MVP Beauty Plus is the best wig place EVER!!! It is the only place where I get mywigs!! I love the place and they have a greatselection of wigs and hair care and makeup !! When I get the chance I will definitely go back!! My go-to place for thebest wigs anywhere!!!!!!!

Wish it had a better selection of braiding hair. Never can find what I am looking for here when it comes to that. But they have decent hair care products.

Not all ways stocked with products! Lol their so called point system is a farce. Overall the only thing good is the black young lady that works there. Also the wigs and the pricier hair are non accessible..

Has basic hair care needs. The young girls that work there is what keeps the place going. They need to get better with selection. The wigs the have arent popular. There lacefront wigs are ridiculously priced for example 22 inch lace front wig with 4 inch parting space is $400. Its one of the few hair stores in town and they know it!!!

Im like yeah I go get my hair done and its like still some hair products and I get Kohls we from there you know Okay tell if you need to take your hair

They really frustrate me here because they NEVER answer the phone. I live 30 min away and I’d rather not drive 30 min only to find out they don’t have what I need. Like a normal human being I want to call ahead so I don’t waste my time but they never answer the phone. It’s so frustrating. I know we’re in the middle of a pandemic but this was their practice before and now more than ever I want to mitigate how much I go out if possible. CAN YALL GET IT TOGETHER WHEN IT COMES TO ANSWERING THE PHONE PLEASE AND THANK YOU.

Cashiers are young and extremely rude for no reason. Especially the one with the long eyelashes looking like a fan. I am new to the area and went in the store just before they were closing and was spoken to so rudely it prompted me to ask if they were open the following day. The cashiers rude response also prompted me to tell her not to worry I will never be back again!There is no reason for the blatantly rude customer service just becausenuou think you are the only supply store in the area. As long as their are online stores you still can lose your customers and lose your business. Get educated and trained on proper customer service. Your rudeness is very ignorant.
