This review is in regards to Sarah De Monte, Assistant Service Manager at Moss Bros. Toyota in Moreno Valley, CA. I have been coming to this service department for 7 years since 2013 and have dealt with several different service advisors. My car service and treatment for the most part has been good with some minor issues here or there. I have to say my experience with Sarah is by far the best I have had at Moss Bros. and honestly anywhere I have been, ever. She is the real deal. Honesty and integrity is really important to me especially when it comes to car maintenance and repairs. Sarah knows what she is talking about, has great experience and explains repairs in detail and extremely well. She has awesome work ethic and makes me feel comfortable with the whole experience. She genuinely cares about your car and safety and makes me trust the service I am getting from Moss Bros, which is so important in customer retention. I have been thinking of changing where I go to get my car serviced since I live far - but as long as Sarah De Monte is there, I will continue to support Moss Bros Moreno Valley Service. Keep up the awesome work Sarah!

🚫 Total Failure in providing customer service...........6 hours waiting.Scheduled an appointment for 10:45 a.m. I arrived at 10:30 a.m. to have the dealer investigate a sound or rattle coming from my steering column. I was also talked into having an oil change done at the same time thats pretty basic service so I didnt consider that it would cause any delay. I called the service department and ask for my service advisor and he wasnt available I left a message to have and call me back and let me know if my car Was going to be serviced today. No follow up..... waited 2 more hours. I called the service department again and I basically got the same message that will service advisor was talking to a customer and that they would give My message to him. I finally got dropped off back to the dealership by a friend And continued my wait. 1 hour Later I was tired of being ignored and I called the dealership and ask to speak to the service manager or to a sales manager or the general manager do not inquire about my car but to file a complaint against the lack of service I really am receiving. I was put on hold for 15 minutes got no answer gave up and hung up. I finally left the dealership around 4:30 p.m. I finally left the dealership around 4:30 p.m. Thats 6 hours later........ I went to the dealership to receive service on a product that I purchased from them. A vehicle that their train to service and make a profit on doing so, A total failure on communication. I could take my car anywhere to get serviced and its not that I couldnt fix it mechanically myself but thats not what I was looking for I was looking for competent customer service that was aimed at restoring and bolstering my confidence in the Toyota brand. That Did not happen today.Wow!Shame on Moss Brothers Toyota of Moreno Valley!!

I have come here for the last 3 1/2 years to have my 96 t100 worked on. The service has always been exceptional, the wait time is usually not bad, and the facility is really clean. Specifically Lauren at the service desk is the nicest and most pleasant person who has worked with me so far as well.

I didnt have a good experience yesterday 6-16-2021. I had an appointment and drop off my car at 9am. I got a courtesy ride. I was called around 3:35 pm to let me know that my car was ready. When I picked up my car, has no plastic seat cover or paper mats, no sticker of service, and the service light came on today 6-17 although the invoice says it was reseted. Now I wonder if in fact my car serviced or not. I sent an email today and havent got any answer yet. Lets see what happens tomorrow.

Im not sure where to start!! I think corporate is the only one worth talking too when it comes to the service department on your vehicle. 4 times I have brought our new truck in. Each time Im disappointed with how they handle it. Not to mention the 4 to 6 hour wait everytime I bring it in and the lack of correct information is really frustrating. If I handled my clients in this manner my company would shut down.

Dropped off my 2021 supra in for service, Steven the service advisor made me lose all confidence in the service department so I took my car back. I dont trust these people to touch my brand new 2021 supra and you shouldnt either. Shady dealership.

I can to have a oil change we appointment at 9am they call me told me i also need new from brake 4 new tire I pay omost $900.00 they told me waiting time was 5 hour my car was not ready still 4 :30pm went I start driving home my car was pulling in to the right I call they told me to bring the car at 9am told me to wait another 2 hours been 2 hours not ready yet 🙃😅 yes because they did not did a good job went they installed my 4 new tires

Not happy with the service dept. in Moreno Valley. My appointment was for 7:15am. They offered a shuttle service so I accepted. I was home by 7:50 am. That was the good thing! The service dept. said it would be 2 hours to get my oil changed and do my tires etc. Its is now 11:20 AM - 4 hrs gone by and still waiting to be picked up by the shuttle. I had to call @ 11 to see if my car was ready. It was and she said the shuttle should be calling me shortly....Im not a happy camper!

