Drive from Corona to patronize this beauty supply since it’s black owned. I purchased 10 packs of braiding hair after the Braider canceled on me I then scheduled an appointment with another Braider who provides her own. Whom I will be using going forward so I came in asking for a store credit it’s been less than 30 days and my receipt was provided. I even offered to provide my ID as proof that I reside in Corona. The only reason I’m in Moreno Valley today is because of my clients. Their refusal to simply issue store credit seeing the hair hadn’t been opened was it for me. Corona is not around the corner so I definitely wasn’t going drive back here the next day or the next week or even the following week to return the hair knowing I had a receipt and it was less than 30 days. I’ll be saving a lot of gas and time. I definitely won’t be returning knowing my business isn’t valued.

They literally have everything an every color braiding hair you can think of. Its so hard to find red in different shades an they have the shade I love!! My favorite new place!!

This is the only beauty supply in the area so I really have no choice but to go here if I dont want to drive far. The service is good, they are starting to carry new products and I jus the location was bigger. Its a tight squeeze like a little maze inside with it being so small.

UPDATE: Y’all this is my favorite place! They’ve made some staff changes since my last review. The owner and her new associates have been nothing short of a blessing. Everytime I visit her staff is more than willing to help and they’re always personable. This place has it all (well most of it anyway) and if you can’t find what you’re looking for they try to accommodate you with the next best thing, similar product or put it on order for you. I’m writing this update cause I want everyone to know they’ve moved! Not far, just across the way in the Stater Bros shopping center. I checked out their new spot yesterday and yes, THEY.HAVE.UPGRADED!!No more cheek to cheek distance from another customer. This new place is spacious. I’m extremely excited to see what it’s going to look like when she’s done putting all her delicious products on display. I took a picture of the outside so you don’t get lost looking for the shop. It’s to the left of the ice cream place SUITE B4.ORIGINAL MESSAGE:Customer service was great! They also have a rewards card. If you spend $200 you get $20 off your next order which is awesome! Though, you SHOULD KNOW that I visited this facility on a Friday afternoon and almost everything I needed was out of stock. From rasti hair to cantu products to anti frizz sprays. Thats why I couldnt give this place a full 5 stars. I asked the clerk when the next shipment would be and she said not till a whole additional 7 days from when I came in! You can see the back through large gaps in the walls and it appears they have quite a few products back there waiting to be stocked out front so it was weird to hear everything you see is ALL we have left hmm ok. I had high hopes this would be a one stop shop but to get everything you need you would have to go to Walmart or Sallys as well.
