This place is awesome. They regularly update their Instagram and are more than willing to help via phone of in the Instagram app via direct messages.

It’s an outlet store. Not a department store. If you can set your expectations right, you’re going to love this place. I couldn’t believe the finds! Belgian flax linen shams and gorgeous stoneware... LOVE IT! And the sales assistants are so friendly. Especially Josie who helped me tremendously!

If you love West Elm designs and don’t mind a bit of wear and tear on your furniture, then this will be a great place for you. Everything is 40%+ off which takes the prices down to a reasonable level for WE quality, especially for cabinets/dressers. I found the staff to be pretty nice and they even said if you have a specific item in mind, you can call in to ask if they have it. They receive new shipments on Wednesdays.It’s best if you have a truck or a way to transport the items yourself because the third party delivery service they use is a joke. I bought three cabinets and two of them ended up with deep nicks right in the front and center of the cabinet. And WE also charges $20 to “package” your shipment which was just basically to cover it in a thin sheet of plastic wrap and does nothing to help protect it during transport. The delivery service doesn’t take any responsibility for damaged products because they say WE packaged it. In any case, all sales are final so you’ll just have to live with whatever you get. If I ever go back, I’d bring a roll of bubble wrap and wrap it myself.Upon reflection, it is still quite expensive to pay $1033 for a damaged media console so I can’t say this is the best place for a good deal. But I guess if you really love WE and you happen to be passing by the area, this may be a nice stop.

It’s a love and hate relationship with this store. The prices are fantastic! The downside for the customer is that when they post things on Instagram you have to face to the store to purchase it in hopes you’ll make it in time before someone else buys what you’re looking for. Also, if you are buying anything that “hasn’t been opened” I highly recommend opening the box and making sure everything is in the box before leaving the store.The love part is that you can purchase whatever west elm is currently having but for 30 - 60 percent off!

It’s hit or miss just like any other outlet store. Out of the few visits I’ve made I only found something a couple of times. Which is totally fine. The hunt keeps me coming back!

Seriously a wonderful gem. Its an outlet store so be prepared to walk out with nothing. I just purchased a new home and needed curtains, sofa, and other home furnishings. I walked out with many of the items I was looking for. Watch their instagram for current promotions.

The outlet has decreased in its inventory ... Feels different than before. Still can get couch, chairs, cardenzas, rug, lightings etc, come linen and limited home decor stuff

Worth the drive for West Elm nuggets at a fraction of the price!

Bad Quality. The frame broken the first day it arrived. You can see the picture, they use really weak wood. I called both the store and customer service 3 times. No one can help me. They just kick my case like kick a ball. Customer service claims they dont handle outlet issue. Outlet claims as long as the product left the store, they dont take any responsibility, even quality issue. Poor service.

Not much to look at. Discount was 40% off, but the original prices for the decor was way over priced. A glass pot 70 bucks....wow!

Nice stuff very pricey

I regret I didnt snap a photo it was a beautiful day.. this outlet has modern wood patio funiture, wooden chairs ottomans, pool funiture candles, leather love sofa, dishes, sectional counches so much more and of course the ladies at checkout were pleasent pretty & kind!

Since I love Pottery Barn...this is a real treat! Store is very organized...lots of peeps to help you...and if you buy 5 or more items the 40% discount jumps to 50% off. Just found that out today...love the organic linens!

Terrible customer service. Bought a storage sofa bed couch. Everything was fine until I got my couch. Used the delivery service that store offers. I got two different pieces. Couches don’t match don’t line up. Ones higher than the other legs different etc. still trying to get this issue resolved. Manager Johnny very rude talks over you and it’s my problem I got two different couches. Store manager did not call me back.For West elm Brand I would expect better customer service outlet or not. Save yourself the hassle and buy else where.

West Elm Outlet is amazing. The selection is great for a furniture outlet. Yes, you must curate the inventory carefully. There are tremendous deals to be had. After a 2 min search on their website, I was able to confirm the sweet deal I was getting on a couch. Like saving $1,000 when factoring all the shipping and other charges. For the lazy folks who want to stroll in and get a steal with little effort, they will continue to be disappointed. If you are a savvy shopper who is thoughtful and deliberate, you will be happy with this store.

They sold my daughter a final sale, as is storage bed that somebody had previously returned. They represented it as complete, but of course it was missing the central support beam, for which Im sure the original buyers found a splendid use in their meth lab, or various other criminal endeavors. Caveat Father.

