Excellent sushi selection for it being a super market. We were very happy with our heart platter- it was delicious and tasted fresh. There was a lady behind the counter making sushi fresh as well.

Good store, friendly staff. Manager Tim is a great guy. I like to shop the VIC and eVIC specials here and at Morrison Plantation, but thats been tough since the pandemic. Seems like the sale items are in short supply.

Very very clean, some of the nicest people in town work here, the meat and fresh produce departments are awesome. I can always find some good deals too!

I ordered from Deli in the Byers Creek location! Everything was fresh and so good!! Cheese tray, sandwiches, and the fabulous cookie tray!!You did a great job!! Best coconut cookie I’ve ever eaten!! Everyone was so happy!!

Good sales when youre looking for something specific. Watch your receipt. You may be charged for 2 of something when you only purchased one especially vegetables.

Produce at this store is always fresh and well stocked because of Dale. People all thru out store are friendly and helpful.

This Harris teeter has a great wine selection, good produce selection, and a fantastic bakery.My only complaint is a Harris teeter corporate issue.. they don’t have updated POS machines, so they do not accept Apple Pay.

Check your dates!!! My wife and I frequent this HT for groceries; it has a great selection. However, every single time we’ve gone (not an exaggeration) we find expired food somewhere in the store. We’ve brought home expired food without noticing even though we always try to check. My pregnant wife catches herself drinking well expired beverages or biting into spoiled food.. Do your jobs.. laziness! No problem with this store otherwise.

The staff that works at the Starbucks is the rudest barista I have ever encountered. Argued me through an entire cup of coffee and still couldnt get it right. I will not be returning ever

Walked in at 10:45 p.m., I immediately heard the closing time is in 15 minutes announcement. Heard another one at 10 minutes till, then heard another one again at 5 minutes till. Thank you for shopping at your local Harris Teeter we will be closing in 5 minutes and will be open again tomorrow morning at whatever time. By this time I was feeling the pressure to get out, it was almost as if they were commanding it is time to leave or we will forcibly remove you from the building...lol (or not). Finally, as I approached the check out counter, by this time only self serve was available. I guess if you wanted a cashier to check you out you should have gotten in when you were suppose too....lol. Then if that wasnt ushering me out enough, the Gestapo watching the self service check out, walked up behind me and said can I help you and began looking up my item for me as if I wasnt moving fast enough. In the past I probably would not even have noticed a difference and it did happen before, but now theres a Publix right down the road which I have been going to since it opened a year ago and have experiences to compare. The difference is night and day. Much, much more hospitable customer service attitude from all their employees at Publix. I do prefer the Harris Teeter Veterans parking and I liked that they were open until 11:00, but if you dont want to be there you shouldnt and that is at any hour.

I am soooo tired of this stores out of stocks. They advertise specials on sale, but dont stock the product. I can go 2 days in a row and shelf is still bare.Dairy and frozen are the worst.I called corporate about a year ago. Nothing changed.Have talked to manager numerous times about the consistent out of stocks, nothing changed.

Really nice clean and well maintained Harris Teeter. Stopped in for a few steaks and baked potatoes. The steaks were great.

I complained about the lax attitude toward masking and the lack of managerial effort to emphase, in comparison to Sams club. However, i have appreciated the curbside pickup, the pleasant folks who load the groceries in, the attempts to contact about out of stock items.

The Self Checkout made my experience at Harris Teeter unsatisfying. Wouldnt scan my items and did not let me unload bags when the minuscule bagging area was full. No HUMAN checkers were available. Is THIS what grocery shopping is coming to? I dont like it. What happened to customer service? Again I was not satisfied with my shopping experience today.

The store is stocked well however there are no markings for people to wait 6 feet and I didnt see one hand sanitizing station. There is a place to clean your cart, but not your hands. Their employees wore masks, but thats it really.

Great price on IPA beer and if you can catch the meat on sale you will get a great deal. These are the only 2 things I buy here because everything else is not price competitive. The store however is beautiful.

I love this supermarket. Before moving to NC I hadnt heard of it, but its a high quality grocery store. All the basics, of course, but it has such a good selection of wine, beer, produce, ethnic food, etc. I try to come here when I do a full month shopping. Its not the closest supermarket to me, but I make the trip every so often because its so much better than whats nearest to me.Very impressed with whats a new brand to me.

Clean store...has a great selection, especially beer and wine but the produce department leaves much to be desired. I thought we are supposed to be eating healthier... ...you would think the fruits and veggies would be bountiful but they are scarce at best. Check the bread.. sometimes fresh baked means day old 😕

Very nice, clean, and well stocked. Also in a great safe higher end neighborhood. I wish I lived closer ;-(Im going back anyways...... p.s. gas station is a nice option. EVEN has disposable gloves so you dont have to tough the pumps!! #awesome!!!

