I try to support small business over big box. So I stopped in today looking for a small piece of remnant carpet about a 2x 2 piece for our dog house. From beginning to end it was a great experience. When we went to the showroom to shop Victor was very helpful but not pushy. Once we made our choice it was a quick right up. Our carpet needed to be ordered which took about a week. The installers were great. We have a very heavy pool table that we were concerned about moving. They got it taken care of without a problem..put it back exactly where we wanted it. And the carpet...we love it! We definitely recommend Carpet Emporium

I have been to this location on various locations and have purchased good quality tile. I was helped by Victor and he was very helpful. When I needed more tile due to not ordering sufficient enough I was originally told that I cannot order more tile however I was contacted and informed that they would do what they can to get me the tile that I needed to complete my job. All the other staff was also helpful. If you are looking for a wide selection of tile or carpet I think this is the place to go to.

I came into the store picked out a tile. The older man asks me how much of it I would like. I let him know it was only a small 6 x7 foot wall. Turns out he couldnt order it for me because of the small quantity. He wouldnt make any profit and i would have to cover the expense of having someone pick it up for me if that was even an option. I will never come back to this store and note to everyone else. The man lacks customer service and will not help you. Good luck

Rip off, dude I spoke with quoted me over $600 to get carpet in a 50 sq foot room. Every one else quoted me $150 or around that price. What was this guy smoking. Be careful on doing business here, shady business and seems like they have a start high on price and discount a little if needed. What a joke. CUSTOMERS BE CAREFUL!!!

I had no experience whatsoever when it came to home decoration, my first instinct would be to go to home depot or lowes. A friend suggested that I try the place she used for her home, carpet emporium. I knew when I had first walked in that I was in the place that would take my home to the next level.First of all the had an unparalleled selection of carpets, hardwood and tile options that gave me so many possibilities, as i was in the market for two types of flooring options.The staff was unbelievably courteous and knowledgeable! Warm and caring people who went above and beyond to help me make my house a home. Hilda treated me like part of her family, gave me really helpful advice, she is very knowledgable in her field and has a knack for interior design. She even helped me with other design aspects of my home from other things she has done with her homes over the yearsA salesperson can only be a great one when they have a equally great manager. Youll definitely find that with vick. He too made me feel right at home, explaining every part of the process from start to finish. Being new to decor a fear is that of being taken advantage of but Hilda and Vick made sure that I was comfortable each step of the way and werent pushy at all, especially when I said I needed a night or two to think things over.Their prices are fair and their work was top knotch! I couldnt be happier. That was a couple years ago but I am writting a review now because they really showed how committed to customer service. I recently moved out of state and they even offered advice for my new home, if a local store was giving me a good deal or not and even helped me find a guy out here to install my carpet. You cannot go wrong with this store!!
