The store is the size of an NFL stadium. The prices are on par with someone who has great marketing tactics and an entry level education on psychology 😆...Watching peoples reactions were entirely worth the drive minus the pains...Great employees though 👏

I love the staff here. Theyre very helpful and have a great attitude! This store is HUGE and has a decent selection of couches, chairs, etc.They get trucks on Mondays and Tuesdays. On Wednesdays the promotions change so Wednesday may be a great day to go and browse.

Easily the dopest way to spend your money. The people here are kind, knowledgeable, and easy to communicate with. The manager Brian helped us out with a discount on a piece of furniture for missing hardware, which was not necessary but very much appreciated. Gotta love the quality of these goods.

Found one piece of furniture that was acceptable. Was told one price on the phone and arrived to have the price double. Very unprofessional.Basically badly damaged/ stained furniture mostly.Was very clear on the phone. Will not return to the outlet.Oh and the prices on everything is basically 50% retail (store prices) with very noticeable damage/ defects. Some furniture is missing tops.

Not a huge selection. Good sale prices if you must have Pottery Barn items, but still drastically overpriced compared to similar items at non-Pottery Barn stores. Discovered that Pottery Barn luggage feels very flimsy. Didnt buy the Harry Potter one I have wanted for years because feeling it in person, it seemed like it might break apart the first time it travels through (aka thrown about) an airport.

Think twice on your purchase here, VERY EXPENSIVE!! Items are mostly used that were returned, yet their so called original price was up by $100 from a year ago 😃.

Lots of these items were dirty or broken. Didn’t find anything on my first visit here. I won’t let it discourage me from returning.

A bit disorganized and difficult to find things. Probably a good location to find furniture if you want an eclectic mismatched look but difficult to find any matching pieces.

Big warehouse, a lot of repetitive items. Even with the discounts, prices are outrageous.

They dont ship and only carry the big furniture. Some are 40% off, but if you watch sales you can get 20-30% off for brand new stuff and have the ability to ship it.

Yes they primarily carry furniture however they have a variety of other items. I have seen backpacks, luggage, light fixtures, bedding items etc. Their sales are a hit or miss they have sales from 20-60% of each item depending on the time of the year. Prices vary, you just have to really search for those hidden gems and prices. Great customer service, I can’t complain.

Not what I expected at all.Positives:They offer a lot of furniture, Bedroom, living-room, and outdoor items.They have little cute items like PB slippers, jewelry boxes, random dishes, and rugs.Negatives:Messy ( Wearhouse meets Compton Ross)The discounts are a little difficult to understandThis store is great if you like an adventure and will dig even for a small discount.

So our experience at the store was fine. We had placed an order for a dining table and bench in December. Unfortunately it wasnt available until March. So we scheduled an appointment for deliver for March. Delivery day came and no one showed up. I called customer service and they said it wasnt in the system. I was furious! The best they could do was reschedule. I would have been okay with that if we could get the delivery fee waived. But they said they couldnt guarantee that until after the delivery was made. Long story short we canceled our order.

Fast, courteous, knowledgeable staff with great merchandise at an amazingly low price. Excellent!
