Jackie was ABSOLUTELY wonderful. I came in to replace/upgrade my phone but I didnt know what to get. Jackie is a METRO by T-Mobile ANGEL. I ended up purchasing 2 phones and she was so helpful. THE BEST!!!

With her patience and knowledge she deserves a raise honestly.Ever since she helped me out I have told all my friends family and peers to go with her and only her Because of her AMAZING customer service that I know they wont be disappointed!

I came in for an upgrade and Alexa directed me to the right phone, asked me what kind of perks I like. She kept Me informed on what she was doing and answered all of my questions. Very bubbly and isn’t afraid to hold conversation. Over all all my next upgrades and any buys will be from her for now on.

I actually live right by a Metro Store. I will drive to this location because of the service you get. The girls that work there are super friendly always with a smile. Especially Sandra she will take there time to teach you all about the products. There absolutely amazing.

Bought a Samsung Galaxy 10+ and was told to pick a portable charger that was supposed to come with the phone for free. I asked if they had any cases but was told they werent in yet. They said I would get a text when they they had some in stock. One week later I checked my receipt and saw I was charged for the portable charger (which was supposed to by free) a phone case and screen protector. Went to ask for a refund for the the case and the screen protector but was told they cant issue a refund. So I asked if I cant get a refund, can I get the accessories I payed for, they told me they still havent got them and that they will let me know when they did. So I basically payed for accessories I never asked for and still havent gotten yet. Rosa was the one who rung me up.

I have been to this metro for the past 4 years and i have the opportunity to deal with the staff. They are the epitome of customer service. They provide outstanding customer service in direct connection. They do above and beyond to help their customers. In my opinion this is the best store in Moreno valley. Employees should be commended for the work they do. This staff has the ability to multitask and do well in what they do. They always greet with a smile. I definitely recommend it. I went in 12/26/19 my experience was good but hopefully wen I get my phone it will be a nice experience went in today 1/3/20 Miriam and Sandra was perfect went out they way to make sure I was happy thank you sandra u went way and beyond to help me thank you sooooo much Ill be back

Ask for a detailed receive. They charged me a lot for a phone they had on special 50 dollars I bought a case with it and my bill went up to 120. I asked them why and they said that it was taxes. I got home I checked my received it only showed the total amount and not what they were charging Wich seen suspicious. I went back and ask for a more detailed receive and it showed me that the charge me for headphones which they had told me before that they were for free. They said your phone come with headphones choose one from the wall. Well if the phone come with headphones I wonder why they charged me for it. They should have said you have to buy headphones with your phone which is also kind of weird. I think that these people are just stealing from customer and metro PCs should do something about. No one likes to get there money stolen it doesnt matter how much it is.The person who attended me was Rosa

Be careful with ROSA, went in a day before my bill was due I added 2 lines, paid my fees she said or bill was paid, next day or lines were off for non payment, went back so apperantly she only made the payment for the new lines, but never told is that the new earphones she had said came with the new phones we paid $20 each. Came to figure out when I asked for my receipt the next day she had added them as if I asked to buy them. Not to mention she basically called us liars that we never asked about our existing lines to pay. Came to figure that she had done this to other customers too. Be careful, know what you are paying for. That what happens when you trust in people. Will not come here again....plus she never apologized for it didnt open up to her mistake. Been waiting on her to apologize like hey supervisor said she would have her do because apparently she will not want me to come in and speak to her in person and her supervisor be present, because there was an altercation, which was a lie. BAD SERVICE!!!!!

Very bad service the truth one of the girls I think is Mirian gave me an unusable phone failure on the second half day too. A little car that is free of charge according to her account for having spoken the account that was free without paying anything and today that I spoke to the customer service for a problem I realize that I did not charge for free that they were charging me 10 dollars a month and more apart services I never put it like that as well as I assure the truth I dont know that there is that lying nose working I should run it I think its my name that she didnt recommend it that shop