I dont know what is going on with the service department in Moss Bros Moreno Valley store, but it has gone to the dumps. My appointment was scheduled 1015, so I expected to have my car worked on within a certain period of time once I get there. When I got there at 0950 (early / on time) one rep met me in the drive thru area and stated that the OIL CHANGE & TIRE ROTATION will be done around 1500 (3pm)... I was baffled by what this man was saying. It takes that long (5 hours) to change oil and rotate tires? He replied, yes because it depends when our guys can get to your car. I said, then whats the point of having an appointment? When I pick a slot of time for my car to get serviced, I expect my car to be serviced around / near that time. That is unacceptable and this is a shame for this company to have this type of practice. Imagine you set a time to see your physician at 0900, you get there, and the front desk says, the physician will see you within 3-5 hours. Will I speak highly of this specific store ever again? The answer is No! Will I do business with this store ever again? The answer is Hell to the NO!

The customer service/communication at Moss Bros Toyota service department is extremely unorganized and they do not care. I scheduled an appointment for a oil change @3:45pm and was told “5:30” So I said I come pick it up at 5:30pm? And Manny Arias said “yeah, actually we’ll give you a call” So I give him my number and he said ok that’s the number we have on file. So I leave, when I come back, they are closed! They kept my car overnight without my permission and they never called me. I show up in the morning, I talked to the Manager, We go talk to Manny Arias and instead of just apologizing and owning up to his mistake, (which I would’ve respected way more, I get it we are all human) he LIED saying he called and someone picked up the phone. We even showed our call logs on our phone and never did I or my husband get a call. I am even more disappointed that he went to the extent to LIE in front of his boss and us so that he wouldn’t get in trouble.(This isn’t the first time they kept cars overnight, READ THE REVIEWS)

I had an appointment for a oil change. Three and a half hours later I was finally out. The communication was terrible as far as letting me know when my car would be done. Also the shuttle was a big hassle I sat waiting for two hours. just to get a shuttle then I was dropped off and it was very hard to get picked up I called the service rep Steven five times to try and get picked up on the number he gave me and he never answered the phone. I could go on and on about how frustrating my experience was for a simple oil change. The customer service rep Steven acted like he really didnt care and made no effort to try and make my experience pleasurable Im very disappointed in the service I received. I did receive a phone call the next day asking how my service was I told the person I was not happy and would like to speak to a manager she assured me that manager would call the next day and I never received a follow-up phone call.

I went to the dealer on March 8 of 2020 to trade in my car for a newer car I gave a down payment and I traded my car a couple of weeks later I receive a letter saying that my loan was not approved that they need the vehicle back I believe this is so rude and unprofessional because before they give you a vehicle they supposed to have already the finance department approved and then they give you your vehicle they make you enjoy the vehicle and then oh no nobody finance you so bring the vehicle back. I call John Smith and he tells me we have a finance company that got your loan I asked with the same interest rate and payment he said well that’s why I need you to come so you could sign the new contract and it’s probably the same. I said (PROBABLY) What kind of sales person are these people .

I paid for a service that was not completely done .I came in for minor service ( inspect/check )*Replace oil filter*Complete vehicle inspection*Inspect all fluid levels & adjust*Lube chassis*Rotate tires*Brake inspectionOil and filter was changed and the tires were rotated only. After checking under the hood the battery positive cover was off, Radiator fluid was not topped off.I was very unhappy with the service, I would at least expect what I paid for. I also have a picture of a coupon from Toyota Of Riverside and they would not honor it.

This is the worst dealership that i have ever been to. First of all when i picked up my car one of the workers wrote “verga” on the back which i thought was very unprofessional. I spoke to keith Lewis the manager and he didn’t seem to have a care in the world. I brought my car here to get fixed they uninstalled an alarm system that was originally in the car when i bought it. They refused to reinstall it they also uninstalled an amp which i did not give them permission to do. And they didnt fix my car they wanted and additional $900 to diagnose after i had already agreed to $443 for diagnosis so i had to tow away my car and pay $443 for diagnostics and they couldnt even tell me what was wrong with the car. I took it to another mechanic and he fixed it in an hour for a fraction of the price.

You can go without a reservation, but I think it would be better to make a reservation.If you wait for a while in the service waiting line, you can ask the service staff for inspection/repair and wait in the waiting room after receipt.When it is finished, the broadcaster or the person in charge will come to the waiting room to notify you.Free internet and if you set the time well, you can eat it for free~~donuts or fruits...

The worst customer service of Mrs. Sarah De Monte, she calls you 15 minutes before they close and when you arrive the other 2 useless ones are ignored, if it had not been for Mr. Sal, my wife is left without a car, I imagine that Mrs. Sarah assumed that I live within the same dealer to arrive in 2 min and the other Anglo-Saxons who were there are not good or to tell you how I can help you, not to buy them something because they even promise to take you to dinner