I read reviews of this place ahead of time and expected that I might experience less than desirable customer service, but all the employees I talked to were great. They asked me if I needed help with anything, offered to hold things at the front desk so I didnt have to carry them around with me the whole time, and helped me open a box to make sure the lamp I was looking at was in good shape.That being said, items are final sale and as-is so really look over what you are buying. I also looked up some pillow shams I was considering purchasing on their website. The site had a better sale going on for them than the outlet, and the outlet wouldnt price match them when I asked, so research what you buy.

I was looking for a nice liquor cabinet and found a West Elm Mid Century cabinet that I really liked. I did some searching and found this outlet near me, so I decided to stop in and have a look. Glad I did!I found Kiley to be extremely helpful and professional as well the other employees at the West Elm Outlet and was very pleased with the cabinet and at such a discounted price.I highly recommend this outlet if you are searching for quality at great prices.

Was on my way toPalmSprings and the outlet caught my eye. ALL the staff was super friendly and eager to help. I totally scored and got four chairs I never thought I could afford at 50% off. I’m about an hour away in San Diego but would totally come back for a flash sale💕

Bought a Mangolian lamb pillow cover 14x36 stone white for $81.50. Saw it online at the actual website for $39.99. They wouldn’t price adjust. They said I should have done my research before buying the item. Poor costumer service and better off buying from actual web site. They did not even make me feel good about buying the item. I feel like to got I’ve been scammed. So upset. Never going to this outlet again. Be careful..

I really love this place, very friendly staff and very knowledgeable on the product. The store Manager helped us pick out some excellent pieces for our home. We spent an hour with her and she was amazing.we came back a second time and we were helped with an associate she was also amazing in helping us pick out the right area rug that went well with our new furniture and who can beat 60%!!since we live in Newport we always check their Instagram page for any new pieces and latest deals. The store manager saved a dining table that we had been eyeing she rocks!!!

The staff are great, expect items in the store to be the rejects of other stores for various reasons. Hard to find something without a defect.

Good selection at a fair discount. Discounts change weekly so we targeted a mirror and it went from 40% off to 50% off, just by returning to the store a week later. Would give 5-stars if the good items sell so fast and limited quanty.

Worst customer service. Went in to this location knowing it was an outlet and not a regular West Elm. I didnt know employees were going to be unhelpful and very rude. Hidden fees when picking up. Employee Laura called and asked us when we could pick up our furniture and never told me about a holding fee 20$ and 10$ fee to wrap our furniture as well. This is ridiculous. Also to have to help load my furniture after employee Annie had told me someone was going to load it for me. After the older man came out to help load, and I had told Annie that it was ridiculous that I pay hidden fees and now have to load it myself the older employee said WOW totally inserting himself not knowing how employee Kim and Annie who also told me well, you can go to the bank and get the money very sarcastically. I thought this place was decent but compared to HD Buttercup and Restoration Hardware and other high end furniture store or outlets never have I ever was treated this way. Id think again before shopping at this outlet.

Ghetto is not the word....ratchet isn’t even the word either. It is wall to wall devastation of broke ugly arse furniture that my Grandma’s Grandma wouldn’t even want!Kylie is a true mess. I was absolutely appalled & completely gagging over the fact that this woman was chosen to run this dusty circus. Whoever taught her how to be a manager should be ashamed of their educational career.Visit this place if you love expensive broke furniture with wack non-return policies built by the uncertified employees! Buyers beware !

Went there twice and both times the Manager and salesperson Laura were very rude. As if they dont want to give the discounts on SALE! It was a total waste of trip. They dont care if you dont get any from the store to buy. Will NEVER GO back to this store ever again!!!

This unprofessionally ran “Outfit” needs to be shut down!!! It is a complete mess, everything seems to be place where ever & when I walked in there they had staff out in front building furniture!!!Also Everything in there is ridiculously overpriced!!!

Went in looking for a pair of night stands. They had very few pairs. And what they did have was like $600 each and not even solid wood. The layout was also jumbled. Not a fan

New store in Moreno Valley, CATo me is very expensive, the style of the furniture is late 70s and 80s, no too much to choose

Closed and posted a very unprofessional paper on the windows saying they close at 7pm, however both google and yelp shows 9pm closing time. Called the number, they didnt seem to care, be aware of the time when you come here. Totally unacceptable!!
