One of the best in town. Of all the Dollar Generals in this town I find this to be one of the cleanest and least cluttered. Friendly staff and quick in and out.

I typically have great experiences at dollar general. I hope they hire more people so that more candy will be on the shelf, great values. I recently saw teenagers stealing from here, they werent wearing masks or following covid protocol..

Good, I found a 4×6 frame that was priced good and made good. Most of there goods needed to be stocked. One man stocking and waiting on customers also. Hard on him.

Stop ordering more than your store can hold. Its a hazard to customers to have huge carts of merchandise and empty boxes on EVERY isle. Not to mention how trashy your store looks. Also we cant get to items unless we move your carts.

Usually a really good store, but this time the shelves were bare throughout the store.

Its a good store but this one in particular was a bit empty of inventory. Some things at a good price, others not.

I dont understand why Dollar General went through the trouble of renovation of all stores and they are still junky, planograms always half done, nothing is ever faced/zoned. I love Dollar General I just wish they would take more pride in their stores!

This store is a hot mess. What they need to do is hire an overnight crew to stock and clean up that store. 2x a week just to keep it in shape otherwise they are going to lose this store. Are they setting up the store to fail?

It is ok, it is a dollar general. I feel like the store is sometimes not stocked well or out of a lot of items. I think the stocking used to be better.I cant think of which items...but one of the shelves when I was looking was mostly empty. Also they used to have a lot more options for Ramen, noodles, and such but there was barely any there the last couple times Ive been here.The people here are nice though. The pricing is good. The candy options are great.

Its very obvious when you enter this store that the manager, Dawn, works very hard! Always neat, clean, and organized! Great job!

Hi there Google Gang its me BiggHall again... I stopped at Dollar General in Mooresville, NC Eastplaza Road. The atmosphere was pleasant and staff was friendly and helpful. Facial coverings are still required.. They were also restocking shelves as well.. Stop in for whatever your needs are and the staff will help.

I needed to grab something and went in and the store was a mess. Other times I have been and they close early because not enough staff to work. Lots of empty shelves.

I do like Dollar General BUT store #02678 is a mess. I have been going to this store for about 3 years and cant even get my cart down any aisle😱. Its unbelievable boxes and boxes stacked in every aisle every time I go into the store. I dont understand why the stock is not being put on the shelves???? Staff is always giving excuses for the condition of this store. Will not be returning to this hot mess of a store. Dollar General u should be ashamed for allowing ur customers to come into this disorganized mess.

Personally this one is usually good when I go in, but today the place was crazy, and not busy wise. The stock was everywhere and the food isles were trashed, to put it nicely. On top of that, while I was shopping around a d comparing name brand items to store brand items, I was followed by an employee who just lingered a few feet away from me pretending to tidy up the shelves (the only shelves that DIDNT need tidying) I really hope this was just an off day for the store.

Customer service terrific. The store, however, is not very clean.

Used to be a great store. But now it seems like you have to shop more out of the bins than the aisles. Ive noticed shipping bins that havent moved in DAYS. And the guys that are usually the cashiers always seem MUCH more interested in talking to one another than the customers.

Coupon difficultly, occasionally I have ran into rude staff. Once I asked if the clerk would check if this coupon matches she said it dont and I wont then walked away without a care. I had proof it matched, and worked, along with receipts that it worked. She was rude and disrespectful only reason the store gets 3 stars is I like DG in general and the coupon opportunities it offers for cheap product.

They had exactly what I was looking for at a very reasonable price. My parents told me years ago, go to the dollar store first!I needed very large Christmas gift bags and wrapping paper, of course I picked up a few other things all for under $30.This dollar store chain is a little higher end than some dollar stores but pricing is not all $1.00.

Dollar General is the best they have just about everything you need without having to go to the big stores! Im usually in there 3 to 5 times a week! So convenient!

Most of the time during the virus this location had more than necessities they have a good distribution system however it appears that that is now struggling outages

The staff are very pleasant and you will be greeted as soon as you enter the double glass doors.

Super high staff turnover with the majority of them lacking knowledge of policies related to coupons. However they seem to adapt and learn.

On May 6th 2019 I went to purchase two packs of hamburger buns. I didnt later notice it until I got home that evening. Both hamburger packs was mold! To make it so bad my kids had already ate the bread that was badly molded. Smh....At this point I couldnt do anything about that! So please I encourage you all to please check your bread when you shop here at this location!!!!!

I really like this place but the only thing is they need to get more sweet tart ropes.

This is better choise for one time usage products as many of them are Chinese. Initially I thought cocept of this shop is similar to dollar tree, but you will get products more that one dollar here, that is good thing.

I just visited the store in MOORESVILLE NC and talked with the GM. She was less then helpful and rude. I have been in customer service be entire career. The customer always comes first!! Not at Dollar General! I will never go back.

Its a small space for a DG, and they manage to get alot into it. Customer service is good, and the associates friendly.

This DG was so much better than the ones by my house in Salisbury, NC. The DG on Mooresville Rd. in Salisbury use to be a great store but now the new manager they have is the rudiest, most unprofessional public worker I have ever seen in my life. I will not even go to that store anymore just because of her & I live only like 3-4 miles away. So keep up the good work DG In Mooresville!!!
