5 stars hands down. Went in to return a charger came out with a new phone. Best t-mobile store iv been to in awhile. If you do happen to come here ask for Taylor. Best customer service in the world. Forsure recommended for anyone in need of assistance at this location.

Thank you David! I got a horrible experience at one T-Mobile store in NoCal, and have to solve the problem in a SoCal store while I was traveling. The agents here are really nice and patient, well acknowledged. No waiting time even though it’s crowded in the weekend.

Horrible service. They never know anything. They always tell everybody to call 611 or go do it themselves. Only thing they want to do is sell and even that they do badly. I’ve had better service at a t-mobile miles away, then from here. Anytime I have questions they essentially say “I don’t know, you need to figure it out somewhere else.”

Switched to new phones and Dave was awesome. I would recommend this store!

Went in curious about switching over from sprint. Ive been screwed in the past. I was helped by a guy name Joe who was absolutely professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. He also educated me on why the process could at times take longer. The wait is long but this store is worth it. Id definitely ask for Joe if you were going in.

T-mobile was cool. Staff was nice and had good customer service.

Top notch service! Finally went in for the infamous iPhone 11 and was greeted and taken care by Daniel Gamboa!Not only did he answer all my worries and questions about transitioning from iPhone 7 to the 11- he also was able to help my mom pick something new! This store was very welcoming, the parking is ok- and has nearby foodies if you need a snack while you wait. They did have enough employees servicing customers and Daniel was able to multi task and still give my mom and I a great interpersonal experience! He hooked me up with my new phone! Gave me tips and tricks for the new camera: I really like that the employees know the products!

This store, here on Day St., is as nice as the one I normally go to on Eucalyptus Ave. on the other end of town. The associates there are always helpful, and, for this store, and the associate named Alphonse (Or Fonzi), was VERY helpful! Went over all my options regarding buying the new Galaxy Z Fold 2 phone, and was very respectful and personable while doing so. Im very happy with this phone, and with the service he provided.

Me and my wife had at&t for 3 years and we finally switched to T-mobile. The person that helped us was ramsses. He ported our numbers with t-mobile and it was fast and easy. We were in and out in less than an hour. If you guys need any help I would recommend asking for him.

Sam took great care of me at the store just off Day Street. I went in to add a line and buy a new phone, just for working from home. The store was extremely busy but I still got service right away, much to my surprise The Moto G7 Power phone I wanted was in stock, and I was in and out with my new line and new phone in record time. Sam was extremely competent; he knew the answers to all my questions. This is how service is supposed to be! Good job!

I needed a new cell phone and went to the mall to the T-Mobile kiosk I had passed by awhile back. I went there specifically looking for a Salesman that I had seen months ago. I liked him because his approach was calm and courteous and he wasnt shouting at me as I walked by. He wasnt upset when I said that I wasnt looking for a phone and he simply said, Please come back and see us if your needs change. I didnt see him and they told me that he was at this store. So I left the mall and drove to this location to meet Greg. He is a very nice man. He took the time to answer ALL of my questions. I felt bad because I knew I was taking up a lot of his time but it didnt seem to bother him. He just sat patiently answering all of my questions. But it was a big decision and I had to make sure I was making the right choice. I was so comfortable with him that I ended up purchasing more than I had planned, two phones and some accessories! I may come back and get a watch, he was wearing one, showed me how it worked and answered more questions about that as well! Great Customer Service is not the norm and Exceptional Service is rare!Im in the market for a new car and I wish I could work with this guy! If he is also a Car Salesman, please let me know! Im dreading that process.

The staff was excellent and the customer service we got was very good at the Moreno Valley store off of Day Street! Lidia was our representative and she was awesome she was later assisted by Ricky who had great service as well. Porting over from Verizon service was very easy and they explained everything very well.

Sorry the sales person just really did not seem to know what was really going on as far as what or how well their system worked, what promotions, sales, or deals they have going on. Was new and very nervous I guess.

T-Mobile is an awesome location to get your phones at. They take care of you right away and they even offer you the cheapest best deals that they have and that will work with you as well. I have unlimited data and I cant complain knowing that my price is never going to change no matter how much gigs or messages or calls I make. I am really satisfied with this location and I do recommended to everyone.

Had an issue with my bill. The representative was very attentive to my situation and found the reason right away when I ordered a new iwatch someone added digital line to it so my watch was running 2 digits lines. Representative advised me to call customer care to have situation fixed, I informed him that I have had issues with customer care in past. He went straight to making the call for me. Got the situation resolved and my money back.

Service is horrible,It was 3 customer inside and 7 employees they ask us to wait outside, due to covid 19. I totally get it but have less employees.will not shop t mobile ever on day st.

The Sales Rep. named Cesar Gonzalez added random features to my account without my consent after I went in the store to add a line and when I called the store to remove the features they said they couldnt remove the features without me going back to the store so I had to call Customer Service to have them remove it and Ill probably have to call back when i get the bill with all the prorations too. Im not the only customer this has happened to there so I figured i would share, youre better off going to a different location or carrier.

Andrew hooked it up!!! He was very helpful, answered all my questions and was not pressuring me or trying to get me to buy anything. I ended up walking out with a few things I needed and he, by far, surpassed my expectations of this place. If you need anything from T-Mobile, go see Andrew.

Too small and consistently busy. probably good business just cannot wait 60 minutes to talk to a rep. University Village is much larger and provides almost all the T-Mobile phones. Overall I have been able to walk in and get served almost immediately.

I had to switch company and kept T-Mobile as my provider no only they charge me for a new sim card but didnt gave me my old number...I ask the girl helping me if everything was OK but when she answer me...I knew I had to go back and start over with a new number.makes me wonder if theyre on commission.My point obviously is if your buying a new phone, getting service or a new account...it should be handle the same

Came in for a 6s.. They took my name down and asked me to wait. For 20min 3 employees were just standing around eachother not doing anything... 20min later when i was helped they had done absolutely nothing that required them to take so long

Went in to switch carriers. Guy never took the time to make the switch. Told me to wait up to 2 days. I called customer service and they said the number pull from verizon had not even been initiated. Unreal.

Very dishonest staff a girl sold as an i phone x here few weeks ago and i paid cash, she will try to say that they have promotion and some stuff are free but in the end nothing is free obviously, i dont mind paying for that extra and just tell us how much the extra stuff are and stop lying i just dont like her thinking that i dont know whats going on, and i told her we needed insurance she told us we can add it after, found out few weeks ago no insurance added i dont recommend this store.

Showed up to buy new iPhone 7 only to find out they didnt have any in store . All they were selling was accessories, went to verizon and bought me one there . A good sign to NOT switch to T-Mobile . Even the day Before Erika told to come in and get the new iPhone at the store .

Came to get a replacement phone but they didnt have the phone we wanted in stock but they did help us find a nearby T-Mobile store that did have it in stock. The wait was a little long to get help but they made up for the wait with their friendly staff and fast service.
