Friendly service and the meat department was very helpful. I’d picked out a tenderloin to have cut up into filets and the meat guy guided me to a better slab, showed me what I should be looking for in a tenderloin, took good care of the situation and sent me on my way. We are happy customers

It had some interesting items like cure your own bacon kit and Chicago style beef sauce mix. They are supposed to have one of the best butcher shops around and competitive prices.

We go here at least once a month for our meat. They always have a great selection at great prices. The staff is as friendly as can be. I definitely recommend this place its always worth the trip.

Well they may have great meat and they do a great service in great price they overcharged me considerably and when I called to explain what had happened and to talk to the manager of the meat department he didn’t let me get a word in edgewise and accused me of over speaking and then he hung up on me. Now unless the customers being abusive you never hang up on a customer as good as your services I will not be going back

Great, little, Mom/Pop grocery store that has the best cut of meats, with the freshest cuts, that I could find anywhere! We drive once a month from Brownsburg to buy our meats here! Theyll even cut them the way you want them ... while you wait! Their smoked pork chops are to die for. Their bacon makes the tastiest green beans, soups, & wraps!!! A MUST to check out!!!

Used to Love this meat market. Customer service was lacking at the meat counter. There was only 1 other couple at the counter. Not busy at all. 1 Man and 1Woman was behind the counter. Our up beat and smiles sadly didnt change there disposition.?🤷‍♀️ Plus my was not put in a plastic bag 🤔.???? My friends have had the same attitude Ive been told. VERY SAD AND DISAPPOINTED. 😔. Customer service was nice, liked the cashier but the meat was horrible!!!! It smelled on day two and yes, I put it in my fridge. I went to separate and I just tossed over $120 in meat. What is worse though is the man in the meat section straight up lied on the phone, said he has NEVER had anyone return anything which I know is not right b/c my neighbor’s brother did the wked before! So I called him on that and his response was well…Well what!?! The meat needs to be frozen on day one and even then I would question it. I’m sticking to Kroger’s…it was a live and learn experience. I hate liars!!!!

Best cuts of meat in the state. There is always a line to get meat. Delbert has done a fantastic job ever since I was old enough to talk to build this reputation of having the finest meats in town. Ive heard he has retired but still checks in every once in awhile. Thank you for his hard work. Thank you to those that he has trained and that still work very hard to provide the best cuts of meat in the state.

I love there meat and you can have any meat cut the way you want it.The ppl are very nice and respectful. They are quick to answer any questions or concerns. But the one thing that keeps me coming back is how clean they keep the area and themselves. They constantly wash their hands and keep their area organized and sanitized

Call ahead to have them custom cut your meats anyway you want it and how many per package then pick them up all wrapped nicely in freezer paper

I had not had the opportunity to go to Value market since the older gentleman retired. The experience between the last visit and the next one was like night and day. Let me explain the last time I was in there the smell of the meat counter was horrendous. There also had been times throughout the last few years that I had wished that the meat counter was cleaner. But on the last night that I was there the smell was just horrible, I actually had made up my mind that I did not think that I would go back. But last week I decided to go back because I need to purchase some meat.I actually had made up my mind that I did not think that I would go back. But last week I decided to go back, because I needed some meat. Now don’t get me wrong the rest of the store is immaculate, well stocked and their staff could not be any better. The first thing that I noticed when I walked up was there was no bad smell at all. At that time I didn’t even know that they had installed new meat counters, I just thought the meat was beautiful, there was zero smell. I said something to young man about it and he told me that they had cleaned it up and put all new meat counters in and boy did it show.The two young men that waited on me could not have been any nicer, they were very polite. The prices of the meat are excellent, and so is the quality of the meat. I would recommend the store to anyone I give it a 10. I’m going to the store tomorrow and can’t wait to stock up. ♥️

I went for the first time on the 11th. Yesterday I went back for a few things and there was about an hour wait before I was able to place my order. Never once did the guys at the counter change their attitude or get agitated with any of the customers. I drove 40 minutes to try this place and after both experiences and trying their meat, I wont get it anywhere else. Phenomenal!!!!! Well worth the drive and wait.

I have been going to your store for my meat everytime i go in my order is from 100.00 to 300.00. I was never told to order ahead because my order was to big. I did not like or appreciate the attitude of the worker who waited on. Rude, upset beacause i ordered to much and say anything else when I said no. He replied Good. RUDE

We were the only ones at the meat counter n one of the guys would only wait on us after I walked across the room to pick up a numbered slip to keep their count accurate. I ordered 6 steaks day before yesterday to pick up today. I got there and no order nor steaks. I was furious i hand planned a dinner with with my adult kids. Went to meijer and saved the day. Value market is normally great but not today it came with attitude in the store nope not playing. Wont be back for a long whiile. The vaule market in cloverdale has good meats.
