I had one of the best customer service experiences I have ever had coming here for my first time (and I work in retail so that says a lot). I came in because I thought I was leaking coolant because my reservoir was always empty and my driveway was full of coolant leak spots. I went in without having talked to anyone and I was still received very well and without hesitation. I talked to one of the workers and he told me it would be about an hour wait. A few minutes later the owner shows up and starts talking to me about what was wrong with the car and I explained to him and he said alright well get it checked out. Once they checked it, they told me that nothing was leaking and that they would fill it up and to come back in 2 weeks to see if anything changed. During my wait, the owner made conversation with me and was very invested in the conversation and made me feel really comfortable and relaxed despite never being there before. When I left I felt like I had made a new friend and want to come back for any of my mechanical needs, which I will be doing!! I came back today after the 2 weeks and nothing had leaked like he said it wouldnt and he topped the car off once again and said that Im all good to go. The owner Moe was very humble, easy to talk to, made the process very easy and really cares about his customer service, I will definitely be going back if I happen to have any mechanical needs again!

The Husband and I recently got our water pump, thermostat, and thermostat housing replaced here and the labor was all done by a man named Moe he did a great job and was very Speedy lol pun intended.My husband I both work so we needed that car done back as quick as possible.. and Moe made it happen:)))) THANKS MOE AND THANK YOU EVERYONE AT SPEEDY AUTO. This shop is only good for minor repairs not major job engine work the owner likes to accept cash and does not like to write up a job description due to the fact if an issue happens it is his word against yours. While im being told he could not help me after his tech failed at repairing it that he could only give me $400 shop labor credit another customer comes back complaining of the car STILL OVERHEATING no good

I am a new loyal customer of Speedy Auto and I highly recommend it. I came for the first time a couple of months ago. My car was serviced right away with no wait, and the mechanic was knowledgable, professional, and friendly. And I got a good price, and havent had any issue since with the electrical problem I had. I went back today for a tune up, and I can notice the car is running better now. Mo went above and beyond and even cleaned the whole engine compartment. I am so impressed! Check out the picture.

Was supposed to replace my power steering pump with a new one and instead charged me for a new one put a used one that also doesnt work in, and left me stranded in an intersection and I was nearly hit by another vehicle. Then asked him to fix it and hes too busy so Im without a car and because I have no car now Im without work for 5 days. So hell warranty his shotty work just at your own loss if you miss work or need a rental car to get to work... Ill never get work done here againWhen I finally took it back in to get fixed under the warranty he called said he would replace the power steering pump then an hour and half later called back and told me they decided to do more non warranty work on my car and I owed for repairs I never approved

Moe and his team are extremely knowledgeable and helpful! He even droped my car at my hiuse when I was unable to pick it up though he was not suppose to do that. He installed AC within 2 hours and I paid roughly $500 in total while dealership tried to charge me almost four times more forbthe same job.I highly recommend Speedy to everyone who has car issues

I got my power steering fluid pump replaced and a belt replaced it was very good service didnt take long at all and the guys were really nice would definitely go back and suggest people to go to them.

I would absolutely recommend Speedy Auto Repair to anyone in need of a car service! I believe Mo is the owner of this shop and in my honest opinion, he does an amazing job with no BS.My car was having this loud grindy noise and I thought it was the serpentine belt so I brought it in to Speedy Auto Repair at around 8:30 a.m. However, Mo diagnosed my car immediately as having a bad AC compressor. He made a call for the price of the AC compressor, told me how much everything is and got my car in to service. Mo told me it would take about 3 hours to finish the service.I got a call at around 11:30, 3 hours, after the service just like Mo said. Just like that no more grindy noise like its about to break down. I recommend Speedy Auto Repair and Mo to anyone. He was quick and honest about the service, price and what he does. I am definitely coming back here for my tune ups and other services.

This is my 1st time here. Got my ac compressor replaced and a few sensors. Now my ac is blowing cold air. Mo was very cool and knows his stuff. Only took a few hours. Very satisfied, i will be bringing my cars here from now on.

My experience here was excellent. I called Speedy auto repair and explained my issue. Brought my car in everything was fix in a timely manner. The plus was that they have a outside company that assists with financing that gives you the opportunity to pay off the loan in 100 days interest free. Wow! It took 19 mins for these guys from when I gave my car keys until when I returned to my air conditioned car. My car needed freon since it was empty. I have only good things to say about this place. They are small and the service is definitely speedy! You guys earned this review.

After towing my car to 3 different auto shops in Moreno Valley, due to high prices or because the fact that it was a motor/turbo problem and they didn’t want to work on it I ended up at Speedy Auto Repair. As soon as got there and tried to crank the car he knew what the problem was! Verified with the scanner and he gave me the best price by far leading against other shops with 15 miles. He replaced motor on 335i and swapped blown turbos with lifetime warranty. Couldn’t be any happier with the service done

The Manager (Moe) knows his work really well.I came in told him my problem with my back headlights not turning off and said no problem. He took a look and it took him 30 minutes to fix and it was as if nothing ever happened to it. Car lights turned off and work accordingly. Will come back if I ever need other problems fixed!

If i can give more stars i would! I came into this shop with such a bad attitude due to the last place that took advantage of me, when i got there i met Matt, he was helpful and knew what he was talking about. I explained the issue i was having and how the last shop told me i needed a new engine. Matt and his techs jumped on my car right away and in about 15 minutes he came back and told me my car was running rough due to a vacuum leak and not because i needed a valve job. I couldnt believe it! they had my car fixed in and out in less than 1 hour.

Had my wifes car timing belt replaced. Mo is a good mechanic and got the job done!

Had the starter replaced here last week and the mechanic didnt hook up the ground wire from the alternator to the starter. The battery drained after several hours of driving, had to be towed and the alternator had to be replaced. Matthew the owner of Speedys wouldnt accept responsibility.

My car suddenly broke down on the road! ! I couldnt open it at all, so I tried to call this store and ask if they could help me. Then they are really enthusiastic! ! Immediately helped me drag the car to their shop for repairs. Their employee boss is really super nice! ! The attitude and service are very good. The car is now repaired! ! I can go back on the road again, and the boss gave me some precautions, which is really considerate! If your car needs repair, I highly recommend this shop hhh
