Crazy about this store!!!! Crazy about the sales!!!! I buy really to give to others. My co workers, postmates guest, essential workers I encounter on a regular/random bases. When I earn rewards through the app is when I treat myself. A $1.60 hand sanitizer can totally change someones mood and always puts a smile on their face.

I went into Bath and Body yesterday. I had this horrible worker being rude to me and my husband very unprofessional I dont understand why they have her working when she is completely rude. I would ask her simple questions and she would give attitude for no reason. I decided to go to another worker for help since she clearly didnt want to be helpful. The other worker was very kind a genuine she helped me look for scents I needed and had me out of their quickly. But to the other worker your co-workers gave me your name so Lauren. I will be calling cooperate soon because no one should be treated like that. I will not be returning to this store!

Great fragrances! Amazing workers! Jackie helped me a lot today! She convinced me to try their new Aromatherapy! I ended buying the whole set, I will be back to get her help next time! Overall I was happy with my shopping experience!!

I really love how you can shop online and see the stores inventory!! It’s so convenient to pick what you want, they bag your order then when you pick up you don’t have to wait in the long line you just walk up to the nice lady standing there and tell there you are here for pick up. I waited 5 minutes got my candles, body wash and lip scrub and off to the grocery store saved me lots of time and no extra spending!!

Always love stepping into this store. I can find new scents and with the loyalty rewards, I can get a free item after a certain amount spent.

I went in the other day and I couldn’t believe the experience I got. I had a worker named Lauren who was very rude and unprofessional didn’t even wait for me to leave the store to start talking about me. I’ve always had an awesome experience every time I came but this was unacceptable I won’t be returning anymore.

Love this store! Its huge and everything smells so wonderful. Employees are pretty friendly and helpful. Can be a little pricey but if u look for the sales then just stock up during those and its not so bad. They have so much more than just body care now which I love their candles, they smell sooo good and the body care does too and makes ur skin feel so smooth. They also have mens body care that is all really good as well and even car air freshers and much more!! Plus their rewards program is nice so u can earn free products If you want your house, body and car to smell amazing then this is the place to go!

Great store.knowledgble helpful staff,organized store.I just dont give 5 Bcz of the retired fragrances deal they are almost never at in store.Maybe online.But if you eliminate favorite fragrances Eventually u loose customers.I for exemple now go to another brand to find some of the fragrances retired or no longer available at bbw.Maybe if u have a retired fragrance session in store would be great

Man!! This place was like one of the hottest clubs that you Just Had to get into during the holidays! 😂.The line was always Very long. I eventually bit the bullet and went during the weekday, at 10:30, and waited in line.The store was clean and fully stocked.No complaints!

The shop has a variety of candles, lotions, air freshers for your car, and more. The wait can be long when you go during the day but once you go inside no one is close to you. I enjoyed shopping here as no one was stepping on my toes. The line to pay was very fast and the employees were very helpful.

Christmas shopping here is so bad!! In line for about 45 mins! I understand about the restrictions and COVID concerns.. but waiting in line over 45 mins with so many people not safe either.. why can’t there be a message system.. texting system... and keepThe line short maybe 10 people.. then just text your customers to line up when it’s their time..When you can’t do online shopping and this is the last recourse!?????

They had everything I was looking for. Some of the staff was very rude and unprofessional. Following us around before deciding to reprimand us about some products. But other than that I will be going back for the sales in June.

This is my favorite Bath & Body store, my daughter and I come to this store at least once a month if not more. LOL The employees are so nice, there are three girls that work at this store that are so sweet. I cant remember their names but youll know them as soon as you walk in. They always recommend the most popular scents to you and always try to get you the best deals using your coupons.

Crazy $2.95 lotion sale. Wait in line outside just to get in and the pickings slim. Get there early next time. They quickly ran out of the merchandise after I came in. Then there was no line. I love the lotions here for me. Great for gifting also.

New store design looks very modern for Moreno Valley mall! Staff is all amazing and very helpful! Tons of inventory to chuusefrom.

I feel good about the deals, but I also feel like they want your money. I went in today and the lady says you can buy 2 get 1 free but on the receipt it says I purchased 7 items so she charged me for the item that was supposed to be free. Is this how the sale is supposed to be, to be charged or to get the item for FREE like it is advertised?

Todays Cashier Wendy yelled at my little brother for touching something, it was not her place to tell at a 3 year old what to do he was with my mother if he would have broken anything We wouldve bought it, how do you even break lotion? She caught on that what she did was not right and all of a sudden started acting helpful before she yelled at my brother I asked about the rewards points and was no help at all. After she even wrote down information not that I even want to shop there anymore.

Although very busy during the holidays, the sales were worth the wait, and my friends all loved the shower gels, body lotions and fragrances. The employees were very helpful in finding the perfect gifts for Christmas.

This place has the best lotions, handcreams, body spray. Even stuff for men. And if your not satisfied with the item they glad except returns and get something else In the store. I havent returned anything yet cause I leave the store with the item I want.But I really recommend this place if your looking for something that smells fresh and fruity, flowers. Take a trip around the store youll end up buying something.

What can I say, I love this place!

This store was a bit disappointing as they only had two small shelves dedicated to Halloween. The store in the San Bernardino mall had a much larger selection.

Prices can be a bit high, unless theres a special of some type. The sales employees are extremely nice and helpful.
