

Every time I bring my car to get it fixed, it gets fixed. They know what needs fixing. Ive never had a complaint and I wouldnt dream of having one. Sometimes I have to wait for my car while they work on it. They have coffee and nice sitting arrangements so waiting is a breeze and before you know it, the car is done. I highly recommend these people, and I hate to do that because if I do, too many people will go here and Ill have to wait forever to get my car worked on because Im not going anywhere else to get my car fixed.