The store itself is very nice as are the people who work there and when the head produce man is there the produce area exceeds the other nearby Teeter and Publix. However, the store is grossly mismanaged in one critical way: sale items are almost never on the shelves. I recently went in 5 different times for two different sale items and no luck. This happens consistently. I have been going to this store for 10 years and the percentage of times a popular sale item is on the shelf is abysmally low. Business 101 you cant sell something you dont have out on the shelves.

Harris Teeter at Byers Creek is my go to supermarket. If you play the VIC specials and plan ahead a bit, the prices are competitive. The staff is always friendly.

Very good store reminded me of market of choice back home. Stocked with a nice variety of food choices and staff is always happy to be working. Would get a 5 star but this is one of the few without a pizzeria and there pizza at other stores so so yummy

Besides the food being extremely overpriced, the check out lines being confusing as all hell; the staff were smiling and didnt mind my kids misbehaving.

The customer service tiers like no other. Everything is labeled to where it is easily accessible. The bakery is bar none my favorite area, the pastries are always fresh and the cakes always moist. I dont order my cakes from any other bakery except for this Harris Teeter!!

Harris Teeter is a great grocery store, one of the best for homemade taste goodies in there bakery, a die for carrot cake with cream cheese icing, a store that has a lot of unique items. Great shopping experience you gotta love....

Everything was good except for the deli where I always get a sub made but one day at lunch I waited 10 minutes to be told that the Philly cheese steak meat was not thawed out then this past weekend I went by the counter 3 times for a sub not to be recognized standing waiting need a bell to get someones attention

Of all of the choices I have for grocery shopping around me, HT is the very best. Sale items are fantastic, which makes the local mantra of HT is expensive disappear. The fresh meat selection is the best around. Staff us super friendly.

A personal shopper did not have a mask on. To top it off she wiped her running nose with her bare hand, then continued to fill the shopping orders.

The cleaner they are using will send some 1 and 2 and asthma attack as it did my wife luckily she had her rescue inhaler. Will not be back untill Harris Teeter gets common sense over wearing mask.

This store has a good variety of food choices. If you cant find something try going to Harris Teeter. This store has a little bit of new or different items as well as the normal things that you usually pick up when you buy groceries

It was nice clean as always. I use my Vic card when I go. Staff was nice. But, it seems cramped and really expensive for a couple of quick stop and go items. I was shocked.

A newer Harris Teeter that has a good selection, regular deals, is clean, and has friendly staff. Its my closest HT since I moved and Ill be glad to keep shopping here.Has a HT gas station at the opposite side of the parking lot where you can redeem gas points earned in store for money off.

I stop in quit often at the Starbucks in Harris Teeter before going to work. At least 3 times a week..The ladies are always polite and smiling. Kristin and Cindy are the 2 I deal with the most these ladies always make me feel special and give me exactly what I want and I always leave laughing and with a smile. Working with the public is not a easy job.. So these ladies deserve a big shout out...(GREAT JOB) and thanks for the awesome custmer service..

Weekly purchase of items to be fresh and of value, especially going on Thursday for seniors discount, savings by using my own bags, and weekly specials, at the two locations Mooresville,NC.

Prices are high, when really, there isn’t anything special about most of their products. Only go when I need a couple of items thats I can’t get anywhere else. Most of the customers are snoots. Too many isles of wine for my taste. This store is designed for that wealthy housewife who thinks drinking is for the lower class, as she sips on her glass of wine. The staff, however, is usually a little weird, but friendly.

Its not the bigger nicer Harris Teeter that carries virtually every thing but it works sometimes. I just hate having to make stoppls at different markets to get all you need... Why cant their be one that carries all the good fresh fruits and vegetables? Organics? Natural real food? With variety?? In the area

I like going to Harris Teeter because I know they always have good quality. They have some niche foods that other stores dont carry which is cool.

Used to work for Harris Teeter. Always make a point to visit when in town. Visited this location twice during our trip. Each time the store had a strong fishy odor by the entrance. Their selection has scaled back. Asked for help by we couldnt find guava juice or P.O.G.. Felt like customer service wasnt a priority like before.

If I could rate less than one star, I would. This Harris Teeter has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Every time my wife and I visit this store we are reminded how terrible the service is. It is well worth the drive to the Harris Teeter on Williamson Road or the Lowes Foods nearby. I sure as hell will never again make the mistake of visiting the Starbucks at this Harris Teeter as long as Kristen is employed there. She clearly does not enjoy her job nor should she maintain a position that deals directly with the public. My day has never been ruined so quickly by a lack of common decency and respect. When she wasnt rolling her eyes to me about using proper Star Bucks lingo she was complaining to her team member about management and her schedule. After multiple bad experiences, we would rather spend our money where it is appreciated.

I dont know what is going on with this location but it has been horrible. Long lines at check out, workers standing around and shelves are never stocked. Think next time I will try another location.
