Theyre both reasonable and honest -- a combination rarely found in automotive repair. And busy (of course!) They open at 8 but Im there by 7:30 at the latest because they do first come first served and I like to get out before noon on small or quickie jobs

Buyer beware. We came here to get 4 tires changed out for new tires we didnt make it 200 miles before two of the 4 ripped apart. Also they stripped our bolts. Bad quality product and bad customer service. They didnt even wanna help us out after we just paid good money. Either the product was bad or the employees did a shady job. Never using big o tires again.

Slowest service ! called ahead as I was outside to see what the waiting time was, he tells me it’s going to be within the hour for a tire rotation, and then walked into the door waited an hour, he cleverly informed me that two people just walked inside before me, and it’s gonna take an additional hour to get done, so taking a total of 2 hours to do a tire rotation. The gentleman who helped me was not necessarily the nicest person and I felt that he should’ve been more communicated with me; knowing dang well, I was the person that just called him asking him about the time and he had me wait there for another hour,to then lie about how two people just walked in ahead of me. Never going to this location ever again.

I have been using this Big O Tires for about 15 years. Greg Hood and his team are fantastic, honest, and only do work you need. They have even turned down work and referred me to other places they thought could service my vehicles better when it comes to unusual issues and older foreign cars. I will not take my vehicles anywhere else for scheduled maintenance and normal repairs.

Excellent service..repaired a tire

I found this place through google search, my tire blew up on the freeway close to their shop, when I called and asked about pricing they game me all the prives lowest to highest, they were very polite and i was lucky because they told me they were a bit busy and it would take more than an hour to get my tire set up. But it took about 40 min. I am definitely going back there. Great service.

Came in with a friend today to get his tires mounted for a trailer. I didnt buy anything myself but the guy behind the counter treated the customers like family. Joked around but at the same time did a good job explaining services done and related costs to them. Their prices seemed fair for the services I saw advertised and the employees in the garage looked busy. A+

You want great service and reasonable prices than go their. They do not try to add non needed services. They will help you out. We recently had to get new tires. We let them know we will be there Saturday. As soon as they open and saw me they had the paperwork ready all I needed is to sign. It is great to go to a place that you can trust and they know you.

I called this morning asking if they had any availability for a same day alignment check and they said I could just stop by today without any appointment. (First come, first served) I arrived and was greeted by Greg (very nice guy) who told me they could take care of it and it would be 1 to 1 1/2 hour wait. I was out within the time promised and I left very happy with this experience. I overheard one of the other customers who were waiting that they have been going to this location the past twenty years or so. Thats definitely great to hear as I was also referred to come here by a friend. Thank you Greg and Mike!

I went here about last month. I got 2 new tires. I was happy with everything until we were going to switch our tires out to the front. They completely stripped the nuts on my tires and also over tightened to the point where when we tried to take the nuts off they just snapped. This is just ridiculous and creates more work for me. Not happy at all with the service here. They were not trying to do a good job. I would recommend going to a place that actually takes the care to do things right especially for a new customer.

Excellent service

My first oil change with a guy who always sits in the desk (I believe he is a manager) was very good. After oil change (a synthetic) my car ran very smooth. But this second time oil change with a different guy, my car did not run smoothly. From my experiences, I can feel what the differences of my car engine and running before and after oil change.Should I still go to the same shop or move to a different shop for the next oil change?

I forgot to leave my review of this awesome business. Last May I found my front tire to be flat and have a huge screw in the tire. I thought it was time to get 4 new tires anyway. I went to Big O and told them I had a tire with a screw and also needed 4 new tires. After a very short wait, I cant remember his name and I wish I could, the guy came out and said, you only need 2 new tires, and we can fix the tire with the screw in it and it will be brand new. WOW!!! I was FULLY prepared to buy 4 new tires. But they ARE THE MOST HONEST company I have EVER done business with. They could have sold me 4 new tires and I wouldnt have asked any questions. But instead, they saw that I am a lady in my 60s and took such HONEST incredible care of what I needed that day. They could have taken full advantage of the fact I thought I needed tires. But they didnt!! Amazing!! They plugged and repaired my tire with the screw and installed the 2 new tires. My plugged tire is GREAT 6 months later and my other tires are awesome. They rotated and balanced also. All done for an incredible unbeatable price. THANK YOU BIG O!! I havent stopped recommending you to everyone! I highly recommend Big O Tires on Sunnymead Blvd. in Moreno Valley. I promise, you will NOT be disappointed!!

I have been going to Gregs shop for over 20 years. I keep coming back because I can trust them to do the job right, and at a good price. All 7 of my company and personal vehicles are regularly maintained mechanically as well as tires. I guess I might be able to find some backyard mechanic to do it for a few dollars cheaper but its not worth it. I have never had an issue or problem with Gregs service or prices.

Great price on tires and service.

Great customer service. Competitive pricing, but I have to clean my car after every service. Door handles/armrests are always dirty afterwards. The running boards on my truck are oil stained. They never make any attempt to clean up their mess or not make the mess to begin with.

Got a full set of tires for my daughters car, the service I received from the sales folks was outstanding. Prices were great with very fast service.

They took my appointment before 2pm, I drove 30 minutes, then they cancelled my appt so the crew could leave two hours early. Verified the shop phone number as they said I called a different one, they lied. And about the cost, now $20 more, and which oil they carried. You dont have 5w-20? Its the main one every car uses today.Save yourself the hassle and avoid this shop.Went to Walmart and was extremely happy with their oil change service instead.

I went for an estimate on a center support for my drive shaft and BOBBY said it will be about a couple hundred bucks bro do you want to leave it? i said yeah thats cool. He calls me the next day nd says its going to be 800. I said ill call around and see if i could get a better price and i did. When i called to pick up my truck he seemed cool i grabed my key and it no longer worked it was all bent and in order to leave i had no choice but to replace a tumbler and new key then he said it would be 120 but when i went to pay he said ok that will be 205??? Be carfull there because he will hustle you one way or the other
