Not only is this place friendly and inviting...they are fast and efficient! I took my car in for clutch issues. They immediately found the problem and took care of it. Josh kept me updated on the status of my car. They were very thorough on explaining the work that needed to be done and pricing to go with it. Even though I didnt mention anything about my tires....they took it upon themselves to refill my tire pressure. As I notice my pressure light had disappeared. I was referred to come here and was not disappointed.

Honestly this shop blew my mind as far as amazing customer service and efficient service on my Mercedes-Benz GLA. I highly highly recommend this shop, it will change your perspective about repair shops for good.

Super awesome! From the first time I called and spoke with Rafael my experience was nothing short of 5 stars! Kathryne and her team went above and beyond from staying open a little later, to going to get the part within the same visit, and getting me up and running and back to business within a short time that same day. Me, being a female, felt comfortable and educated, I made the right decision coming here, they’ll be my “I know a guy ‘gal’” shop and I’ll be making this my forever shop for all my future vehicle repairs and maintenance, you should too!

I’m super happy I found this place! Rafael was super helpful and very professional. He even drove my son back to school then picked him back up after his car was finished! Small Car Service Truck & Auto, by far the best out here in Moreno Valley, they are super friendly and helpful. From the minute you call in to the last, they provided me with excellent customer service and the best mechanic service. I when in for AC trouble that I been having for a few weeks and no one was able to find the problem or wanted to charge me for other things that were not necessary. I’ve used this shop before for other things and other cars as well and have always found them to be honest and precise. I have some experience with mechanical terminology and processes do to being my dad having been a mechanic. I can tell you, as a woman; a lot of shops really do try to dupe you into excessive or unnecessary repairs. I have never experienced that here. They always give me the most probable cause and a fair estimate of what it would cost. In fact, they’ve even corrected another shops mistake/misdiagnosis before.Their customer service is amazing. They make you feel like a friend or a family member. On this particular day I had been helped by Katie, Josh and Jake who were all sweethearts.

I take my 2016 Hyundai Veloster to Small Car Service for all my repairs. Brian is my go to technician! He does my oil changes, air filter replacement, suspension work, and some aftermarket modifications. Ive never had them push unnecessary repairs and always leave feeling informed about my vehicles needs. They accommodate my schedule and always have my vehicle ready for me when I need it.

Small car service truck and auto is the best place ever. Had a emergency, 100 miles from home. My clutch went out. They fix more than the clutch due to other problems. Got me home asap. Wish they were closer to me. Then sent me a text to see if everything was working correctly! I recommend them to everybody in the area.

We work on weekdays so they picked up our car, serviced it, made necessary repairs, and returned it to our worksite by the end of the day. Very professional, work quality is perfect, and they service all three of our vehicles (Ford F250, Prius, Chevy Cruz). They even called to check on us the following day AND sent us an email that our car was due for servicing! Would highly recommend!

I called to see if they worked on my type of truck and they did I asked if I could bring it in to drop off they said no problem they called me back in about an hour told me they found the issue and the price which was reasonable and I said to go ahead and fix it they said they would order the parts and call me when done to my surprise it was about an hour later all done total time from drop off to pick up was about 3 hours and now I have ice cold air great job!!!

Well, another great job from Master Mechanic Josh and his team at Small Car Service, they replaced my 5.7 hemi on my 2009 Ram 1500 just before Christmas 2020 with a new remanufactured 5.7 hemi. My truck runs like new; I am incredibly happy with the outcome. I can tell you; this family-owned shop is great, very professional, and very trustworthy, great service and very reasonably priced. They have taken care of me many times, if you are looking for a great shop and great people this is where you want to take your car or truck to get it done right the first time. Amazing mechanic. He was able to solve a problem three other shops could not. The service here is quick, easy, and correct.

Took my Honda Accord there for a clutch issue. After paying several hundred dollars and having to return several times because the issue kept returning I was finally told I needed to replace the entire clutch for the price of $1400. Decided to have my vehicle towed out of there and have a second opinion. Just had work completed for $250 parts and labor, and turns out it was never the clutch. If I could give them 0 stars I would. Wont ever be back.
