This picture is so beautiful above my bed set that I purchased from Mattress 101 in Moreno Valley. The staff was friendly and accommodating! The staff was very mindful that we are in a pandemic and they all wore mask 😷 to ensure the safety of their customers. Very pleased indeed.

Rick from the store in Moreno was fantastic! He helped me pick out a great mattress and set along with following up to see how my over all service was. You can definitely count on quality service! In addition to their movers, Chad and Robert- they delivered my furniture in a timely manner. They were both so polite and on top of their work! Chad and Robert went above and beyond in helping me move my furniture around. If you want quality service with beautiful furniture- this is your place! Rick, Chad and Robert are definitely an asset to Mattress 101!

Robert is extremely friendly and helpful. Had few deliveries that were either wrong or missing parts and Rob took care of us.

Bought 2 night stands said they would be in a week from that day no call now nothing had to drive there 3 times gave some story driver quit left the truck then said he would deliver that Friday or Tuesday and let me know still nothing Im waiting outside the store now for my money back if he ever shows up spend more go some place else

Ordered my furniture on 11/2 was supposed to get it on 11/6. Came on 11/6 with only one piece of my furniture and the others claiming to be on back order, found out the items were on back order when the truck pulled up to my house. Never revived a call from Robert to let me know about the situation, instead he sent a message through his delivery driver that he would deliver on today 11/11. I had to then call Robert on 11/7 when He finally answers my call to find out if he was sure going to deliver my furniture on 11/11 because it was a holiday. He expressed to me that it would be delivered today at 5 pm and that he was short handed. So I said okay, I understand however please communicate with me because Im cancelling plans to be home for the delivery, and also my daughter would like her bedroom set. Welp! Yep, you guessed it no call no show. And the delivery guy that works at the Barber shop next store to the store says that he hadnt been in at all today. So at this point, Im very disappointed, not only because my daughter doesnt have her bedroom set. But because Robert was very pleasant when we went in the store, and now Im having this unfortunate experience with the business. Yes the furniture was very reasonable, but Id rather pay a little more and have better service than to be strung along. Now Im at the point that I just want my money back, cancel the financing (which I will call tomorrow) and start all over. I hate to see my kids disappointed, and I definitely dont like being lied to or ignored. I understand they are short staff but communication would have been better than nothing. One star for Robert and his shenanigans. ☹️

I highly recommend this store! I shopped around town at other furniture stores and found this store because they had a sign shaker dancing on Pigeon Pass and Hemlock. Their customer service is excellent and they treat you like a person not a $. The prices are the lowest I found around here. I got my bedroom set and mattress at a great deal, and I’m coming back to furnish my whole house! Very satisfied customer!😀

The store in Moreno Valley had a relaxed feeling about it and the sales people were fantastic. Super friendly place. Can’t be happier with my purchase, I got a leather living room set delivered to my house the following weekend. Great service.

I ordered a sectional sofa Mid June, June 16th to be exact, was told it should be delivered by that Friday, well Friday comes I hear nothing so I call and spoke to the helper as .the mngr figured out who I was and where my sofa was since they had just got a delivery that Thursday! Well wasnt going to be in stock again until June 29th! I had no idea about out of stock situation no communication at all and now its a few days passed the 29th no word not answering the phone and as I try to go the store I recently seen a note about being closed for Covid-19 codes and current clients orders are being worked on! Im disappointed, Mngr seemed friendly and nice . I really.hope to.hear from him.soon about my sofa and hope he hasnt took off with my.money!

We ordered a bedroom set and mattress from Robert . Very friendly staff and helpful after we had a few problems they made sure we were happy . Great business I would highly recommend them and will do business in the future with Mattress 101. The update is that the customer service after sale is not good. After spending over $3000.00 on bedroom furniture and a mattress they want to charge me for gas to come and replace a box springs that was damaged when it was delivered. We are senior citizens and cant lift a king size mattress to remove a damaged box springs and a very heavy dresser. I think charging $60.00 for gas is not good customer service . Will not be doing business with them again.

Bought a sectional. Very firm. Has not gotten softer. Want to upgrade to something ACTUALLY COMFORTABLE and apparently i cant return it. No exchange and i spend more. And no return. BS wont buy anything else from here. Sofs is like a 20yr old spirng mattress.

I have been having back problems so I shopped around for a remote controlled adjustable base bed with a memory foam mattress. I found the price I wanted and bought from them, delivered and assembled. The bed is awesome and my back is feeling better. I couldn’t be happier with the advice and service I received from this store.

Were greeted warmly on the showroom, given a deal we couldn’t pass on, and the bed my wife had her eyes on. The delivery guy Marcus Whithorn was extremely professional he assembled two beds for me and disposed of every shred of the mess. My experience from start to finish with Matress 101 was a great one. Would definitely recommend to friends and family.

Great place i bought a boxspring here and just walking in, you get greeted so well they make you feel home, soothing music that makes you feel at ease also very clean!

Horrible customer service ! I bought a mattress and frame from this place which was delivered. They didn’t have a “brand new” frame in stock so they asked if I would take the display model so I can have a bed to sleep in now ! I said that’s fine considering the store had just opened up not long ago, I thought it couldn’t be but a few weeks old. I got it installed by the owner and after a few days I started noticing some bites on me and I thought nothing of it considering it’s summer and mosquitos are out a lot ! However recently I woke up around 1am and seen something walking on me which looked small and red. I picked it up with a tissue and smushed it, once I did that blood expanded on the tissue. I did extensive research and found out that they were “bed bugs”. I looked around the mattress and didn’t find any but once I checked the frame which was in fact a “display model” it had multiple bed bugs, different sizes and not to mention the eggs. That’s just the outer part. Once I opened the back pouch there was more and multiple eggs ! It’s disgusting and I can’t believe a store would do this. Research also showed that bed bugs attach to clothing. Considering the bed frame was a “display model” how many people didn’t lay on it ? “Get comfortable” as the owner would say when laying on it. This is very unprofessional, I contacted the owner multiple times and he says he can’t do anything about it ! I will contact the BBB and if no response I will have a judge decide. I wish I could rate this a “0” stars unfortunately it only lets me choose “1”. The media has been contacted and I will post about this on my Instagram & Facebook page that has thousands of followers/members to prevent this from ever happening to anyone else ! ! !

Terrible customer service, never delivered on time changed our delivery date 3 times, we tried calling them wouldnt answer. When we did get through the guy was rude on the phone. Stay away from this business.
