Charles Morgan was incredibly helpful from start to finish! He was patient, walked me through everything, answered all my questions no matter how clueless they were, and made sure I got the best deal and the most discounts I could. 10/10 would recommend
Just came out of the Moreno Valley store. The service was great. Charles was very professional and kind in attending my new cell phone need. I couldn’t have access to my phone and email on my new phone but Charles was able to get it done in few minutes.
I purchased a phone from this store in August and returned shortly a week and a half later because the phone was glitching and wasn’t charging, I asked them to do something or return it because I just purchased it, it shouldn’t do that, they send me away after they realized the phone was glitching and told me I had a “lemon”?! That I had to take it to Apple I scheduled an appointment and a new one was given to me but I no longer wanted the phone ALL within 30days of owning it. I called customer service to return it they made me go back in because it was a in store purchase, I finally tried a day short of the 30days that we are ALL are told for devices and accessories in our terms and conditions, and they said no because I only had 14days to return the device, I explained I tried multiple times including getting the phone replaced after getting a bad one. He finally said okay but then 20 minutes later says I’m waiting on my manager tells me to leave my number and he will call to make the return, it’s been a month since and haven’t received anything and I’m now stuck paying for something that I didn’t want and makes me feel uncomfortable owning since it send money by itself as well as messages among other things!! Worst experience ever!!!! And I’ve been a loyal customer to Verizon for years, and this is not an example of the customer service I’ve ever received
Great customer service. Both Tomas and Valerie took the time to explain in depth and helped transfer all my information from old phone to new. Switching over from Sprint couldnt be more easy
Horrible customer service!! The “manager” Tomas is absolutely no help what so ever!!! I’ve been in this store 3 times and have always been given wrong information! I have 4 phones and 2 tablets on my account, 6 months ago my son broke his tablet so I went in and Tomas said the tablet was not covered under my asurion protection plan and I had to purchase an additional home protection plan in order for them to repair/replace it. I did for an additional $25 per month. Come to find out 6 months later that it was covered and it was my asurion plan that replaced it leaving me with no additional slots to replace my phone when it was damaged. I have been paying $25 per month without even needing the Plan thanks to Tomas!!! Never again returning to this specific store unless Tomas is no longer there!!!

Limited number of staff and hours have been reduced without notice. Waited over 2 hrs to do an in store pick up. Sees Candy staff next door were very nice.

Associate was polite although he wasnt able to assist in transferring phone numbers. I was informed this is something I have to take care of with Verizon directly. Also accessories were in limited supply, for example only one phone case available no variety charging cable cord available with no charger available only a wireless option.
I came in to make my payment today. And the gentleman that helped me is the one that actually helped me pick out my current phones. I am Hardison and he suggested this phone which is a Samsung Galaxy Note 10 plus. The screen is one of the largest out there at the moment. And for a person like myself it is perfect. Whats told me on the phone was the pain that actually had the magnifying glass attached to it. This gentleman deserves a raise. Im not joking. He was most helpful and most patient with me. As I ask a lot of questions when I was purchasing my phone. I tend to go back to the store all the time anytime I have an issue or to make a payment When its running late. Always get courteous service no matter who is there. I recommend my friend that asked me where the nearest Verizon store is that and I always send them to this one. Just thought youd like to know. It was nice chatting but I got to go now. The ball and chain is calling, wife! LOL
SERVICE IS HORRIBLE! is it because it I s a franchise? Maybe. We did not get anything done. We wasted our time waiting in line. We will never come to that store.

I broke my phone at 6:30 and they had my new one up and running by 7:15! Great service! Super personable! They even looked at my account and told me where I could save money.
This Verizon Wireless authorized retailer location has a presentable appearance and is actually well kept and maintained but the service provided is at best decent. I cant say I felt welcomed or even appreciated as a customer and not even the manager can make the impression that he was there to help provide excellent customer service or even lead his team by example. I ended up going to a different location after 10 minutes of try to get my questions about my service answered.
They told us it would take about an hour to transfer everything, we were out of there in 40 minutes, great customer service
Staff were friendly and helpful. But they had trouble transferring data from our old phones and caused us to be there a lot longer than necessary.

I went to add a new line to the account and the so called manager said that we could not because he would be fired for selling an iPhone during the Christmas season without an existing line from a another provider. Denied us any service however when we arrived to the Verizon location down the street with Sebastian we were greeted with awesome service and walked out with a brand new iPhone.

I had the best experience at this Verizon store. I hardly ever write reviews, but the excellent service and professional help that I received from the store manager Thomas, was outstanding ! He made sure that all of my cell phone problems were resolved. I would recommend this Verizon store to anyone looking for great sales and service.

Service good here, if you have to go here...pretty cool to browse all the new stuff...sometimes there is a wait to see a representative, but that just gives you more time to look at all the phones etc....I tend to get most of my stuff done at the Kiosk in Costco where they offer all kinds of Costco gift cards to spend in store with your phone purchase...sometimes you get a lot of freebie stuff when getting a new phone that the Verizon outlets dont give you.

I was a Verizon loyal customer for years then came the price wars among phone companys I asked them if they would give me close to the deal other companys were offering they flat out told me NO even after 20 years with there company they said NO so I said bye.
Been trying time call to ask questions about my recent iPurchase but their phone just rang and rang and would eventually disconnect. This happened several times. The iPhone I purchased will not download any apps Im trying to install on my new phone.
